I was promised a loaner and was told it had never been recorded. It messed up my whole day. I have 1 hours drive to get to Peabody and make several appointments while I'm there. Had to cancel 2 of them because of Audi reneging on the promise. Not happy. My adviser was not at fault but it was your central schedulers fault. Adviser was trying to help. Nothing against him or the Peabody dealership.
