I have never had a bad experience in bringing my vehicles to this dealership. Even without an appointment I am treated quickly with respect and professionalism. Every service associate I have encountered has been equally as respectful, knowledgeable, and polite.

Excellent customer service from the service rep. Very thorough in answering all my questions and with a smile. What made this experience the best one is that I got a services performed and recommended package that was very detailed. Normally I only get a receipt and a one pager of whatvwas done and recommended. This was definitely a value added service. When I’m in New Irleans again and find myself needing service, this is where I will come.

Miss Heather Lee was a great help today! I arrived for my oil change. After waiting a few minutes for it to be taken to a service bay the car would not restart. I was immediately hesitant due to the fact that I had gone inside and it was turned off and restarted while I was inside. I naturally distrust dealerships due to the bad record and news stories of foul play that exists. Heather was very patient while I decided how to proceed and made phone calls to acquire outside recommendations. She helped me understand what the issue was while looking up car history (due to being purchased at that location) and sharing options. Never once did I feel pressured. I was not satisfied paying for a new battery, but that was because no one wants to spend money they were not expecting, but I she helped me feel confident that if I had to spend money then the battery purchased at that location was the best option!

David was easy to work with, my oil change turned into a water pump replacement. Loaner car customer service was nice, everything covered by warranty. The shop looked for air filters and cabin filters and gave replacement options. David kept me in the loop on everything by phone, text, in person. I needed help getting baby car seats out but they helped me and were super friendly about it, even 103 degree weather. Very nice staff all around.

I went in to test drive a Leaf. I can’t tell you how relieved I was that no one tried to talk me into buying a more expensive car. Landon was happy to show me the car I wanted and the finance department was quick and professional. I brought a 2 year old with me and no one made me feel unwelcome when my daughter was throwing a fit or even when she drew on a table with a pen. I wasn’t able to take the car the day I signed the papers, so Landon brought the car to me the next day all the way from Cedar Park to San Marcos. Overall painless and hassle-free dealership experience.

15 MINUTES, in and out

Nothing ever takes 15 minutes when you have to get something done on your car, right? Especially when you pull into the service bays and there are 5 cars in front of you. Especially when after they get you in there is like one open seat in the waiting area. Well, today I needed a tail light replaced and when I saw how many people were in front of me, I cringed at the thought of how long it was going to be. As I was busy crushing candy, my service agent came in and said, all set. Even better the price was reasonable. Car fixed,candy crushed.

I love this place. They offer Saturday service which most dealerships don't do plus they got me in and out and explained all my options very clear. I was having starter problems with my 2015 accord and started to become very frustrated. I had been to mike smith a few times with the same answer of “ it’s not acting up and it has to act up with us in order for us to diagnose” after literally being on my last straw with it, i tried one last time. Kathy Blackwel helped me and kept me calm the entire time and assured that everything would be OK. She was AMAZING! She was very patient with me and understanding. She was the only reason i was so calm after leaving. My car is now fixed and i am 100% satisfied!

I was greeted with a smile, I had a screw in my driver side front tire. I only waited about 15 to 20 minutes. In my time of waiting, they had TV watch while waiting, nice clean restrooms, chilled bottle water or coffee. I also viewed some their vehicles. Great customer service!

Today I came in for my car maintenance and Christian greeted me with friendly service. He helped me choose the best maintenance package that met my specific needs. Later I was informed that my car needed more work done than anticipated & he asked if I wanted to see what needed to be fixed to get a better idea of what’s going on with my car. He was the first to ever offer that to me so I was pretty impressed. I got to see what he was talking about and got to meet the technician, David, who was working on my car. David was very friendly, explained what was going on, and fixed the problem before I needed to make my appointment for the day with time to spare. I had an overall positive experience with my service today and am thankful for their friendliness and service.

I was on my way there from Boston to buy a car. By the time I got there...it was already sold about an hour before I arrived. I was really sad and disappointed, but the staff there was very sympathetic and apologetic to me. Especially Stephen. They even offered to pay for my gas which was nice of them to do. I had a pleasant experience both in scheduling via telephone my service (oil change, state inspection, and manufacture recall) an in person during my visit. I stayed at the dealership waiting area which had nice seating, the World Cup on TV and refreshments. I found the facilities including the bathroom were well maintained and clean. I walked into the dealership not knowing if my trade had enough equity to drive home in a RAV4. Dan Levesque was super awesome. No pressure, highly knowledgeable, and spent all the time I needed to make a decision and, yes, drive home in that RAV4! He took the time to explain all of the different features in the RAV and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with all of the controls before I drove away. Really good guy! Peter Plansky, the finance guy, made the credit process fun and easy even with the "Ruby" red color (private joke). Would definitely recommend them and the dealership

Matthew and the service technicians are an invaluable asset at Munday. Matthew explained the complete process of my repairs and they did a top-notch job on the clutch replacement for my mazda 2. The mechanic whose name I cannot remember even got on the phone and spoke with me and explained in detail what needs to be done with my clutch replacement and the options available to fix the problem. Matthew then went the extra mile and got me a rental from Enterprise with a discount. Because of Matthew's excellent customer service and the integrity of the mechanics, they saved me a large amount of money. Both Matthew and the mechanics are extremely helpful and competent and because of them I will definitely return to Munday for service.

Today IRA Toyota of Manchester serviced my Toyota Tundra. The service my truck required at this time was an oil and filter change, front and rear drive shaft joints to be greased, and an inspection. I was concerned about the condition of the serpentine belt, based on the mileage. I met with Bryan Bell and informed him of the services I required. At this time I informed Bryan of the spacers above the skid plate and I would like an inspection of the serpentine belt. Bryan noted everything I informed him of on the service order and explained they would perform a multi point inspection which would include the serpentine belt. Bryan kept me informed of the progress on my Tundra and when the service was complete. Bryan was great to work with he displayed true professionalism. The certified technician D.Durfee while i did not meet him in person, he took great care of my Tundra. My Tundra was returned to me clean and all of the services were completed. The service was excellent, the dealership was clean, and the free coffee was excellent.

Had a great experience!! Our salesman Johnny Townsend was very knowledgeable of the two cars we were interested in. We test drove and my wife fell in love. We had great conversation and did not feel pressured. Sales was a breeze to get through. We had a totally different experience with finance department. Would give them 0 stars. However Johnny did his best to keep us happy as we waited. Finance couldn’t get our paperwork correct after hours of waiting. When we finally finished, upon arriving home we noticed paperwork still wasn’t correct and had to go back again and redo the paperwork. Horrible experience with the financial team. Johnny-5 stars!! The low rating I'm giving is not on the staff. They are all actually very nice and friendly. The 2 star is on the wait time every single time I go there just for a simple oil change. Even when I schedule an appointment it still takes them 2-3 hours to have my car ready. They need to hire more staff given the fact that they know they're always so busy. They need to be mindful and respectful of people's precious time! Update: they have improved their waiting time. Their staff continues to offer great service. I love that they wash my car for free. The waiting area is very clean and they have a large TV to watch shows. Also, they have a small cafeteria which is very convenient and best of all...free coffee!

Normally, a car buying experiences are long and tedious spending all day at the dealership, but Than and Cristian made sure my experience was efficient and did not waste my time at all. I'm tentatively giving them a 5 star because they called me a few days AFTER the vehicle had been financed and purchased, everything signed, with a lower monthly payment. I went back expecting something fishy, but compared the documents and it was a legit lower monthly payment. The only thing I noticed was they had not signed one of the documents which after reviewing on Google can be dangerous as a consumer. I will be having them sign the document in the next few days and as long as that works out I will say I have never experienced anything like this in my life before (in a really awesome way).

A few weeks ago, my mom's car suddenly broke down... so as much as we hated it, we had to rush to go buy a car so that she can have it for work by Monday. We spent all of Saturday going to 4 different Toyota dealerships in the area, but no luck. Customer service was exceptionally horrible at Elmore Toyota, where a sales person was rude and tried to up-sell us greatly for the car we were looking for. Buying a car shouldn't be this hard!!! On Sunday, we decided to go a little further from our area and came to Miller Toyota, where we were wonderfully helped by David Gaspar. Surprisingly, he was able to get us a deal on the same car we were looking for...at a much reasonable price! The whole process, believe it or not, took only about 2.5 - 3 hours. My mom was soo happy about her new car and I was just glad we didn't have to drive around all day again and deal with other dishonest and unhelpful salespeople...THANK YOU SO MUCH DAVID!!! You've made our buying experience so easy and quick, we got out of there just in time for lunch! If everyone shopping for a car went here the stress people associate with purchasing a car would no longer exist. I chose to go to Miller Toyota even though it was an hour out of my way because of their sales teams great reviews and I am glad that I did. I knew what I wanted and C.W. and his manager Edgar made it happen. I got a 2016 CPO Prius that looks brand new for an unbelievable price. I can't tell you how friendly everyone was from beginning to end. What an amazing experience! My son found a car he wanted and we had financing through our credit union, however, they only do 90% loan to value. We walked in and told Matthew where we needed to be on price and he made it happen just like that. We had been told by 2 other local dealers that 90% was ridiculous and they couldn't meet us. On a personal note, Matthew is an AMAZING person. He was responsive to our request and even drove the car to our mechanic to let him check everything out! My experience here was a unique one. I was in a bad situation with my old 2012 Civic and needed something with 4 doors so I went here for a used fit. Buying a new car!!! UGH!!! It's in the same category as going to the dentist!! My husband and I struggled with whether to keep our 10-year-old Rav 4 with over 98,000 miles on it or bite the bullet and buy a new one. The back and forth, the little squabbles, the stress...all because we DREADED having to go in to deal with a new car salesperson! We decided to bite the bullet. We knew we wanted Ira Toyota because it's close to our house and because we bought our 2008 Rav 4 there. Before we went in, my husband did pricing research on the 2018 Rav 4 and also researched the reviews of the different salespeople at Ira. He told me that, based on the reviews, we were going in and asking for Aiman Varoqua. If we had to wait for him to finish with a customer, we would...and we did. But it was well worth it. Aiman is a very calm and gentle man. He listened to us. He told us what was available. He brought us out to see the colors. He had us take a test drive. He didn't try to upsell us or pressure us in any way. We showed him the print-out of a Rav 4 we saw online. He brought it to the "powers that be," and that price was honored. My husband wanted a few extra things put on the vehicle. We decided on a price...and then I panicked. I needed the night to think about it. Aiman had no problem with that. I think he knew we'd be back...even though I wasn't so sure. We went back the next day, and we made the deal with Aiman. He oversaw the additional things that needed to be added, and the car was ready three days later. I wish everyone could have as pleasant an experience purchasing a new car as we had with Aiman. On vacation with family in the 30A area and the alternator on our Honda Odyssey went out. Looked up the closest Honda dealers and Honda of Bay County was the easiest to get to from the area. Drove right there from our vacation rental and arrived at 3:15 PM on a Friday afternoon (service dept was open until 6 PM that day). Had a quote in about an hour for the almost $1K repair. My service advisor (Brandy Slaughter) spoke with the service manager (Mike Boatwright) and he discounted the price of the repair more than $200 and had the shop foreman work on the repair so it could be completed by the time they closed. The repair was finished by 5:30 PM so the total time was about 2 hours. I was blown away by how quickly they took care of me. To say it was a huge relief is a major understatement. Having it done so quickly saved me the hassle and expense of figuring out how to get my family and luggage checked out of our vacation rental and all of us back to Panama City (30+ miles away) the next day to get the vehicle. I overwhelmingly recommend this dealer if you need a repair. They could have taken advantage of the situation I was in with traveling deadlines but did just the opposite and went above and beyond to get the repair completed on a fast-track and with a discounted part to boot. I bought a new 2017 Nissan Titan XD Pro4-X Diesel from Sterling McCall. Billy Bui was my salesman and Jake the F&I guy took care of that end. I live in Orlando and my car broke and I needed to get back to Orlando in the same day. I am from Connecticut and have no family or support in Florida. This morning I took my new Honda Ridgeline in for minor repair and I was greeted by Brandon at the service lane. He remembered me from an initial visit nearly 4 weeks prior. The entire team at Courtesy Nissan has a very good sense of their customers urgency! We came in and explained what we were looking for, viewed some cars online just to get a feel for what we were looking for. then we viewed some cars on the lot. We took one for a test drive and that turned out to be the perfect car for us. Our salesman Al was very friendly. We had a great time talking with him. Then we worked with the manager on the price and once that was worked out we worked with Juan in finance to nail down all the details. Juan was also very nice. We swapped stories about our hometowns while waiting for the system to approve are loan. Also we ordered a custom fit sun shield for the new Nissan and at the same time we ordered accustom sun shield for our Ford. They cost a little more than the sun Shields for your car that you buy at a grocery store or drugstore but both of them fit perfectly in our cars. It's really nice to be able to put the sun shield on the windshield of your car and have it fit snuggly. Also I think the materials used in these Sun Shields insulate better against the Sun then conventional ones. I've noticed the car I drive the Ford is significantly less hot with the new sun shield then with my old one. Every aspect all of our experience at Courtesy Nissan was a positive one. I also bought glass cleaner there from the service department and it works spectacularly both on the car and in the house.

I went to Honda of Bay County for an oil change. The facility is a nice large open space with a nice area for waiting while your car is serviced. They also have nice cushioned comfortable chairs. When I got there on a Saturday, I was pleasantly surprised that they had customer lunch and breakfast items for free. Josh Wilson was very knowledgeable.about the features of our new RAV 4 Platinum. The price was as advertised. We used Consumer Reports to obtain offers from IRA and Toyota of Nashua. Both came back at rates competitive with the quote we obtained from Carmax's new Toyota vehicle pricing, and fell in the "normal" range from TrueCar.. Our preferred configuration was not available on the Manchester IRA lot, but they obtained it a day later and had it prepped and ready to go the next day. We purchased the extended vehicle warranty because we buy our cars and keep them for a long time. This car replaces a 2004. The warranty extension was priced the same as the Toyota extensions that used to be available by Internet purchase before Toyota shut down that venue. We were very satisfied with Jeff Kleiner, Sales Manager, as well. The whole team was knowledgeable and open about the sales process.

We were on the road for 12 hours when our van dashboard warned us of a problem which ultimately resulted being towed thirty miles to Bob Howard Honda. We were total strangers from Chicago and they looked at our van right away, but ultimately we needed to leave it overnight. Our courtesy van driver, Dennis, drove us to get our airport rental vehicle. All of the other places I have gotten my oil changed at have tried to talk me into unnecessary services. Here, they did the standard check and only alerted me to a small oil leak that was forming so that I would keep my eye on it. I came here to have a car checked out. I bought a Nissan Rogue from South Kia. I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep the vehicle. The locks went out the next day and I was pissed. Walked in, met Yuriy and told him exactly what i was looking for. He found one, I drove it and we sat and talked numbers. I told him I didn't want to do the whole car salesperson dance and go through the entire silly script they are taught to follow. He respected that and got right to a number that was within range. This review is for Miller's Toyota service department. I haven't had a chance to deal with their sale department. Everytime I bring my car in here for service, my advisors have been wonderful. All of them are friendly and helpful. The dealer is nice with plenty of amenities in the waiting room. Their service department is quick and it is always so easy to make online appointment with them. Today, I scheduled for a 6pm appointment oil change then realized that 5pm is the cut off time for the same day service. I called my advisor, Martin Miller, and he went out of his way to accommodate. My husband and I bought a new car on 4/30. Alan Tran was our salesman. My husband contacted him via phone before our visit to the dealership. When we arrived, Alan was with another customer, so he put us in the hands of his trainee, Mike. You could tell Mike was new (but weren’t we all at some point), but he was very helpful and friendly. He was personable and very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicles we test drove. When it came time to negotiate, Alan sat down with us and went over the numbers. I was driving a hard bargain and we were all actually laughing during the process. We bought the car for only $500 over what we had decided we would pay. It was a great experience for a woman who to begin with didn’t want to buy a new car. Today, we returned to have the new tags put on the vehicle. Though I scheduled a 1045 service appt. I was 3 cars deep in line outside of the service bay and still out there at 1104. My service tech acknowledged the issue and was apologetic for the delay and seemed fully understanding of time being important. He was very attentive to why I was there and suggested a service which accepted and was very happy with the price and time it took to complete. Additionally during my wait time I asked Jeff Kleiner for help using a desktop to access my work email. He set me up and was great. Overall great service on all counts.

Called Toyota dealer where I picked up the 2018 Camry to ask for a “walk-in” 10,000 mile oil change. Response: “Sorry Sir, we only service by appointment only and we don't have any today.” Called Ira Toyota and made the same request of them, a walk-in 10,000 mile service. Response: “Sure, stop in any time today and we'll expedite that service for you.” Ira's check-in process is what I would call “BMW like”. Very easy and efficient process. Went in to the waiting area, had a snack and drink, checked a few emails, and the service was completed before I knew it.
