I just got my 2018 Camry Hybrid and it's an excellent vehicle. Wayne was absolutely great. He allowed me to take my time selecting the exact car with the specific features I wanted. We actually had conversations. It was never a pressured, sales-dominated lecture. The Ira management located the car and had it there for me in short order. All of the sales, insurance paperwork, new plates, and the final sales were nicely assisted by Wayne and the Ira staff. On day one, my initial 2018 Camry Hybrid tutorial with Wayne went smoothly. He knew every single, detailed feature about the car and its vast array of incorporated technology. I'm confident that the Ira staff will take care of me and my car for the upcoming years. Once the new building remodeling and renovations are completed - it will be even better.

Wow! So very pleased with purchasing our new 2017 Toyota Sienna from this place. The place has a nice lounge with TV and snacks, we had to take the kids with us and they were able to hang out in the lounge and had no problem waiting around while we shopped. Our salesman, Channa or CW, was the best! If you want an easy car buying experience, without the high pressure sales pitch, call up CW to make an appointment with him and he will help you out! We are very pleased with our new van, runs great and reliably gets our family where we need to go.

The day before Thanksgiving my car decided to call it quits!! Died on me on the fwy I called Miller Toyota and spoke to Service Advisor Frank Gonzales he told me not to worry for me to get my car towed into the dealership and they will check it out for me..so i did just that! Frank Gonzales was welcoming and extremely friendly. He got my car checked in and I was out pretty quickly. He reassured me that he will keep me updated on my car which he did. Since it was Thanksgiving week/weekend I thought my car was going to be in the shop longer then it was. I picked it up Saturday morning!! Thanks to Frank Gonzales I will defiantly be back again to Miller Toyota

Bought car in central Texas but spend about half of our time in Lubbock so get service here when we are in Lubbock. Been in for our 10000 mile and now 15000 mile. I always come here for good deals on service. I don’t know why all Toyota dealerships don’t have the same prices but Miller Toyota will always get my money because of their deals. I had a severe emergency cuz my Lexus just went dead on me. Luckily, Miller’s Toyota in Anaheim was open on a Sunday n I got my car towed there . It was my first time there but mechanic Edward Rodriguez made arrangements with Adan Briseno, Service adviser. I got great service & I got shuttle rides n got a rental . The lobby was nice n clean na there was free BBQ hamburgers n hotdogs for clients n employees. I got my car next day and it was all repaired n has run real well since.

I had great Customer service done Monday. My tire light was on and instead of just filling the tire myself, I popped on in to have it filled by the professionals at Toyota. New Leased Rav 4 Xle

I like the place, everybody's nice. They greet you with a smile and even get the door for you. They will service your car every 6 mos even with less mileage. Others will let you come back another 6 mos if the mileage is low, one year for 4 runner they say. Frustrating!

Fantastic! Blown away by the service!!!

When we saw all the positive reviews online, we had to check with Honda of Bay County before buying a new vehicle. We knew exactly what model and color we wanted so we were just shopping to locate the car and make a decent deal. We called and talked to Kevin Schmehl and initially were disappointed that the vehicle we liked on the website was located at a different dealership. He assured us that was not a problem and he would do whatever he could to earn our business. We quickly came to an agreement on price (over the phone) subject to him being able to get the car to Honda BC. This was at about 9:30 Monday AM. Over the next few hours, he called back at least 5-6 times with updates. Yes, Honda BC was able to trade with a dealer in Alabama for the car. Yes, the car could be transferred, possibly the same day. Then a call that the car was on it's way to the dealership, then arrived, then being detailed, and then an offer to have it delivered to us (an hour+ away in Destin!) And same day! So, from our initial call at 9:30, we had our new car in our drive with completed paperwork (and full tank of gas) by 6:00 PM...The same day...Without leaving town! Great service by Kevin Schmehl and the HBC team. Thanks also to the very nice and polite gentlemen who spent their day driving to pick up and deliver our vehicle to us. By far, the best buying experience we've ever had.

Completely Different Car Shopping Experience!

Car shopping is probably my one of my least favorite things to do. I've been driving for 24+ years and have been in countless car dealerships. Cedar Park Nissan was by far the best car shopping/buying experience I have ever had. Brandon Stephenson was extremely knowledgeable about the different cars. He brought each car right to us as we waited in the air conditioned building, show us features on each car, and answered our many questions patiently. After we decided to make a purchase the next day, Brandon continued to work with us picking out the right color and features, he was with us through the entire experience. Even after we signed on the dotted line, Brandon was there goiong over the car we chose with us, explaining things, answering questions, and adjusting settings! Brandon really was amazing to work with and we will definitely be going back to him for our future car buying needs! We were also extremely impressed with sales manager Amy Scott. Couldn't be more grateful for the entire team at Pat Peck Honda. My family and I evacuated Miami during Hurricane Irma and stayed in Gulfport, MS. Shopping for a Pre Owned and Bought NEW

Cedar Park Nissan finally opened. Yea! No more driving to Round Rock unless I just have to. Hate that FM1431 traffic and all the lights. I was interested in a pre-owned Frontier. I have owned a 2009 Frontier since it was new and love it. I figured pre-owed would save me $4-5K. I was met in the parking lot by David Camacho. Super nice and was willing to listen to what I truly wanted in a truck. Didn't have what I wanted in stock. I didn't expect a call back so started looking at some other dealerships and online. David called me two days later stating he could probably work a deal with me for a NEW Frontier SV. I had done my research on the internet and knew the average prices for new and pre-owed trucks. Also, I had a 2pm appointment at another dealership that had a vehicle that met what I wanted at an fair price. I figured there was no way Cedar Park Nissan could truly work a deal for me but I was willing to give them a chance since I had a couple of hours to waste. David was able with the assistance of Amy (Sales) and Michael (Finance) to get me into a NEW 2017 Lava Red Nissan Frontier SV with only 42 miles for only $1400 more than what the other dealer was going to sell me a pre-owned certified 2016 with 17K miles. David was even able to get some add on options (spray in bed-liner) that the other dealer didn't even offer to me. I spoke with several other staff members (Chris Hines, Joey, Todd, John-salesman, and John-GM) while at the dealership. All were genuinely friendly and helpful. This dealership knows the true meaning of customer service and teamwork. If other dealerships were this good, the average customer would not dread car shopping. I think I got a great deal and look forward to having my vehicle serviced at Cedar Park Nissan.

I called IRA Toyota's service department because I was going to be in the area and had a couple of hours to burn. My Lexus Gx460 was due for an oil change and I called last minute and was taken 15 minutes after I called- Wow. It was a breeze dropping off and waiting for my truck. The facility is new and clean and had every amenity you could ask for. The waiting area has TV's, snack area, charging stations for your phone and free wifi with computer stations. My truck was finished exactly one hour from drop off and the price was better than any local jiffy lube etc. It also beats paying Lexus prices for the same parts. I cannot say enough good things about Sterling McCall Toyota and our salesperson Robert Savala. After being burned by another Toyota dealership we stopped in on a whim around 7pm on a Saturday night. I told Robert what I wanted, what I needed the numbers to be, and asked if it was possible. He did some math and worked some magic and hustled for 3 hours to make sure we were happy. Our 2 year old was asleep in the car and he got our trade in appraised with him still in the car (allowing us to stay right next to him the whole time) and then ran back and forth out to the parking lot to talk to us so we didn't have to wake him up. I've been a loyal Honda customer for years, from lawn mowers to, most recently, a 2015 Pilot. The Pilot was the first new Honda I purchased from South Pointe Honda here in Tulsa, OK. Having purchased the vehicle there, it seemed appropriate that I return there for service. Immediately, this facility was found to be the best vehicle service department I've come across in 55 years of driving. The staff, Service Advisor Erik Eldorado in particular, are all completely outstanding. With three Honda automobiles in the family, South Pointe Honda is ALWAYS my first choice when service is due on any of them. Too bad they don't also service my lawn mower and motorcycle.

Looking for a new Rogue

We originally went into the dealership to look for a used car for our Daughter but ended up meeting Matthew and started speaking to him about a new car also. A week later we contacted him and asked him to work the numbers on the vehicle we wanted and within 2 hours he had the right numbers for us to buy. Best car buying experience EVER!

We knew what we wanted and knew the price we wanted to pay - but they actually had to custom order our car. Worked through their internet department and it was a fantastic process. They kept us posted the entire time the car was being built on the estimated arrival time and it arrived exactly when they said it would. Chris was great to work with and the car inspection/test drive, paperwork and the loan only took about an hour and a half! My husband signed everything and I had to come in the next day to sign my side and I was in/out in 15 minutes. We've bought and sold a lot of cars in our lifetime and this by far was the best experience EVER! No haggling, no up selling, no BS. I'd recommend anyone to this dealer if they are looking to buy anything Toyota.

victoria blair is a great service advisor. the price for the service(brakes) i needed was half of what other dealers wanted. victoria also solved another problem my car was having (srs light) free of charge. other dealers wanted 125.00 just to diagnose. If i could give boardwalk honda and victoria 10 stars I would. Another thing I noticed while waiting for my car to be finished was that boardwalk honda does not put extra mark up on their new cars such as paint protection etc etc etc which almost all dealers do which shows a high level of integrity. boardwalk honda is top notch!

2017 highlander purchase experience

My husband and I were looking for a 2017 highlander, and we found online that Folsom Lake Toyota carried a good inventory of the model that we were looking for. I cannot say enough good things about Sterling McCall Toyota and our salesperson Robert Savala. After being burned by another Toyota dealership we stopped in on a whim around 7pm on a Saturday night. I told Robert what I wanted, what I needed the numbers to be, and asked if it was possible. He did some math and worked some magic and hustled for 3 hours to make sure we were happy. Our 2 year old was asleep in the car and he got our trade in appraised with him still in the car (allowing us to stay right next to him the whole time) and then ran back and forth out to the parking lot to talk to us so we didn't have to wake him up. We've bought several cars over the last 10 years and have never had a dealership work so hard for our business and we will definitely keep them in mind when we purchase our next vehicle, as well as recommend them to any of our friends, family, and coworkers who are looking to buy.

I went to Town North Nissan to test drive a new Rogue, I ended up leasing a 2017 and I absolutely LOVE this SUV! New Minivan

We just picked up our 2014 Honda Odessa minivan. We stopped in to test drive the van, we had looked at all the websites and found the perfect van at Boardwalk Honda. Tariq Hassan greater us at the door, we told him what we wanted to test drive, he pulled the car into the garage since it was cold out. He spent a lot of time answering all our questions. He was in no rush and spent a lot of time with us, we did not buy the van that night. We told him how much we wanted to spend, he did a great job and got us more money for our trade and got the money we needed off the van. Also they could not find the headphone that went went the DVD player so he got us two brand new ones. He was so helpful and nice, no pressure. We talked about doing a lease but after talking to him, we decided it was not right for us. We will go back and recommend him to everyone, we are very happy!

I had electrical problems with both of my Prius hybrids. Service Manager Chris Rodriguez did an excellent job fitting me in during the busy Christmas week, keeping me updated, and getting my cars back to me timely. I appreciated his help with getting a better price for the costly repair, getting recalls fixed, and the complimentary car wash.

Rafael Rivera is a Honest and Personable advisor!

I recently brought my car in because it was making a noise and Mr. Rivera was very helpful in explaining what my car needed to get done to get it fixed and how long it would take. I got shuttled home in a timely manner, got picked up when it was ready, it was a smooth process! It was a plus my car had been washed and vacuumed! I'll be back to get my car serviced by Mr. Rivera and also be recommending to friends and family!

I have driven and worked out of cars and trucks all my life, owned a business with a fleet of service trucks, and personally driven Ford, Chevy, Nissan, Dodge ½ ¾ and 1 ton trucks for many years. I grew up Debating Ford and Chevy. You all remember the jokes, Ford stand for “Found On Road Dead” or “ First On Race Day” others would tell you that fords truck body would last through it all, but Chevy’s 350 engine would run forever. Had Toyota been around and part of our debate, there would not have been a debate lol, Toyota’s body and engine are superior to all the rest! I drove an old grey Toyota corolla for about 200,000 plus miles when my 1971 Ford F100 sport was broken down. When I sold the corolla it had 400,000 plus miles on it. Then an Old Toyota truck for about 80,000 miles, it had over 400,000 also when I sold it. I bought my wife a ford once, but once she got into a Toyota Sequoia she refused to drive anything else. I sold my Toyota Land Cruiser to an attorney buddy of mine, he needed a dependable vehicle to give his son for college. The land Cruiser had 60,000 when I bought it, 375,000 when I sold it to him, and over half a million today. We as a family, business and community of friends have “ been there, and done that “ with many different vehicles. My family and I moved to a new town about 15 years ago. Dave with Gene Messer Toyota was always on our side working to make our vehicle maintenance or purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Dave was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and meeting our needs more than he was on closing a deal. It doesn’t matter if my 82 year old mothers 1998 Toyota Camry ( she refuses to trade In ) needs service or my Wife’s platinum Sequoia is making a funny sounds because the kids dropped marbles between the seats lol, Toyota and Dave help me out. We have recommend him to everyone for almost 10 years now. Thank You, Dave and Toyota for keeping my family safe and my business up and Running.
