We had to have our vehicle towed to Bob Howard the day before Thanksgiving. We got there after the service department was closed. We were able to leave keys with one of their techs still onsite. They got the vehicle repaired on Friday and we were so thankful that they had weekend hours to pick up our car. Russ from service was courtesy and friendly and put us at ease so that we could enjoy out Thanksgiving with family. We really appreciate their attention and customer service!

Great customer service, great communication. I am always treated like a friend and a valued customer. The team at Bob Howard Toyota Service Department are always friendly, willing to listen, answer questions, and take the time to explain anything they found with no pressure to do service that is not urgent. But they let me know what may be developing as a concern down the road. When checking out, they always explain everything on the bill and escort me to the car - which is freshly washed. Go to Bob Howard Honda! You will be well taken care of! Russell was so courteous and professional when checking up on my 2018 Honda Civic. My partner and I got caught in a snow storm in Santa Fe the day before during my road trip from LA to DC. The bottom of my car got all torn up, and the front passenger-side bumper hung down a bit, making a dragging noise. Our anxiety settled down when Russell took care of everything efficiently and with confidence. His warmth gave us much-needed peace of mind. This was my first time bringing my vehicle to be serviced at this location. The drop off was smooth and easy. I appreciated that they quoted me on the potential price of the services that will be needed for my vehicle before they started. Hence no surprises later on down the line, hopefully. The dealership even offered a courtesy shuttle (drop off and pick up) to any location within a 5-10 mile radius. The finance department was another story. My experience at the dealership would have been perfect if it hadn’t been for the finance guy wasting our time going through his sales pitch with the warranties. Stopped by IRA in Tewksbury to ask a service advisor about some ignition issues with my wife's RAV 4. Had the fortunate chance to be approached by David Joyce who listened to my dilemma and immediately assured me that the issue was merely a battery chip replacement in the smart key. With a contagious broad smile he accompanied me to the parts department and he asked the parts manager to give me a courtesy free key battery and also a second one for the backup key. He even showed me how easy it was to replace the chip . I walked out feeling relieved and with the positive, reassurance that IRA Toyota in Tewksbury was a first class operation thanks to employees like Service Advisor David Joyce.

I moved up to MA from NC in 2018. I had my Toyota serviced at the Lynn dealership and had a really bad experience. I became worried that Toyota customer service and value may be different in MA from what I always experienced in NC. I needed service again and I scheduled an appointment with Toyota of Danvers. What a great difference between the two service departments. Toyota Danvers did an amazing job and I feel I got the work I needed to have done... Best Car Buying Experience EVER

This was my second purchase from Folsom Lake Toyota, but my first new car purchase (the other was over 15 years ago). I cannot recommend John Key enough! He spent plenty of time with us while test driving the car, and there was absolutely no pressure when I said we needed to do a little more research. He suggested I call him at any time, for any questions we may have. When I came back to purchase the car, we were in and out of the dealership in less than 2-1/2 hours! He even sat with me for a half hour during this time, setting up the Bluetooth and making sure my phone was connected and my contacts were saved, and even preset my favorite radio stations! I'm so grateful for everything, and have highly recommend him to all of my coworkers, friends, and family!

I worked with Chris. The car I came to see was involved with another deal by the time I arrived. Chris ask what I was looking for (Mid-size sedan). The dealership had a vast selection to choose from. Ironically, what I came to see was available in a newer model. I did end up leaving with a newer model and at a fair rate. I search KBB while waiting on some paperwork to prepare an offer. I know going in a Dealer has to make a profit and upon my offer I receive a quick deal. I hate wheeling and dealing so I was very please we skipped the haggling. EVERYONE here made my day much brighter! Gabriel ( at the site) Freddie (on the phone making the appointment) and others provided great quality customer service and personable interactions. Jack was my service provider who spoke with me about different products and services as well. Freddie was contacted to schedule a later time oil change appointment immediately after an accident I had. I was scheduled to come in at a certain time but couldn't make it on time. Freddie STAYED on the phone to ensure my safety the ENTIRE time (I called Toyota to reschedule after ending the phone call with the police) and I was able to make it in later on the same day. Gabriel was very pleasant and helped me with the coffee machine as we talked for a while. She explained she recently began working there but her professionalism gave the impression that she was a seasoned employee, not someone just starting. I scheduled an oil change and upon arrival it was busy so I had to wait until a representative was available. While waiting I was informed of what was happening and was told more than once that I would be seen as soon as all those ahead of me were finished. This happens in business. I was shopping for a new 2020 4 Runner and had visited a dealership close to me as well as contacting other Calif. Toyota dealers. I was not getting anywhere as far as a decent price off of MSRP was concerned as well as just seeing that I knew more about the car than most of the salesmen I talked to. In searching for what I wanted online I found the exact one with all the specs I wanted on Folsom Lake Toyota's website. When I clicked for a contact, Matthew Davila got right back to me. I already had a written quote from another dealer for my trade in that I was happy with. I did not tell Matthew what I was looking for in the way of a discount off of MSRP. Within a short time he got right back to me again with an acceptable quote on my trade in and a very nice and also acceptable discount off the MSRP on the 4 runner . No asking me what I wanted to pay for the car, no handoffs to other people and no waiting for hours for approval from the general manager. I drove up in a couple of days to pick it up. The contract was exactly what we discussed, no issues on my trade in and everything went down the way we had agreed over the phone. Since I was paying all cash, there was no financing so I cannot report on that. I had told Matthew before I did not want to buy any extended warranties and there was no pressure put on me for it like other dealers usually do. The car was ready when I got there, there was no BS to put up with and Matthew personally walked us through everything without handing us off to anyone else. I was also impressed with his detailed knowledge about the vehicle, another thing lacking in car salesmen these days. Update-30 October Andy, the service department manager contacted me in regards to my previous review and promise to make it right. Andy assured me that my previous experience wouldn’t happen again, so I kept my appointment and he was absolutely correct, set me up with a great service advisor, Cullen and dependable fast mechanic. Thanks Andy for being a great manager and taking care of customers! If you have any issues just go to Cullen and ask for Andy!!! ************************************************* I had a service appointment on 24 oct and decided on new tires and alignment, I was told the wait time to be about 2 hours from my service advisor, Shawn. Almost 4 hours later I went back to Shawn and asked him, is my car ready cause it’s almost doubled the time you suggested. He then said he was going to tell the mechanics immediately to put my car together and blamed it on the mechanics but I turned around and immediately started looking for my car and it was already in the ready to go parking lot. Shawn also told me that he was giving me $20 discount off my alignment for the wait, a quote of 79.95 instead of 99.99, but he had already quoted me that price before I waited for four hours and it was already a special the dealership was running. So he tried to act like he was doing something special for me for the wait and in fact he was not. I have another appointment for my brakes and battery but I probably will cancel and get someone else because of this bad experience. But the job on my tires, alignment and air conditioning is top notch! Just didn’t appreciate getting lied too about a wait time discount.

New Nissan Kicks with tradein

Buying a car with a tradein is always tricky, but the dealerships in Richardson TX usually give you top dollar for the trade, without any major hassle. They did add things back onto the loan like window tinting, but who doesn't want that usually. Overall the deal was still around 1500 dollars cheaper than any other dealership, plus you get more extras that the other places don't include for the price.

Josh was great! We went in after the path finder would not start the day before. We were able to get home, once it was jump started. On Saturday morning we called the service department and had available time to look into our problem. We dropped off the SUV in 10:00 AM. A deep battery was the issue. Bought a 2020 Honda Accord Sport

I went into the day with a price I wanted to pay in my head. I had shopped other dealers during the day and was unable to get a price close to where I wanted. I was able to get the price I wanted in about 3 minutes on the phone. Their initial offer without hearing my price was actually a little below where I was expecting to be. I walked into the dealership and was not messed with on my phone price. There was no back and forth with an unseen person. They didn't try to add additional fees or use dealer add ons to change my price. I went in with preapproved financing, they saw my rate, and told me they couldn't beat my rate. Instead of trying to manipulate numbers to get me to use their financing, they went straight to work on the final paperwork. They asked about extended warranty type stuff which I declined. They took no for an answer and didn't waste additional time badgering me. I did not feel pressured during any part of the process. If there wasn't paperwork involved, this would've been a quick deal. I only had to deal with my salesman (Mr. Moore) who I felt was very personable and upfront and the finance guy (sorry, was in there for such a short time that I forgot his name) who was able to answer any final questions I had and was only slowed by his printer's speed. A great overall experience from initial phone call to driving off of the lot! Will definitely get 1st shot if I ever have to replace my Accord. The only complaint I had was I didn't get to "play" the normal car buying process. I actually had time yesterday to "play" but they kept the process going without pressure or manipulation. Great job!

This was my first visit at this Toyota dealership. I am always nervous about getting my car worked on and whether or not the work is all in my best interest. Shawn was able to help me understand the work being done, his suggestions based on upcoming maintenance and what could potentially arise based on the concerns I expressed. He was able to under promise and over deliver which was a first for me with auto repairs. Found a used Car that was on one of the other Bob Howard Auto lots. My dealer had not problem's with getting the car for me to look at, test drive, and was able to answer all of my questions & concerns.
