5000 mile maintenance

Just a wick rotate of tires, fluid check, and basic safety. No longer on maintence warranty. Gibriel is the best for customer service. Of course dealer recommends more to be done and cost is high for some of it than independent garage but he does his best to give me the best deal he can. Service is fast and friendly. Too bad they no longer have the car wash.

My wife test drove a new vehicle as I sat in the rear while Rommel our sales rep was in the front passenger seat. Nissan Versa Failed CVT at 60,300 miles!

I ended up here because Nissan of McKinney would not honor my warranties and tried to force me to pay for diagnostic tests even when you could plainly see that my CVT was failing.I limped the car down to Courtesy Nissan and was met by Robert Temple. He was nothing but helpful with me. He took immediate care of me and my car, and assured me he would get this taken care of.True to his word, he did just that. Within minutes my car was already on its way to get looked at and it was quickly diagnosed with a failed CVT and I was not forced to pay for a diagnostic test. He arranged a rental car for me and I was out of there. I dropped it off on a Friday, and it was ready to pick up on the following Monday. This could not have been any better, minus the CVT not, as the technician put it, disintegrating internally.

I had an unexpected car issue on Monday during business hours. My car wouldn’t start. I sat there and thought about 4 possibilities and as I thought about what in the world the issue was, the more stressed I became just the thought of having my savings account drained to nothing. I arrive at Courtesy Nissan, Richardson, TX and was greeted by my service advisor, Derek G., who quickly checked me in and showed me to their customer lounge. I was stressed about how much the possible repairs were going to cost me. But as it turned out, they were reasonable. Derek even found a coupon I could use towards an item on my ticket, which I was grateful that he took the extra time to search for! Thank you so much, Derek!!! Derek definitely made the repair visit comfortable and as easy going as possible. Great experience. Called for service on my older 4Runner. Got me in next day to do service requested (bulb replacements), checked and fixed my annoying squealing brakes and took care of a recall issue that I was unaware of. Was greeted by a friendly Service Rep. Waiting room has a nice coffee machine, bottled water and donuts which is all complimentary. When I decided to buy a Honda Civic, I called several different Honda dealers in the region. Steven Moore from Bob Howard Honda quoted me the most competitive price of all the dealerships. I have noticed a big improvement with the service dept, the waiting time has greatly improved, went in for a sticker and was only there 20 minutes or less, had my car in for 10,000 mile check up and they said about an hour and it was less, in the past the waiting times were LONG, nice improvement! All staff are friendly and accommodating. It was Very busy when I brought my car in, there was a line to get in to the service dept and still the wait time was less, I don't know the 2 service techs names but they are good and they get a 10! Also Matt in parts dept was awesome, ordered some custom paint for my car, took a bit to come in, but when it did he gave me a call and thanked me for my patience as a result the paint was on the house!

We were there to have maintenance display turned off. To our surprise, it actually was time for oil change and tire rotation and balance.Our service advisor, Sean was super awesome. Very thorough and clear with educating us. Offered us options for replacing the tires; which buy the way he said were not quite ready, but almost to the point of needing replaced. I had a really great experience with Emily and Dawn who assisted me on my CPO purchase. They were both attentive, patient and went the extra mile in making sure I was not only satisfied with the vehicle, but their service as well. This is the first time I have brought a car in for service. Jared was courteous an friendly yet professional. He explained what the mechanic needed to do, showed me a picture of my torn cv boot, and presented an estimate making sure I understood what I was paying for. He explained that another repair I thought was needed truly was not and worked with me to provide alternate transportation when they realized the work would take longer than expected. My husband and I are from the Houston area but have had service performed here in the past when we were in town for Tech games. Yesterday on our way to Lubbock, my husband hit part of a large truck tire on the highway. We stopped by today to have someone be look at the car to make sure it was okay to head home. One of the body panels was slightly loosened. The body shop was closed but my husband saw a young man working on a paint job. He was so nice. I'm sure the last thing he wanted on a Saturday afternoon was to be interrupted trying to finish his work. He came out, inspected our panel, assured us that it was okay to return to Houston, and wished us a safe trip. Great customer service. I my car in for service and upon arrival was warmly greeted by my service employee Bella. Bella went over the service that was due for my car then ushered me to the waiting area. While waiting she went over what the mechanic found on my car and also presented me with a paper report showing what the car need for repairs. She went over the proposed repairs needed for my car including pricing. She then prioritized the proposed repairs in terms of what was needed immediately and what can wait and how long as far timeline I can hold off on the repairs. HONESTY is one thing I’m really big on and Bella demonstrated HONESTY with the way she presented the proposed repairs needed without using pushy and scare sales tactics as I’ve encountered before. I was very impressed with Bella and would like to work with her going forward. I will also tell all my friends and business associates about my wonderful experience with her and will recommend my friends and business associates who have Toyotas as well to ask for her. That is how really really impressed I was with the high level of service i received from her. Bravo!!! to the entire management team for providing high quality training and coaching as well!!!!! My experience at Mike Smith Honda was great!!! Steve was the best, he didn't try and push a car on me I didn't want. I was on a tight budget and he worked with it! I got there around 4:30pm and was on my way home in my new car around 7pm! I had shopped at another Honda dealership before I came here and wasn't happy with their way of trying to make me happy. I was paying cash and had a certain amount and the other dealership constantly tried to get me to do a "small loan". Granted Steve offered me that but when I told him it wasn't an option he didn't push me but found me the perfect car for me! Mike Smith Honda made this girl, one happy momma!!!

From the time I called to schedule service, until I drove away, the interaction with Nissan personnel was polite, professional and helpful. E'magin took my initial phone call. She was patient and very friendly. When I dropped off my vehicle, Chris was attentive and informative about what the initial cost of service would be, and what to expect. The courtesy-shuttle driver, took me home and brought me back to the dealership when my vehicle was ready. He too, was friendly and drove with efficiency and care. We had been looking for a new 2019 pickup truck and had already visited Toyota, Ford, and RAM dealerships in the Roseville area. We found the salespeople at Folsom Lake Toyota, especially John Key, to be very helpful in researching and locating Tundra pickups at surrounding dealerships for us to test drive. We plan to drive this pickup truck for 20+ years so we were very precise about our requirements for the engine, types of seats, towing, navigation, and required Toyota safety sense capabilities. John Key was able to locate a pickup that provided everything we wanted, with no extra option packages that we did not want. I enjoy driving the Rogue except the mirrors are an obstacle for me, they are too big & have kept me from having a clear view out my window. The reason for my one star is because the first time I went there I went without an appointment and the guy was annoyed and told me that I should set up an appointment the next time. The second time I set up an appointment and I didn't see a time difference. Today was the third time I went and I set an appointment as well. The guy that was helping me told me that it would take them an hour so I waited there. It ended up taking them 2 hours and me constantly asking on a status for my car for them to replace an air filter and patch a tire. First and last time I went to ask about my car he immediately responded that he didn't have an update but as soon as he would check his computer or the key drawer he did have an update or my keys just happened to be there waiting for them to hand out. The other times have been bearable services but today was the worst. Only reason I come back is because I bought my car from here and I need to use up all my free oil changes. Update: John reached out to me and we agreed he would take care of me on my next visit which was yesterday and I have nothing negative to say. I was greeted by Queen at the beginning and she was very nice. I did notice there were new faces as well. I then went over to the waiting area and later met John who was very nice as well and promised to take care of me. Overall I experienced great customer service and met new people that showed interest in improving customer experience. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance.

I currently have a 2017 Tacoma, close to 40K miles. I have had Totyota Tacomas exclusively since 1993 and have probably logged over a million miles. Honestly, I haven't had too much experience with the dealerships because the trucks are pretty much trouble free, still there are the services.... All the dealerships I have visited over the years have been "friendly", no issues there.... but this dealership and Bryan Bell in the Service Dept in particular actually listened to what I was saying ! The whole dealership and staff were absolutely amazing! I inquired the day before because I finally found the truck that I’ve been looking for for six months. The Internet manager Steve Dowd was absolute amazing. The whole staff was polite and not pushy in anyway. I arrived at the dealership around 12:30 PM and I was on my way home by 2:30 PM. Only 2 hours total! They even had a system crash for 30 minutes. So really it was only 1.5 hours. That’s unheard of. I was told you all could service my car on the day I drove up and I didn't even have an appointment. It was my first time there and I explained what I was told I needed to gave done. The other day I came in for a synthetic oil change. I like Toyota because they always do a 28 point inspection, making sure your car runs smoothly. Martin Miller assisted me with this transaction. I had a coupon, with tax it was a lower price than the coupon, $57 vs $59. I came into today (8/9/2019) for a transmission flush. I was quoted $189, Naveem (I, believe is the Salesman's name) assisted me today. He quoted me $179 ($186 with tax), even better. I was in the waiting room for maybe 50 minutes. Once, I drove my car out of the dealership I noticed straight away that my car was driving much smoother. I contacted a recommended auto mechanic from a friend. This place quoted me $225. I had a problem with the rear cargo door closing after somebody bumped me on the freeway. Made an appointment and dropped the car off. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They called me an Uber. Jessica stsyed in touch when needed. Paet had to be special ordered, but I had some regular maintenance done. Jessica sent an Uber to pick me up when the car was ready. Excellent service! I got a quote from a local Firestone and was getting discouraged about the cost. At this point, I was considering getting another vehicle which I knew I couldn’t really afford at the time. I called Courtesy Nissan & was instructed to order the part and have it shipped to the dealership. I ordered in online and dropped my vehicle off the same day near closing. I received updates in a timely manner via text and email which was new for me. After that, I was even given recommendations on issues that I was not aware of on my 10 year old vehicle. I have noticed a big improvement with the service dept, the waiting time has greatly improved, went in for a sticker and was only there 20 minutes or less, had my car in for 10,000 mile check up and they said about an hour and it was less, in the past the waiting times were LONG, nice improvement! All staff are friendly and accommodating. It was Very busy when I brought my car in, there was a line to get in to the service dept and still the wait time was less, I don't know the 2 service techs names but they good and they get a 10!

Kyle Adcock has sold me three vehicles over the last 10 years. Easy to deal with. All details handled by text or email. Maybe one phone call. Fair price and minimal haggling. They matched my best offer from another dealer. Kyle kept his word on the price once I got up there from Ada. Was out the door in a couple of hours. Declined the extras (leather protection, extended warranty, etc) offered by the finance guy. Only hitch was finance guy had wrong interest rate on loan documents. The service was exceptional. I had to have my windshield replaced due to a rock and seeing as my car is not even 6 months old I was very upset about the damage. I found several cars that interested me on the Courtesy Nissan of Richardson web site. They have large selection of models/makes at below average prices. I made an appt. to see the vehicles that evening with Client Adviser Gene Aloi. One was sold shortly before I arrived, but was able to test drive one of the other choices. It was in excellent condition and handled well on the test drive. Gene ask me questions about my current vehicle and my reason for trading vehicles. We spent a good deal of time together, and I felt no pressure from Gene. That was a big positive as that would have been a turn off. I left with the understanding that I would review options and get back to him.
