I previously had a problem with the customer service, or lack of, at this dealership. After a few false starts, Mark Capozza, G.M. or owner, continued to try and make things right. I felt the response wasn't fast enough, but knowing what I do now, Mr. Capozza was on it all along. He did exactly what I felt he should: counseled the employee on the importance of customer service. Loving my new car!

Everybody at Ira Toyota were great to work with. Friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I was referred by a friend/coworker and after visiting a different Toyota dealership and leaving unhappy and disappointed in how I was treated, I headed to Ira and I'm so glad I did! I am so happy with my new Rav4 and it's all thanks to the great staff at Ira! Also I want to thank Mike Fiala and Chuck Goodwin. They were amazing and I can't say enough good things about them and their service! I would recommend Ira to any of my friends in the market for a new vehicle. Sean, my advisor, made my experience at Nissan unlike any I’ve had in the past. I was more than surprised and delighted that because it was the first time I had been to Sterling McCall Honda for maintenance service for my Honda, my oil change was FREE. What a wonderful surprise. What a great idea for customer satisfaction and a guarantee that I will be back. Also, I really appreciate the print out of the things they found that might need attention, and the things that are fine and they actually said so. Great idea. I went to them this morning, because my original dealer could not perform an oil change for several days. My original dealer has no express service. I needed my car serviced today or tomorrow. I have to say I was skeptical about this place considering the reviews.. the gentlemen that helped me was great although I did not find the car I wanted I absolutely loved my service here. Dropped off car for oil change and punctured tire. Kelsey was very pleasant and only took about 3 minutes to drop off and 5 minutes to Pick up. They had my car a total of about 1 1/2 hours. Best part was, they didn't even have to move my seat or mirrors. I just hopped in and left. Very easy.

Had a nice experience at Boardwalk Honda. Found the vehicle in the color combo I was looking for and sales rep Brian Ford was able to get the deal completed in a quick manor. Had to drop off rental car and he provided me a ride back to the dealer which made the transition easier. Looks like they have competitive pricing and know the market. Nice to see all-weather mats included with the purchase so one less item to purchase afterwards.

Fantastic service department. My Daughter in Law's vehicle broke down and needed repair. Another dealer tried to scare her into trading the vehicle on another car, and give her nothing for trading the broken car. He told her that repairs to the vehicle would be $10,000, and that he would "help her out of her situation". Luckily, she called me, and I called the wonderful staff at Gene Messer Toyota service, Chris specifically. Chris and his team did a thorough review of the car, and came to me with an analysis that was both accurate and fair. In fact, if all goes right, the repairs could be 1/10th of what the other guy said. I am so thankful for Chris and his staff. They are honest, competent, and caring. Maybe my next purchase at Gene Messer will be a new car, not just a service. Thanks Chris.

I’ve been using Folsom Lake Toyota Service for a good 10 years now and have been more than satisfied with the service department on all services they’ve performed, including their body shop. I have been working with Mathew Johnson most recently and couldn’t be happier as he has made sure I was informed throughout the process every time. My only concern is that everyone else has received excellent service as well, since the driveway seems busier than ever every time I take the car in. Nothing like good reviews to increase business, but maybe hiring a few more employees wouldn’t hurt to make the process a little easier and faster.

I called ahead, they set me up with an appointment within the hr. We met and discussed my questions/issues. Had to take my vehicle in due to unexpected issue. Was introduced to the service manager named Alvin. Great guy and took care of taking my information so that my regular service advisor would have it and start the repair process. Part was ordered and arrived the next day. Advisor Kristin Ware had I formation necessary to place order for part and called me the next day to schedule me to bring in my car for repairs. Came in about thirty minutes after call to repair and I enjoyed a croissant 🥐 at their cafe inside waiting area. Repair was completed and I was on my way. Thanks again.

Tacoma frame replacement.

Ira Toyota did an awesome job replacing the frame on my Tacoma. It took about a week and they gave me a free loaner car for the duration. After a couple of minor tweaks the truck was better than it was when I purchased it. It needed a steering rack and they replaced it at cost with no labor charge while they were at it. Tyler was great seeing to it that all of my concerns were taken care of. Very happy with the job. If you are part of the campaign don't hesitate to have them evaluate your vehicle. They will take care of you!

I have been buying and leasing vehicles from various dealerships for over twenty years. The previous experiences that I have had at dealerships have always been positive in nature but the experience that I had at Ira Toyota yesterday far exceeded all of those previous experiences by a long shot. The staff that I dealt with at the dealership was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The negotiation process was straightforward and I was not subjected to any pushy or underhanded sales tactics. You typically pay a lot more for service like this. Marcus was extremely patient and thoughtful in showing us the cars we were interested in. Their pricing on the cars is competitive, and everyone from the store manager, to our sales rep, to the finance officer were extremely helpful and courteous. I purchased a Honda Ridgeline just before Hurricane Michael. This car was recommended and sold by Sean, an awesome and knowledgeable salesman. What ever happened to the days when you walked in, bought a used car and it was your issue if it ran right after you took it off the lot? This dealership makes sure they sell you a car that is going to work and well, and wants you to be covered. They offer a warranty (for a cost) on the car, but that was an over the top sales experience to me. However, I think it is a good idea as well for someone who would be using the car as their only car and everyday use. It's our third car and just used for day trips now and then. I don't know how they did it, but the 3 year old car looks brand new and even has that new car smell. Amazing!

Came here for alignment on older vehicle. Service was excellent. Price was competitive with what independent mechanics quoted me. I have a hard time getting to appointments because of my work schedule, so they offered a rental at no charge to myself. They also prepared all the paperwork for it so I had to do very little. It was a painless experience. Everyone I spoke to was up front and transparent, which is very refreshing from a dealership. Additional services were recommended, but they were not pushy and there were no hard sales techniques. They were very understanding when i declined these services. When I picked up my vehicle, I received an easy to follow break down of everything that was done and recommended, along with costs and details. I'm fairly skeptical of any service for something I don't fully understand myself (like cars), but Sterling McCall made me feel like I could trust them and I will definitely return here next time I need to visit a dealer.

I kid you not. I used to work in the car business and my sister is a GM now and I have been around several service departments for vehicles and I love coming here! They are super professional and most importantly respectful of your time. Their proprietary system are actual in sending you an notice when your car is ready, not like others that state your vehicle is ready and you have to go outside and still wait 20 minutes for it to arrive. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. I have a 2015 Honda Odyssey and my door motor went out, and it was going to take longer than anticipated. When they found out I lived 30 minutes away and had two kids, they set me up in a lender van almost identical to mine! I had owned a Civic from this dealership and loved the car and the sales and service departments. When it was time to replace my Civic, for some unexplainable reason, we decide to look around and purchased another brand at a different dealership. The whole experience was horrible and I ended up not liking the car or anyone in their sales department. This week we bought a new CRV and couldn't be happier. Everyone was very friendly and helpful but there was never any pressure put on us. Anthony, our sales associate, was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He helped us through the selection process by answering our questions and offering suggestions but never tried to push us into a quick decision or a more expensive model. After the purchase, he spent time going over all the features and even help us install a car seat for our grand daughter the next day. Chris in finance was fun and accommodating. I would like to echo what was previously said. The service I just had was so good I had to pay it forward by at least writing a review. What makes Gary and this service center different is 1) Gary will explain what is going on to you honestly and without any attitude 2) their prices are very reasonable. If you want good mechanics, they need to get paid too. I did a lot of comparison shopping and I have found Gary and IRA to be very fair. Gary/IRA is not convenient (location) for me but I am going to go out of my way to have them service my vehicles. There are trustworthy people/mechanics out there. Gary is one of them.

This is the second time in four years that we've purchased a new vehicle from Bob Howard Honda. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. To be honest, the sales staff are, after all, salesmen. You have to do your homework if you want to deal successfully. Recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Tundra from Robert McCaffee at Rivertown Toyota. He actually works in used cars which is where I started looking but he got me better deal on a new vehicle so that's where I went. He treated me better than any of the new car salesman I had encountered there. A couple years ago I looked into Vehicles there and said I wouldn't be back but Robert really went the extra mile for me and earned back my business! He was consistent and hard-working. If you know what you want and what you're willing to pay this is a great dealership. I was in the market for a new 4Runner. I knew the package I wanted and what options I wanted. I had to re-register my vehicle (first time for me) since my divorce. Had to get a new registration and plates. I had had inspection done on 9/11/18 at Ira. The month for inspection at the 9/11 date was 9/19 on sticker. Now I needed it changed to 3/19. I was able to get my issue corrected that afternoon even though I did not have an appointment. I had made two trips to City Hall for the registration. I was quite stressed out. I was so glad that I was able to get everything straightened out that same day. I have been buying Toyota's for over 23 years and the quality remains the same. I now own 3 Toyota's and I can't see buying anything else. I have a very good experience here, trying to buy a car is not an easy thing...walked in Fremont times looked at cars, couldn't decide, went back with moral support and help couldn't decide then either, so 3rd time went with 2 models on my mind, got the chance to test drive then and I took a decision. It was my first time here today and I am happy to say that I left extremely pleased. I have had many terrible experiences at other Toyota dealers and it seems as if I will be coming back to this one. I was scared that all car salesmen would be pushy and kind of “bully” me into buying a more expensive car, but that was definitely NOT the case here. Overall it was a great experience. My one suggestion would be to have a better intake process. I made an appt over the phone provided all of my vehicle details but my appointment and updated vehicle information was not saved so the technician had to update it all over again - seems a bit inefficient for both the service rep and customer. Originally went to dealership concerning a recall and it turned out they were doing $10 oil changes and 20% off on services. I utilized both offers and they were very accommodating. They arranged a rental car for me until my vehicle was complete. The only negative to my experience was when I returned to pick my vehicle up the oil change was not complete when the reason for my service was due to oil leak. They did complete it before I left.

Went to test drive a Nissan Leaf. The salesman (Otto) was knowledgeable and showed us the process of charging the car and finding a charging station. Bob Howard Honda was not on my radar originally when I began researching for a new/used vehicle. It was last minute that I saw that they had a car I was interested in and within my budget. Had an excellent experience in dealing with my 2017 Civic warranty issues. The staff are very professional and friendly. The mechanics and younger oil change technicians are super on top of it with spotting issues. They are genuine and know whats going on. Recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Tundra from Robert McCall at Rivertown Toyota. I have arranged another deal with a family member regarding my transportation so I won't be buying from them yet, but Bob Howard Toyota has made a customer out of me. On the north side of town doing some errands and needed an oil change I thought.. but then realized it was just a tire rotation. Bob Howard Toyota was in the right place at the right time. (Never been here before) I made an appointment the night before and arrived @ 845 am to a smiling and cheerful Amy- service advisor. She got me taken care of and let me know the expected wait time. I went and toured the lot and also had a yummy complimentary donut from the waiting area that also had complimentary bottles of water. The TV was plenty large and spacious. I sat out in the front commons area and struck up great conversation with Tony Tran (I think his name was) We chatted about my car situation and he really informed me of several options I will ponder on... Realistically he made feel pretty comfortable if I decide to do business soon. I truly appreciate Amy informing me on the process during the service and Tony for his conversation. This dealership is blessed to have these two on staff! (My perspective) They accepted my coupon intended for another Toyota dealership with no issues....bonus points!!!! Terrific Customer Service

I purchased a new vehicle from South Pointe Honda over the weekend. I was a little hesitant in walking in to the dealership but my mind was quickly put at ease. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. Joel was very nice and patient. He was very courteous and knew everything about the vehicle that I asked him about. I cannot say enough about Joel. Also, the finance person (don't recall his name) I dealt with was very nice and explained everything fully and completely. I had a very pleasant experience dealing with South Pointe Honda and will gladly recommend them to my family and friends.
