I am a disabled Veteran on a fixed income and I was in need of a more comfortable ride. The team at Sterling McCall Honda in Kingwood was very helpful in my purchase of a Honda Odyssey. Besides the fact that the car rides like a dream, I no longer needed to crawl into the hatchback of my old Mazda CX5 and lay down for trips to the VA Hospital while someone else drove me. I purchased my car from Vadim, but first I contacted them online to negotiate the price prior to coming in due to the COVID outbreak. They were really reasonable at giving me a great price prior to coming in so I didn’t feel like I was wasting my time or having to come to the location to haggle like most dealerships make you. I'm new to Texas and was looking for a Nissan dealer to have a recall remedied on my 2006 Sentra (airbag replacement). After I read reviews from several nearby dealers, I called each one to see where I got the best "vibe" (I do most of the work on my vehicle myself). I was surprised at the competence I received from the service advisor and scheduler at Sterling McCall. I was told the recall would take approximately 3-4 hours to complete. They were flexible on their booking times so I chose an early morning appointment. Upon arriving, I was greeted by my service advisor, Megan. She explained the entire process and that the repair would take 3 hours to complete. She even complemented the condition and how well I've done taking care of the car! I am very meticulous on how I keep my car. I was overjoyed to see they recognized this by the way they returned the car to me (see pictures). She made sure all my questions/concerns were addressed before taking my keys. I sat down in the waiting room prepared to spend a 3-4 hours there, and the car was done in less than 2 hours! To Megan: Thank you for making my first Nissan dealer experience in Texas an excellent one! Thank you for making this process so seamless! I will be back for future service and/or parts. I would highly recommend Sterling McCall for their Nissan service!

Nissan of Mobile got me in for an engine diagnostic service after failing to get into the dealers (Nissan and Toyota) over in Daphne who were short staffed, out of rentals, and backed up for service. Nissan of Mobile was able to finish in a few hours (promise made instead of needing a rental for over night) and made note of a few other items that needed to be addressed that I was not aware of (recall, wipers, cabin air filter). Took my '03 Civic lx in for routine maintenance. They did a full timing belt package with the water pump, tensioner, and drive belt (190k miles), the right brake light bulb, four wheel alignment, oil and filter change, tire rotation, engine air filter changed, replaced valve cover gasket, replaced rear sway bar links, and new door lock cylinder installed. Price was reasonable and was consistent with what Jeanine in service quoted over the phone whenever they found a problem. Actually came out cheaper in the end for some of the parts. They had my car for only a few days which was fast for the amount of work. The only problem I have now is that even after an alignment the car still pulls to the right but not as bad as before. I'll be taking it back in and I'm confident they will take care of it. They are priced well and get the job done. UPDATE on 3/12/2020 Took it back in this morning and the steering is now perfect and flawless with no pull. Jeanine is a great advisor; very professional.

240,000 mile service

The USB input to the audio system stopped working and I wanted it back. The ventilating system fan was making a funny noise. That needed replacing.It was time for the transmission service and front wheel alignment . I dropped it off after hours. David Mcann and the crew got everything done before 3pm. They did everything I asked for, and changed the oil and rotated the tires ,too. Service here is excellent, I have complete confidence in their diagnosis and work. My advisor today was Jorge Rico and I was so surprised and impressed by his service. I’ve taken my vehicles to Pat Peck for most routine maintenance for years. Nissan Armada fixed with great communication

2 year old Certified used Armada would no longer go in reverse. I knew Nissan would replace the transmission, but I was unsure which dealership I should use. Round Rock Nissan had the best reviews I could find of any close by dealerships. They fixed it and kept good communication with me the whole time. Would go again.So far so good on quality of repairs. I will update at a later date with stars if I am able to.

I was just pleased with everyone on the sales staff they listened to my needs they understood that I was very very busy I did not have a lot of time to spend in the dealership. I gave him the details of what I wanted what I needed and how much I was willing to pay for it and from there they pretty much took over came back sent me emails or left me text messages with what they could do. I walked in signed a couple pieces of paperwork 3 days later and walked out with the car one hour later again what exactly the car buying experience probably should be. If you do it the right way and work with somebody like Bob Howard Honda you can make it happen every time I’ll definitely buy another car from them in the future.
