My experience here was a breath of fresh air in comparison of the Ray Brant dealership in Kenner, I unfortunately had purchased my vehicle from in April. I really enjoyed the personal touch and professional staff especially, Joe Templeton, a bilingual Spanish and English staff member in the service department. Joe made the entire process from drive up to departing for my routine service a breeze. Joe listened to my needs and concerns with genuine care, ensured my time was valued and I had an appointment set for my next service with him before leaving. Even though this dealership is almost one hour away it was well worth it because of the level of customer service that I received. I cant say enough here about this especially in Southern Louisiana !

Have been servicing my Sienna here for a few year (oil changes, recalls, some repairs) and can't say anything bad. Like the option to schedule service online. Car maintenance report at each oil change is handy (I wish they sent it by mail, too, as the used to do). Shuttle service is awesome. Advisers normally suggest things that I'd need to take care of, but they never push services.

Totally difference experience than last time I drove into the service department.. There was Johnny on the Spot greeting me, acknowledging I needed help and someone would be with me shortly. Then Joe walked about, acknowledging me and would complete a work order. Joe returned and started the process. It was a minor fix, but how long before they could get it done! 2018 4Runner — Joe, service advisor, and Kevin, service manager, were both stellar to work with. They provided quick, detailed service and were knowledgeable. Kevin was kind enough to retrieve the collision estimate before my arrival right away as opposed to having me wait later in the day to receive it by email due to how busy the shop was. He definitely went above and beyond for me and my family. We had just moved to the area but can definitely say, we will be back for our other Toyota to be serviced with Joe and Kevin. So much better if a dealer than The competition on expressway. I never feel “shamed” for passing up a recommended service option for any reason. The advisors are always in great moods and helpful. This was my best purchase. I am a type of buyer who wants a simple process and a good price before coming to the dealership. they did it this time. Sale person John Key was courteous in getting the price I wanted without making me go thru a “typical” process many car salesmen do. I got the best quote from phone/email among local dealers and finally got another $500 at the time i took the vehicle. The finance person Trend, as usual, tried to sell extra warranty, service options, etc. and it took us sometime to refuse most of them. We finally bought the warranty for a very good price. We usually don’t buy it but this time we did because of the price. Only one minor negative point: there is no cafeteria or coffee shop on site as in most other dealers. We came in around 1pm and left at 4pm so pretty hungry. I highly recommend John as sales person. He made my buying experience zero hassle. Note that is is my 4th new car purchase or lease in last 6 years. Most of them smooth but this was the smoothest.

We just bought a 2016 Fiat. The APR is negotiable and competitive. Our salesperson's name was Ed. The premises is wheelchair and handicap accessible. Service is surprisingly quick, my experience was less than 3 hours. The lounge area has four (4) food machines. One is comprised of healthy options, none of which are vegan. The second machine has coffee. Towards the back of the room there is a candy machine and a soda machine. The lounge area also has a readily available remote control and TV. The seating options include a charging station/bar, a dozen lounge chairs, and one elevated table. The kids area is impressive. There is ample seating, including one adult's lounge chair. There is a flat screen that is the same size as the general lounge area and a gaming station. The nose tissues are located in the bathroom. There is also a changing table, an extra large stall for accessibility, and a paper towel dispenser. The environment is generally inviting, just bring noise cancelling headphones. You may also appreciate coming prepared with a phone charger, an APR proposal from your insurance company, and a discreet snack.

I'm pleased to report that Mike Boatwright at Honda of Bay County got involved on a previously unsatisfactory experience I was having and brought his years of expertise to bare on my car's (now prior) a/c issue. He personally took my car out for at least an hour long drive (without the a/c working on an incredibly hot day) in order to better understand a problem that no one could properly figure out. Upon his researching the history of my vehicle he identified a likely source of the problem and went above and beyond in bringing in additional outside automotive experts to find and solve the problem. But for Mike's extraordinary level of help and experience I would still be driving a 2017 model Accord EX-L V6 without a properly functioning A/C. This dealership had a large inventory of the specific used car that we were interested in buying. I received a coupon in the mail with a great price for an oil change. I went on my phone in the morning and scheduled an oil change for the same day. Which I was very happy about! For those of you who think it’s difficult to schedule an appointment using your phone it’s not with Honda! I drove up to the service department. It was a Saturday morning around 11:30 and it was packed! The service attendant got me in right away. He showed me where to wait and told me that I could have complimentary coffee or water. Not even 15 minutes later he came back to go over everything that was checked on my car. He said it will be done soon. While I waited someone came over and said lunch is being served. Free pizza was served. I didn’t partake. However, it was so nice that they offered. My car was done ten minutes later and the attendant couldn’t have been nicer! Best oil change service ever!

This dealership has excellent service! I came here because I needed to get my transmission fluid changed (long overdue at 110,000+ miles!) and also an oil change before I head out on a road trip. Javier was very accommodating. I was late for my appointment and Scott was able to reschedule for me right away. It took about two hours to get everything done, which is not bad at all! There's also complimentary wifi, coffee, water, multi-point inspection, and a carwash. I was working on yelp reviews while I was waiting for my car, so it really didn't feel like a long time at all. I really like that they text you what they found on their multi-point inspection and the recommended services (which always seemed either over-priced or fairly priced but mostly over-priced) and you can either deny or accept the recommended services on your phone (really convenient). I also got one of my license plate lights replaced which wasn't that expensive. Javier was very helpful and walked through all the services that were done to my car at the end of the visit and was very thorough. When I was done, it had just finished storming a whole lot and the street to get out on was flooded. One of the employees went out of his way to direct me into the area that was not as flooded and helped me onto the highway while it was still raining. Every staff member was super nice! Would love to come here again to get car services when I need it!

I ended up here because Nissan of McKinney would not honor my warranties and tried to force me to pay for diagnostic tests even when you could plainly see that my CVT was failing.I limped the car down to Courtesy Nissan and was met by Robert Temple. He was nothing but helpful with me. He took immediate care of me and my car, and assured me he would get this taken care of.True to his word, he did just that. Within minutes my car was already on its way to get looked at and it was quickly diagnosed with a failed CVT and I was not forced to pay for a diagnostic test. He arranged a rental car for me and I was out of there. I dropped it off on a Friday, and it was ready to pick up on the following Monday. This could not have been any better, minus the CVT not, as the technician put it, disintegrating internally.

I have noticed a big improvement with the service dept, the waiting time has greatly improved, went in for a sticker and was only there 20 minutes or less, had my car in for 10,000 mile check up and they said about an hour and it was less, in the past the waiting times were LONG, nice improvement! All staff are friendly and accommodating. It was Very busy when I brought my car in, there was a line to get in to the service dept and still the wait time was less, I don't know the 2 service techs names but they are good and they get a 10! While waiting she went over what the mechanic found on my car and also presented me with a paper report showing what the car need for repairs. She went over the proposed repairs needed for my car including pricing. She then prioritized the proposed repairs in terms of what was needed immediately and what can wait and how long as far timeline I can hold off on the repairs. From the time I called to schedule service, until I drove away, the interaction with Nissan personnel was polite, professional and helpful. E'magin took my initial phone call. She was patient and very friendly. When I dropped off my vehicle, Chris was attentive and informative about what the initial cost of service would be, and what to expect. The courtesy-shuttle driver, took me home and brought me back to the dealership when my vehicle was ready. He too, was friendly and drove with efficiency and care. Helpful Salespeople Who Listen To Your Needs

We had been looking for a new 2019 pickup truck and had already visited Toyota, Ford, and RAM dealerships in the Roseville area. We found the salespeople at Folsom Lake Toyota, especially John Key, to be very helpful in researching and locating Tundra pickups at surrounding dealerships for us to test drive. We plan to drive this pickup truck for 20+ years so we were very precise about our requirements for the engine, types of seats, towing, navigation, and required Toyota safety sense capabilities. John Key was able to locate a pickup that provided everything we wanted, with no extra option packages that we did not want. We are happy with the Tundra and the price we paid, and we will recommend John Key and Folsom Lake Toyota to our friends and family.

I had a concern over possible automatic transmission performance and the condition of the constant velocity joints. The service department had a technician perform a road test with me along to describe my concerns. He tried to replicate the issues which I described.
