EVERYONE here made my day much brighter! Gabriel ( at the site) Freddie (on the phone making the appointment) and others provided great quality customer service and personable interactions. Jack was my service provider who spoke with me about different products and services as well. Freddie was contacted to schedule a later time oil change appointment immediately after an accident I had. I was scheduled to come in at a certain time but couldn't make it on time. Freddie STAYED on the phone to ensure my safety the ENTIRE time (I called Toyota to reschedule after ending the phone call with the police) and I was able to make it in later on the same day. Gabriel was very pleasant and helped me with the coffee machine as we talked for a while. She explained she recently began working there but her professionalism gave the impression that she was a seasoned employee, not someone just starting. I applied the service and help getting me through a tough time. I have always stayed while my car was serviced in their amazing waiting area which is one of the best Toyota service centers around.

I scheduled an oil change and upon arrival it was busy so I had to wait until a representative was available. While waiting I was informed of what was happening and was told more than once that I would be seen as soon as all those ahead of me were finished. This happens in business. Some days/times are busier than others and I really appreciate the patience of the workers as well as them letting me know what was going on. It makes waiting a little bit easier when communication is given. I really liked the service! Will continue to come. Thanks Rivertown Toyota!

My experience with Rivertown Toyota and specifically Kevin Green was beyond what I could have expected. My car was taken in quickly. The tech told me what work would be done and about how long it would take. I asked for a new front license plate holder and it was done. On October 21, 2019 I purchased a car. Jerry Cole and Frank B. helped with my transaction. Both salesmen were had a major role. Jerry Cole assured me that the car would be a great buy and he answered all of my questions. I had reservations because of the mileage. In addition, he was very professional and was very polite to my family. The day after I purchased the car, I was hearing a strange noise and Frank B. was able to speak with Don in management. Frank got me a loaner car and Mark Pellet in Service took care of the issue. That kind of service is hard to find. Been taking my 2002 Camry to them for 8 years now. Chris Avalos has been the Service Representative for the entire time. He is professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, and is an outstanding listener. Does not dismiss or play down any concerns or questions you may have. Take the car in for all schedule maintenance, as well as sometimes unexpected repairs (it is a old car). Service technicians have always done a great job and they are pretty quick.

Brought my Infiniti Q70 in for a front end alignment and oil change. Spoke with Zack who stated there was no wait and they could start servicing my car immediately. Update-30 October Andy, the service department manager contacted me in regards to my previous review and promise to make it right. Andy assured me that my previous experience wouldn’t happen again, so I kept my appointment and he was absolutely correct, set me up with a great service advisor, Cullen and dependable fast mechanic. Thanks Andy for being a great manager and taking care of customers! If you have any issues just go to Cullen and ask for Andy!!! ************************************************* I had a service appointment on 24 oct and decided on new tires and alignment, I was told the wait time to be about 2 hours from my service advisor, Shawn. Almost 4 hours later I went back to Shawn and asked him, is my car ready cause it’s almost doubled the time you suggested. He then said he was going to tell the mechanics immediately to put my car together and blamed it on the mechanics but I turned around and immediately started looking for my car and it was already in the ready to go parking lot. Shawn also told me that he was giving me $20 discount off my alignment for the wait, a quote of 79.95 instead of 99.99, but he had already quoted me that price before I waited for four hours and it was already a special the dealership was running. So he tried to act like he was doing something special for me for the wait and in fact he was not. I have another appointment for my brakes and battery but I probably will cancel and get someone else because of this bad experience. But the job on my tires, alignment and air conditioning is top notch! Just didn’t appreciate getting lied too about a wait time discount.

New Nissan Kicks with tradein

Buying a car with a tradein is always tricky, but the dealerships in Richardson TX usually give you top dollar for the trade, without any major hassle. They did add things back onto the loan like window tinting, but who doesn't want that usually. Overall the deal was still around 1500 dollars cheaper than any other dealership, plus you get more extras that the other places don't include for the price.

Josh was great! We went in after the path finder would not start the day before. We were able to get home, once it was jump started. On Saturday morning we called the service department and had available time to look into our problem. We dropped off the SUV in 10:00 AM. A deep battery was the issue. Josh also brought it to our attention we needed an oil change and tire rotation. We had seen there was a recall for the back up camera also. He updated the software for the camera while replacing the battery, the original reason we brought in the SUV, oil change, tire rotation and software update all additional. I was visiting Folsom & on my way home to San Rafael, when my car problems started. Even though the service department was fully booked with appointments, I was cheerfully accommodated. My experience with everyone from my first phone call to being greeted at Service, to my Service Writer Pamela, was unforgettable. Additionally, Folsom Toyota was able to access all of my car’s service records from San Rafael Toyota via computer. Bought a 2020 Honda Accord Sport

I went into the day with a price I wanted to pay in my head. I had shopped other dealers during the day and was unable to get a price close to where I wanted. I was able to get the price I wanted in about 3 minutes on the phone. Their initial offer without hearing my price was actually a little below where I was expecting to be. I walked into the dealership and was not messed with on my phone price. There was no back and forth with an unseen person. They didn't try to add additional fees or use dealer add ons to change my price. I went in with preapproved financing, they saw my rate, and told me they couldn't beat my rate. Instead of trying to manipulate numbers to get me to use their financing, they went straight to work on the final paperwork. They asked about extended warranty type stuff which I declined. They took no for an answer and didn't waste additional time badgering me. I did not feel pressured during any part of the process. If there wasn't paperwork involved, this would've been a quick deal. I only had to deal with my salesman (Mr. Moore) who I felt was very personable and upfront and the finance guy (sorry, was in there for such a short time that I forgot his name) who was able to answer any final questions I had and was only slowed by his printer's speed. A great overall experience from initial phone call to driving off of the lot! Will definitely get 1st shot if I ever have to replace my Accord. The only complaint I had was I didn't get to "play" the normal car buying process. I actually had time yesterday to "play" but they kept the process going without pressure or manipulation. Great job!

I had an amazing service experience. In short, I had damage to my wiring harness that was affecting my electrical systems. Even though I need to go through my insurance to get the repair done, they were able to patch it up so the car is drivable until the repair takes place, saving me from needing to rent a car for the process. Currently a manager of another dealership brand. Wife just purchased a new Civic EX-L from Matthew and the team at Honda of Bay County and I was blown away by the excellent customer experience we received! They had to bring the car we wanted in from another store out of state. Tropical storm heading to us and all, they not only got the car for is they got it a day earlier than expected! I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes late, yet everyone was so kind and accommodating. I was greeted by a gentleman who was warm and welcoming! He told me everything that they’d be checking in order to ensure my car was in great condition. I requested for apple play to be installed as well. We followed our favorite service tech when he left a dealership in Long Beach to work closer to home at Miller, and they’re so good, we’ve continued to drive to Anaheim to have my Prius serviced under the care of Humberto and Alfredo. I’ve had some awful experiences at the hands of unethical repairmen and dealer service centers (see my review on Yelp of West Coast Toyota for one of the worst ones). Having a place where I’m treated like family and where i don’t have to be on high alert waiting to be taken advantage of gives me tremendous peace of mind. I don’t have any anxiety about taking my car in every time the maintenance notice comes up. I highly recommend Miller.

I have been going to their place since 2011. Their customer service is excellent. Josh Davis is the guy that I always go to. He used to be in sales department and I got my Honda CRV through him. Now he is in the service department. If I ever have an issue, Josh runs an extra mile to take care of my needs. I love their new redesigned service center. It's amazing. Have been servicing my Sienna here for a few year (oil changes, recalls, some repairs) and can't say anything bad. Like the option to schedule service online. Car maintenance report at each oil change is handy (I wish they sent it by mail, too, as the used to do). Shuttle service is awesome. Advisers normally suggest things that I'd need to take care of, but they never push services.
