Got my brand new car with great price. John Arena was amazing and very patient with me for my first car. He explained things very well. Mark, the general manager, worked with me back and forth to meet my monthly budget for the brand new car. I drove almost an hour to buy the car and it was totally worth my time and my travel. They do not xxxxxxxx like other dealer. If you know what you want, they will try their best to work with you to meet your satisfaction.

Hello, here is what I experience whenever I get my car serviced: Call to schedule an appointment, Penny was courteous and polite over the phone while scheduling for an appointment. Went in for my 55,000 mile maintenance. Drove in, waited less than a minute for Angel Hernandez (my maintenance advisor who remembers my name and is very informative and patient) who explained to me what was to be done to my car, left my keys on my dash, went in their customer waiting area, had some coffee, some good donuts, sat in their computer room to do some work on my laptop, when the service was done Angel personally notifies me my car is done. The Inspection report was also sent to me via online and if I had any questions, Angel was there to answer no matter how silly my questions seemed. He even told me what was to be done when my car will be serviced next time. Easy, Simple, Done! Excellent service all around!

Walk In Service

I was strapped for time and chose to walk-in for service without an appointment. They did an oil change, rotate tires and recall item in less than two hours. I waited in a nice lounge with coffee and snacks. They even gave me a massage. The service tech was courteous and helpful.

Leased RAV4. Worked with my salesman Zack Josephs and Finance person Belgica Richiez for the 2nd time in 6 months. 1st time for a lease for my wife, 2nd time for a lease for myself. They were a great help to get us thru the process and made things so much more enjoyable to do. The time we spent doing each lease was in the perfect time frame. This dealership is like part of the family now. We purchased from here in 2012 and had a phenomenal experience with Tariq. Carlos was my sales consultant and he was fantastic! This was my SECOND time purchasing a vehicle at this dealership and I know I’ll be back in the future. I waited a month to write this review because I really wanted to get to know my car better/see if any issues came up. A month later I’m still just as in love with the vehicle as I was when I went to go take a look/test drive! Carlos was really patient with me because I took a week in between the test drive and purchase. He checked in with me to make sure I was still interested and to see if I had any questions about the vehicle throughout the week, he also confirmed the appointment with me beforehand to make sure I was still able to make it up there. Throughout the purchasing process at no point did I feel rushed, pressured, undervalued, etc. Khan made the financing process super quick and easy and even gave me a couple of tips to keep in mind! Carlos also found 2 extra keys for me! (These things are expensive to replace)! Both of these guys were a pleasure to work with and I definitely recommend seeing these guys if you’re planning on making a purchase soon! Thank you again Carlos and Khan! This was my first time servicing my CRV at Boardwalk Honda. I am usually reluctant to go to dealerships from past experiences, but this recent service has changed my mind. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful for my 15k mile service. The dealership also had an interactive app that listed the findings and work to be performed along with price estimates that I had to manually approve which I really liked. Excellent customer service. We drove two hours to Houston to look at a car on the lot. The car sold before we could get there( not their fault), but they made it a point to find another car for us in our price range. AND THEY DID THAT DAY. Did the paper work and we were back home. These people are fantastic. We had been dealing with other dealerships for at least two months and no one was willing to deal with us. I highly recommend them. I took my BMW to Courtesy as I heard they had a department that serviced German vehicles. They were able to find and repair a re-occurring problem that the BMW dealership was never able to diagnose correctly. Since then I have taken it for a brake change, oil change and fuel pump repair. I have been extremely happy with the work and service and at a fraction of the cost I've paid to BMW.

We had a great experience with Bob Howard Nissan. Friendly staff with low pressure sales people. We had been looking for a specific car for a couple months and it popped up at this dealership. We just bought a pre-owned 2020 Corolla from Ira Toyota of Danvers. John Arena was the Product Specialist that helped us. He was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. Rivertown Toyota just does a great job overall. We just bought another Toyota Camry and we love it. Super little car. The NEW leadership at Rivertown has has turned the dealership around, for the better. The new general manager, Chuck, is 100% honest and has very strong real Christian values. I was planning to take my car for its regularly scheduled service and a light appeared on my dashboard. I stopped by after work and talked to one service person who was obviously tired and ready to go home. He shared every reason why I couldn't get service that day and may "have to wait for a while because there was a car that had been in their shop for 2 weeks." I tried to remain positive and opted to go online to schedule another date and time (and service tech)! Fortunately, Stevi was assigned to my service appointment. If I could give 10 stars I would! We bought our first used car which is a Toyota 4Runner that my husband and I are in love with, from Rivertown Toyota. Our sales Lady, Karen made the process super smooth. She actually went above and beyond after our 2009 Toyota Camry unexpectedly shut down on the interstate leaving my husband without a vehicle and phone that was losing battery. Her husband and herself drove from the dealership an hour out of their way to pick him up so that he could get a reliable vehicle for our family! This Honda dealership fixes my car the correct way the first time. They stick to their quote and provide you with items which will need repair in the future so that you can plan them in the budget without breaking down. My wife and I live in Durham, North Carolina. We had driven to Atlanta in our Toyota pickup truck to visit my son. Since we will be making this trip a lot, we were interested in purchasing a second car that could deliver good gas mileage. After researching new and used cars, we had decided that the car needed to be a Toyota (we love the dependability of our truck), have the latest safety features, be affordable and deliver good gas mileage.
