Had the passenger side airbag replaced on a 4Runner due to a recall. Johnny the assistant service manager was great. The shuttle brought me home, than picked me up the following day with NO DELAYS. Didn't cost a cent. Hard to say how they could improve, cause they got it going on❣

Our sales person was Ahmed Meerhrab We did most of the sale online and over the phone. He was very courteous and professional. I feel he did the best he could to get us a great deal on our new Avalon. Once we got to the dealership..our car was parked out front all shinny and had a full tank of gas. My girlfriend bought a car a few weeks back , I was so impressed that I went back for a car and we lucked out by getting the same sales person Chuck Benedict super friendly extremely knowledgeable and was able to find a better car than what I was expecting overall very happy with my purchase , his manager and the finance woman were equally as good , I will recommend this place to everyone and will surely go back for any future repairs, services or purchases . In addition it was really interesting to see how everyone seemed to work well together a well oiled machine I could go on and on but extremely satisfied 👍

I drove over 5 hours to get there and was not disappointed! If buying used, ask for Ryder. He will not let you down. He had the vehicle pulled around and ready for me. He had the keys saved and the paperwork printed and ready to go [AS WAS REQUESTED in advance]. Thank you Ryder for your fantastic customer service! Finance DID try to sneak in the warranty on me even though I had tried to opt out, so be sure to triple check the paperwork, and make sure if you don't want that warranty you make it clear. Finance badgered me a little bit on trying to sell it, BUT was never impolite. Overall great experience. Quick "in and out" as it should be. Ryder made sure the car got detailed and gassed up while I was doing the paperwork, so once I finished paperwork I was ready to head home!

Ira Toyota serviced my prius prime today. The customer service was outstanding; I dropped my vehicle and was advised that it would take 30 to 45 minutes for the regular maintenance. And 30 minutes later the technician came to tell me my car was ready. That is excellence in customer service.

My service advisor Tom Lu is great! He earns my total trust in servicing my Tacoma. The facility is also clean and nice. Miller Toyota caters to their customers with coffee and refreshments, snacks, and even cups o'noodle for lunch, yes!. Folks like Tom Lu make the service trip worthwhile and enjoyable. If you're shopping for a car this is the place to go. More specifically, ask for Terrell Lee. The entire staff is cool but I got 2 cars here but both times I dealt with Terrell. I felt comfortable during both experiences because Terrell made it more about what works for me and not just about getting a sale. And even after my buy was complete Terrell was still always one call away if I had any questions. But like I said, the entire staff was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It wasn't like the angry mob feel that you get at most dealerships. Where they try to just throw you in something just to get a sale. At World Toyota I felt more like family instead of just another customer. If I could, I'd give the entire dealership 10 Stars. From the receptionist to sales to finance to detail even the service dept.

I had an appointment for my RAV4's 10K mile service at 12:45pm on a Saturday. Within 5 minutes of pulling in, I already had a service associate checking me in. My car was brought back and the service was finished in less than a half hour - this is easily the fastest I have ever been in and out for a service appointment at any dealership! It was a beautiful day so I was thankful to Dan for allowing me to enjoy the weather rather than spend the afternoon sitting inside waiting at the dealership. He was friendly, efficient, great sense of humor and he answered all of my questions Thank you so much for a great experience!

The salesman (Joshua) was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer any questions I had with ease and professionalism. He was friendly and was able to make me feel comfortable about the transaction which was not a guarantee as he needed to locate the specific vehicle I wanted to purchase. I didn't have appointment at the moment I arrived, I thought I did but it didn't go through. But it didn't matter, Mehma helped me with no delay and she made everything for me, I went just for an oil change. And after an hour and 30 min my car was ready. IRA service is the absolute best. Pulled my Tacoma in, flawless customer service by Representative Bryan Bell and a quick turn around. Performed a factory computer update for cruise control and my 10,000 mile service. IRA has a really good service program! Excellent waiting area with plenty of drinks and snacks. My service manager was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and i really felt he was deeply interested to what i was saying and was very clear and expressive in answering all my questions. I really appreciated this extension of great customer service. Sent an internet inquiry for two cars I needed. Got instant email responses from Doug and Ricky. Called Doug, he immediately answered. Told him what I needed and didn’t want to waste each other’s time but if he could meet my budget, all in walk off the lot, I would buy the two cars. He said let me get with Ricky and see if we can work it out before you come out here. Got a call from Ricky shortly after. Said he could meet my budget, no tricks, and said he would be gassing the cars and getting them detailed. I drove out there, and sure enough they were ready to go. He took the time to show me all about the cars, I test drove both, completed easy paperwork, went to finance, signed everything electronically, they kept their word on price, got a thumb drive with everything, wrote the check and we were done. Could not be more pleased! It was definitely the “easy button” of buying cars! And get this, Ricky and another employee drove both cars to my house - what service! Team Gillman, please keep this up! Was a bit early and they took me right in. Was greeted by Bryan(t) who was my friendly and knowledgeable advisor . Great free WiFi that was surprisingly fast :-) Also enjoyed the great complimentary coffee while I waited. Turns out there was a problem with the car's ECU program and Bryan was able to coordinate a software fix with Toyota while they were working on the car. Great service experience and was thanked for being " their quest today". Nice to see they kept the "customer" in their customer service.

You are not going to find a more honest person to deal with than Gary (Service Manager). I've been going there for years (prior to IRA owning the operation when it was Gary Blake Saab/Motorcars) and Gary has been fantastic. Prices are fair and I've never had an issue with any repairs. Super Customer Service Experience! Amazing Staff

I went to IRA Toyota Manchester for my first service with my new used car. It was for tire rotation. I pulled into the garage that had several service stations - a great layout as I do not see this in many service centers at dealerships. Tyler and Michelle (a trainee) were working together at this station. Greeted me with a friendly welcome , very professional. Took time to ask me questions. I asked about how my warranty worked. They had all the data for questions I asked at their fingertips on tablet and provided all that I needed to know.They discovered on their walk around my car that my windshield wiper inserts needed to be replaced. I was happy they found that!. I waited for my car to be serviced in a very clean, colorful waiting room. The service was done earlier than expected. I got a text while sitting in waiting area updating me with status.They also went above and beyond had my car vacuumed and washed. They gave me report on my tires as well as an overview of next service and dates. I left delighted knowing that Tyler and Michelle really knew everything about my car. and could show me this on Tablet - very handy! I did not know Michelle was training she was really good with asking me questions, assessing needs with my car and capturing info. Tyler with his knowledge and experience at IRA made me feel very confident that my car would be well taken care of. I don't recall having this great of a service experience at dealerships in past. I made a point to speak with Service Manager to provide comments about this outstanding team focused on customer service and customer experience with all details They put sticker inside my car to let me know next date of service. Just moved to the Columbus area. I needed an oil change. The service dept. was so easy and friendly to contact and schedule. Finding the location was central to the main business park area of N Columbus. When I arrived into the service bay area I was greeted by my technician. Nikkia was awesome! She used her tablet to take pics of my vehicle before to ensure no damage was done during any work on it. Next, she inventoried what I was there for which was already documented. I waited in the lobby and she came over within 5 minutes and let me know what was next. Asked if I needed a shuttle, wanted to wait or if I’d be getting a ride. I appreciated the quick check up after the initial greeting. I received a text while in the lobby with all the info that I needed to keep in touch throughout the day as service on my vehicle took place. World class service

I left there 10 years ago with my 2008 Highlander with 62,000 miles on her give or take a couple. Second time I returned was yesterday in 10 years! I cannot say enough about my experience yesterday! I was greeted by a driver to tell me that the service person would be there shortly from that point on I had the best experience I've ever had! Bryan The gentleman who checked my vehicle in was wonderful absolutely wonderful! I chose to go speak to a sales person unfortunately I do not have his name but he was the best listener took down everything I wanted in two vehicles I'm looking for treated me with such respect listen to me did not interrupt at any point. After I was done he asked me if I'd like to wait for him to do vehicle searches or for him to contact me when I pick up the vehicle . Upon returning to pick up the vehicle I was greeted by my 2008 highlander with 522,909 miles right in front of the bay next to the show room entrance on display for everybody to look at it she's in great shape she's been well taken care of and the only problem with her right now she needs a couple coils and wires she'll be back! My sales person came out looked at the vehicle Just take a picture of it with pride the mileage and the outside of the vehicle as I said this vehicle is pretty much almost excellent condition and just how you people treated me that's a world-class dealership and sales person! I can't wait for him to locate the vehicles I've asked for an return. My fiance and I went to Pat Peck Honda looking for my next vehicle. Mr. Lee Morgan greeted us and made our entire experience looking for and buying a car an absolute pleasure. What can we say that we didn't say a million times over on Saturday. After dealing with Ray Brandt Toyota (REALLY, REALLY BAD!!!), Bohn Toyota was a real nice experience. At 7:00, all the Service Writers came out in force to assist the waiting customers (unlike that other place which slowly shuffles out to assist only one customer at a time). They were experiencing some computer issues but broke out pen and paper and didn't miss a beat. If this had happened at the other place... shudder. People were courteous, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care. The other place? Well there is a reason in I won't ever go back to them. Bohn had many more customers, yet they were much faster than the other guys. The customer waiting area was better as well. Heck, EVERYTHING was better than at that other place. Don't let that other place high rating fool you. They are NOT good. Not sure just how they got their rating? Hummm. Bohn Toyota is the real deal. Nothing phony. They now have my business.

When I called late on a Thursday afternoon with a truck breakdown I was resigned to the fact that I was probably looking at the following week before my truck would be repaired. Imagine my surprise when they told me it could be looked at the following day(Friday). Having already determined what the problem was by looking up the DTC, the potential cost was in the thousands. However, unknown to me , this particular problem was covered by the factory as an inherent problem so therefore there was no charge. They also went the extra mile by going through the vehicle and checking everything from the tires to the belt to all the fluid levels. First time in a long time that I left without one dime out of pocket. A very pleasant experience with outstanding service.

On The Road Emergency

Leaving an appointment, I started my Prius and is sounder like a tractor. Figuring the worst, I called Ira service and spoke to my service rep, John Oliver. Rafael Rivera took great care of us advising us on the appropriate service needed for our Toyota Highlander. He cared enough not to charge us the higher priced service, but the one needed, given our mileage. He asked us relevant questions to target what repairs & service we had received to date and did that so our service would not be repeated and more importantly, we would not be charged for something we already had done. He walked us through the repairs carefully to again demonstrate, for instance, not replacing our rotors but first resurfacing. If they then need replacement and he gave us measurements, then he said we'll have to do that. Customer service is something I always look for wherever I shop, and Ashton did a great job of meeting my expectations. From the get go he greeted me AND treated me as someone who had a real need and not just someone who was trying to buy a car. As I continued to shop around, I had one other associate help me, Nate, he showed me the Altima’s and was very knowledgeable about the mechanics and safety features of the car. Even though all of it was very over my head, I appreciated him sharing his expertise on the vehicle. I also really liked that fact that he owned the car that I was getting, that’s a huge plus for me: when people use what they are selling, it really shows they are not just out to make money. They were quick to offer better incentives than the other dealers in Austin and had no problem beating their competition. The team at the Folsom parts department is out of this world. I came in on a rainy evening needing help, and everyone from the MOD (who kept checking on me),to the receptionist, to Gene the driver, to Al the parts guy worked together to get me and my car the help I needed. Full disclosure, they didn’t have the parts I needed, because I came in with a Honda problem. (Someone stole my wiper blades, and this was closest place I could safely drive). Al tried two different Toyota blades, and Gene finally gave me a ride to Honda. When I came back to my car, Al was the one who put the blades in place. That’s right, he went out in the rain, three times, to help fit parts for a car they don’t service. You can train that kind of service, and it made me miss my recently totaled Toyota even more. I guess I’ll have to stop in when it’s time to replace my old civic. Also, the place smells like cookies because they literally bake them there. I brought my ‘06 Odyssey in for diagnostics and the prognosis wasn’t good. The previous owners really hadn’t taken care of it like they should have. There were major engine faults. The estimate to get it back on the road was almost what I paid for it and the estimate for most of the other problems they noticed was twice what the van was worth. I asked if there were any used models on the lot and there was one: a 2015 with only 44,000 miles on it. I hadn’t planned to buy a new car that day, but they made it very painless and pleasant. There was no pushiness involved. My salesman, Richard, and the manager even took extra steps to make sure that I was happy with the deal. At 45 years old this was my first time buying from a real car lot and all of my fears were unfounded. I would suggest Honda of Bay County to anyone in the market for a reliable automobile.

I just moved here from Washington DC and happened to find a Toyota Dealership that has their Service Department available and open for repair service in the Orange County area on a Sunday. I called other dealers prior but they did not offer Sunday repairs. Miller Toyota of Anaheim repair customer service department answered quickly and found a way for me to drop off my car for a series of manufacturer recalls. Upon arrival, they quickly collected my vehicle information where I didn't even have to stop to go inside the facility. Bill, the repair service personnel notified me of my options and cordinated a free shuttle ride home for me. I was informed before going home that they will notify me via text or email of the repairs needed and I'll just need to respond via text so any extra service, if needed, can be worked on immediately. The next day they sent the text and email as mentioned. By afternoon, they notified me of my repair completion and if I needed, a shuttle can pick me up at my home. Within 20 minutes, the shuttle arrived. Upon arriving at the dealership, the shuttle driver gave me my shuttle document and showed me to the service personnel, Bill, to complete final paperwork. He did a fantastic job and notified me throughout the entire process. Car was washed and clean. I drove home into the sunset. Overall from customer service support to repair and final wash, everything worked out perfectly like clockwork. Everyone was very professional. I never had this type of great service before Miller Toyota showed how a customer should be treated from A to Z. James

We came to get CPO Highlander and we did. No one was pushy to sell things you didn't want. The place is clean and well kept, everyone was nice and helpful. We met with Luis Garcia who was very pleasant and resourceful. He actually helped us get what we wanted at very reasonable price. Victor helped us with the paperwork, who was also very pleasant and helpful. They took their time and explained our options and we decided what works best for us. If you're in the market to buy or lease a new car or CPO Miller Toyota of Anaheim is the place to go. If you're buying CPO Luis is your man.
