After a few months of car shopping at numerous...

After a few months of car shopping at numerous dealerships I quickly remembered why I don't like buying a cars. This car purchase was for my mom and I went to many dealerships with her and we had a deals on cars to buy then in the final paperwork after 2 hours showed a cost 15-25% more because of dealer add on's.. so frustrating. I was very skeptical sending my mom to the wolves with out being there and started talking to Hasan Majied at team Gillman Mazda about a Mazda CX-5 they had. I was crystal clear with Hasan about previous experiences and he assured me he would take care of her and all she would pay is the sale price plus TT&L nothing else added. I did some rough math and told my mom what she should expect to pay. She called me to tell me the final cost was 100 bucks more than I guessed, not the above mentioned 15-25% from others. Hasan Majied was a pleasure to work with and he is a man of his word. He will be my first call next time I am buying a car. Thank you Hasan!

Needed a brake job on rear axle, used a coupon from the mike smith app. Had to replace the rear rotors due to what I assume was warping on the inside of wheel. Overall very happy with the job. Taking it easy while the new brake shoes break in, meaning trying to avoid sudden hard stops. Kelsey my service rep was very professional as always and she kept me in the loop on the status of the repair. And if that weren't enough my vehicle was washed! Amazing!

My car visor on the driver side was broken and I had...

My car visor on the driver side was broken and I had ordered a replacement and tried to install it myself. I was successful at getting the old one out but couldn't get the new one in. I called Miller and they gave me a price of how much it would cost. I went in and service advisor Michael Robinson helped me. He was wonderful, he fixed my visor at no charge......he said I did the hard part by removing the old visor. That made my day and if I ever buy another car I will go to Miller Toyota.

I understand about safety policies due to COVID19 but that Nissan is not offering a complimentary car wash is not acceptable, because they don't even wash a car by hand. My friend has a BMW and she went just to replaced her wiper blades and she got a complimentary car wash and they even vacuum her car.. BMW has excellent customer service and they're facilities and their customer service is wonderful

The entire team is very professional, proactive, friendly, good with keep you posted on progress when you leave your vehicle for maintenance needs. You can either wait there (they have a very clean facility with WiFi, coffee, water, good seating arrangements ( they have enough space to maintain social distancing as well)) If you choose to wait I would recommend taking a book or laptop so that you can catch up on some reading or get any work done while waiting OR you can leave you vehicle, they will offer shuttle services if you sign up for it. A top notch, professional dealership

I'd been looking for a certain type of Toyota Sienna from a certain generation with certain features for a while, so when a matching Sienna showed up on cars.com from the Gene Messer Toyota dealership in Lubbock, TX, I contacted them right away -- even though I'm in Wisconsin.No problem. The salesman I spoke to, Joe Enriquez, walked me through the process from start to finish. He took extra pics of the van for me, helped through the negotiations with his manager, kept me informed as a shipper was found and as the van was delivered to my front door ... all at a very reasonable price. I went for an oil change. It took one hour like they said it would. I forgot to tell them synthetic oil . They used a type of oil used for a Honda and said they would change it if I wanted to. Replacement of pistons that open rear taIlgate

The rear tailgate of my 2015 RAV4 became stuck in half closed position as one of the hydraulic arms failed. I immediately brought my auto to Ira Toyota Danvers Danvers. I was given a Lyft home while problem was diagnosed. Within an hour I was called and told arms had to be replaced and parts were ordered. parts were received within two days and technician had repair done and car washes by 8am next day. This service was great considering the load in the shop. Also having a $1300 repair covered by extended warranty made me even happier.
