I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Boardwalk Honda. The two people I dealt with were most helpful and personable. My salesman was Carlos. He was very nice to deal with and never told me anything he wasn’t sure of. If I had a question, he knew most of the answers but checked if I asked something he wasn’t totally clear about and made sure the information he gave me was accurate. Corey Griffin, sales manager, was just great. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Overall Boardwalk Honda experience was positive and I would definitely buy there again!

I bought a 20 year old Tacoma on Mother’s Day, that I never thought a large dealership would have. I was able to test drive ,finance and down the road in the vehicle in an hour an a half. Love it. Great price, felt like their value line vehicles are checked out well, serviced and from this area and not shipped in from out of state.

First time car buyers welcome. They made it as painless as possible. Don't go in there expecting a deal as they are firm on their prices listed online. Instead know what you're willing to pay and what it's worth as they have a decent turn around. Finance was made easy. They get you an interest rate. Talk to your bank before you go so you know what interest rate youd be willing to except. I did not do this and I didn't get the best deal because of it. Any question we had it was answered and he took the time to help us with an extended warranty. Here is negotiable, know what things are worth and what you're willing to gamble without warranty. All I had to do was get insurance and pay. Otherwise they did absolutely everything. Lots of paperwork but he was very slow to explain every single piece I was signing. Such a great experience to pick out a car one day then pick it up the next day registered, inspected and perfectly cleaned. Do your research and you will be happy with IRA

What I like about Mike Smith Nissan is that they take the time to get what needs to be completed done to perfection. The rewards system at Nissan is a lifesaver. Kelsey Craig is a fantastic service advisor. If you want the best service with little wait time, book an appointment within the first two hours of opening on a weekday and choose Ms. Craig as your service advisor.

Round Rock Nissan had a killer deal on a truck I wanted. Couldn't pass it up! Sales associate Henry Man is polite, considerate, patient, and expresses genuine care in providing you his undivided attention with his ability to help you buy/lease a vehicle. Henry didn't make me feel like another "sale". He had a great handshake with a pleasant greeting. Jim price, was honest and took care of me. Finance was a breeze. Smooth and easy. Had the best buying experience w/ Dustin, and Mike. These two made sure that my boyfriend & I had the cars we wanted. Jason Covault was our sales guy and was very professional and helpful. Ask for him to help you find the right vehicle and you wont be disappointed. The whole experience at this Nissan dealership was great, with one exception. From the time we decided on the car, it took several hours to check out. This was due to the number of people ahead of us in line. Might want to assess how to get people in and out quicker, such as a second payment processor person (we were paying cash).

Awesome, friendly people, awesome deals, no pressure, free coffee and they let you use their TV remote, no annoying music, and they changed my lug nut locks out for regular lug nuts even though I got there 2 minutes before they closed and didn't as much give me a dirty look for the trouble. I will definitely shop here next time I purchase a vehicle! Thank you!

Yuriy went above and beyond the call of duty.. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the car details. I will be back to purchase future vehicles . I went to Folsom Toyota for repair of a rear hatch lock mechanism. I had looked on line, and checked with a local independent shop, and was expecting repairs in the $500 range. Mike McKnight was the service specialist, and he couldn't have been more courteous and helpful. He arranged for shuttle both directions, and got my 4Runner in the shop immediately. By 10:30 am the repairs were complete and less than a third of what I had expected. Very pleased with Folsom Toyota's and Mike's service.

Great out of town support

Although I moved 4 hours away, I have continued to work in York county, and so have always continued to have my vehicle serviced at Toyota of Rock Hill. A couple months ago, I had to have my tire looked at...far away from York county. I went to a different Toyota dealership. There was a question about my tire, and the integrity of the history of my tires. I called Tim Fox-- I knew he could access all the records on my vehicle. He immediately responded, and even spoke to the other team member at the other dealership. My issue got quickly resolved. I was so grateful for his quick response to support the process. The service advisor Gino was really great! He made my visit very easy and simple. I actually called on Saturday night and he stayed late to make sure I got my car in, unfortunately the tow truck took a lot longer than expected. He made an appointment for me the following Monday and was able to get me right in and answer any questions I had regarding my warranty and other extras I had as well.

The service department is under construction but everyone was going out of their way to make the experience as pleasant as possible. My service advisor, Tony, was great and my technician saved me $200 to replace a leaky tire that he was able to repair when 2 previous attempts had failed. Great experience.

30,000 mile service and small problem with a burnt fuse

My wife and I just purchased a Toyota Highlander from this dealership and couldn’t be happier. We were assisted by Vinnie who was awesome from the moment we walked in. Everyone in the dealership was attentive to our needs and courteous. I even watched some of the salesman help a customer change a tire on Sunday because the service department was closed. The price was certainly competitive, but that part is easy. What really matters but is tough to duplicate is the level of professionalism we experienced. From the second we walked in to when we left Vinnie and the rest of the staff were awesome to work with, I will definitely be back based on this alone. The service writer Philip was phenomenal, friendly, very courteous he had asked what I was in for. I went in specifically for an oil change and also a tire rotation. I had a pleasant experience dealing with every staff member I came into to contact with. Regardless if most employees in this line of work are somewhat obligated to act in a delightful manner. There were occasions that I could tell it was genuinely honest. Regardless if I have bad luck with my vehicle down the road, which I doubt. I would always recommend purchasing a vehicle that's "used", over other dealerships in Oklahoma city if you're able. My family has purchased many of them from said dealership. And we've only been let down once and dealt with a staff member we didn't care for. The two employees that stood out most to me this time around where, Chester S of sales and Dwight H of finance. They were both very kind employees and both went out of their way to cater to their customers during this time consuming process. Furthermore I'd like to add, the name Leon Davis is a internet alias for obvious reasons. The vehicle purchased was a 2008 red Nissan Rogue on the day of 12/27/18. So the battery died....

Took my 2016 Tacoma for an oil change and was going to use a discount coupon but was told that it was expired. The young man named Cody saw my Marine decals on my rear window and asked if I was a Veteran? I said yes, and after thanking me for my service to our country, Cody said that he would give me a better discount than the discount coupon. And he did. This was by far the best car buying experience ever! We reached a mutually agreed upon price via email before I got to the showroom. I half expected some "hidden" add on's once I got there - or that they would not be able to honor the pricing for some reason. That never happened. So far I have no complaints. It was my first time using them to service my 4Runner. They have a shuttle service available when you are dropping your vehicle off; the driver is really nice. There was an issue discovered after I came back to get my vehicle that hadn't been caught during the initial check. I feel the solution provided was adequate. The only part that isn't ideal is that I have to come back again because the part was not in stock.

I went into IRA with a prearranged deal in hand for a Toyota Highlander and all went well. The cars I wanted to choose from were off-site so we had to go for a short road trip to get to them. This gave me an opportunity for an extended test drive so that was well appreciated. When I finally made my decision the car was prepped, washed, filled with gas, and ready to go in a timely fashion. The finance part of the deal went smoothly as well, I did have prearranged financing so that helped. Regardless of that, I was in and out with the financial person with no hassle. I have never had a car serviced there so I can't comment on that. But considering the first two years of service are included in the price of the car (don't let them fool you, nothing is "free") I guess they have a captive audience at least.

Service was above average, staff was friendly and helpful. Toyota should be ashamed for their lack of concern toward loyal customers. Defective shaft issue should have been a recall item. My 2004 Highlander Limited had the same shaft defect as my current 2012 Highlander Limited. This issue has been well known to Toyota for many years. What has Toyota done for its loyal customers regarding this shaft issue? THEY GAVE US THE SHAFT!!! A BILL FOR $700. This will be a definite consideration for my next vehicle purchase. 5 stars for Ira staff. 0 stars for Toyota.

I was looking to maybe exchange my vehicle for a new Nissan Rogue. I had the pleasure to work with David Morris that try to find something that worked within the limited budget. While David looked for the best deals for me he was honest and direct. He was able to find something that worked for me but I was still looking at different options. He kept in contact to let me know that he was holding the rogue that I was thinking of getting since I told him that I was planning on coming back the next day and to let him know if I was still interested. He did not make me feel that he was pushing me just wanted to know what my plan was and if I was going to come back. It was not until 4 days later that I decided to keep my current vehicle. After getting some info and noticed I had three little ones asleep in the back he brought over a tech to see if it was a quick fix. I really appreciate the consideration of my situation. My experience with the service department has always been exceptional! Adi has played a pivotal role in facilitating my visits for oil changes, tire rotations, and other things that have happened to my vehicle. When it came to scheduling appointments, he responded in a timely manner and was able to provide an ideal day and time. My knowledge in car maintenance is relatively weak, so it’s been awesome being told what needs to be done with my car without trying to oversell me on a service that isn’t mandatory. Worst time ever. Made an appointment for an oil change and got there early today. They told me an hour to get my oil changed. I'm calling an hour an a half later and the representative that helped me is on lunch and the one that answered can't help me. I call back an hour later, it's now been 2 and a half hours, and the guy is not answering so I leave a message. I get there at two, it's been 3 hours now, and guy is still on break, the guy that first answered the phone , which I think his name is Steve? Is on the second desk from the right, says u have to wait for Javier Sandoval and I'm like really you can't check on my car? So with a look on his face he checks and I tell him I need my car now. Then Sandoval shows up he calls the shop they tell him they haven't even gotten started. I ask why? He said that I left, so I stop him and asked really because I left I was just pushed back? He then said no we had 10 people ahead of you when you got here. That the appointment was just to talk to a person not get service done. Stupid! So the other guy brings my keys I tell the manager he just says sorry but does not offer any help so I leave. I still need to get my oil changed...three hours later. Update, manager brought me in loan me a car and got my oil changed and truck checked out. I've been dealing with Ben after the manager dealt with me and he is amazing. So amazing that he got promoted congrats. Just stopped by today and got in and out in an hour. They are honest up front about wait times and it's up to you if you want to wait or leave it and have someone pick you up.

Ryder Clayton took me to serve when I visited for a used car in November 2018. He was not trying to push for buying, but caring. He explained me slowly about the car and openly allowed questions. Only stopped by to have the windshield wipers checked. The service tech determined the issue was caused by an independent body shop after the car was repaired from hail damage. James Alvarez was our sales person. He was very patient and did not exude the typical "salesperson pressure" to purchase a car. The first day we went in was close to closing so we pretty much were "window shopping".
