You've tried the rest.....

I currently have a 2017 Tacoma, close to 40K miles. I have had Totyota Tacomas exclusively since 1993 and have probably logged over a million miles. Honestly, I haven't had too much experience with the dealerships because the trucks are pretty much trouble free, still there are the services.... All the dealerships I have visited over the years have been "friendly", no issues there.... but this dealership and Bryan Bell in the Service Dept in particular actually listened to what I was saying ! Imagine ? A service guy who actually listens to your concerns and pays you enough respect to accept what you are saying and help solve the problem instead of blowing you off like you are some kind of dummy ? Priceless in my book ! Thank you for a very pleasant and rewarding experience by fully addressing my concerns. I'll be Back ! .

Huge shout out to Service adviser George! I had an appointment scheduled at another Toyota dealership closer to my home and when I got there, I was told it would be a 4 hour wait due to “double booking”. I left there and called Bob Howard to see if they could squeeze me in for my 10k service. George answered and after I explained my issue he said “Get here and I’ll take care of you!” I spent less than an hour at the dealership! More service departments need employees like George. Great Job and thanks again buddy!

Walking in to South Pointe Honda my dad and I were greeted immediately by Ariel. She was so kind and helpful. Had good experience with the salesman, John Cook. He worked around my schedule and held a vehicle for me. I purchased an older model truck and the engine light came on a few days after purchase. John, and the service manager were quick to fix all issues at no extra cost to me. Being in customer service, I understand issues occur sometimes, but this dealer responded quickly and took care of me.

The whole dealership and staff were absolutely amazing! I inquired the day before because I finally found the truck that I’ve been looking for for six months. The Internet manager Steve Dowd was absolute amazing. The whole staff was polite and not pushy in anyway. I arrived at the dealership around 12:30 PM and I was on my way home by 2:30 PM. Only 2 hours total! They even had a system crash for 30 minutes. So really it was only 1.5 hours. That’s unheard of. Their mantra is “we strive for only an hour for all deals. 90 minutes from bell to bell. To me was astounding. I highly advise you to at least check them out. Thank you . Joe

I booked my appointment online. I pulled up a few minutes early to the garage and was greeted courteously. We discussed the scheduled service and a few other issues I wanted them to take a look at. Each of my items was discussed thoroughly and I was given a few scenarios that could possibly happen. I went to the waiting room which was comfortable and clean (free coffee, beverages and snacks). My wait time was short and my truck was ready to go. Service was above and beyond. Extremely pleasant conversation. I would highly recommend Toyota service to anyone who needed vehicle maintenance. Very pleased with the service. Everyone in the department, including the shuttle driver were friendly and helpful. Gione was quick to respond when I emailed him I found 2 screws and a screwdriver in my cup holder He offered to do an inspection of the airbag installation at no charge. But talked with the technician who said he put in new screws and forgot to pick up the old ones. So I feel safe and thanked them for getting my question answered so quickly. Due to an unfortunate event I had to buy a new vehicle. From the moment that I arrived at Ira the salesperson, Leo, made me feel comfortable. He answered all questions that I had and even helped me get familiar with the car. I told him what I was looking for and he exceeded my expectations! I love my new car. The financial manager, Cassandra, was just as amazing. She made sure I left happy and confident. She was kind, even after asking her questions she probably hears 50 times a day. Five years ago, I tried to buy a new Prius at the IRA Toyota dealership, and the salesman gave me the runaround, trying to sell me extras I didn't want, so I walked out. A few days later, I went back and met salesman Aiman Varoqua. He didn't fool around. No double-talk. Sold me the car I wanted with no hassles. Last month, when we needed another new car, I went right back to Aiman and he sold me a new Prius Prime. It took less than an hour. In fact, he gave me the key and I drove it home that morning, before I'd even paid for it! Definitely, this is the man you want to see. He gets right to the point.

Point of contact was Adam Golden. He is very Professional & takes time to explain repair process. He is passionate & keeps you fully informed during repair process. Credit also goes to the folks behind the scene actually doing repairs. Their work product is excellent & exceeds expectations. I was told you all could service my car on the day I drove up and I didn't even have an appointment. It was my first time there and I explained what I was told I needed to gave done. However, you guys explained why and told me one if the things I really didn't have to do right now; PLUS, I didn't mention what the quoted price was from the other dealership and you guys beat their price. I was told where I could wait and because it was so h a warm day, you guys even offered me a free bottle if water while I waited. I have been dealing with Kevin at Honda of Bay County and I have to say that I had most amazing experience with services and prompt responses. I had been Stationed Overseas for last 14 years in the military and just returned to States (Florida base) last week and I needed an Odyssey right of way for my wife.. not only he provided the awesome service, but had the best price in FL & AL all around (I’ve dealt with at least 8 dealerships around 3 hr radius and he beat all dealers on prompt response and most of all, the price). They did such a great job and were so detailed that noticed my registration sticker on my windshield was expired and removed the old one and put the new one for me. The other day I came in for a synthetic oil change. I like Toyota because they always do a 28 point inspection, making sure your car runs smoothly. Martin Miller assisted me with this transaction. I had a coupon, with tax it was a lower price than the coupon, $57 vs $59. I came into today (8/9/2019) for a transmission flush. I was quoted $189, Naveem (I, believe is the Salesman's name) assisted me today. He quoted me $179 ($186 with tax), even better. I was in the waiting room for maybe 50 minutes. Once, I drove my car out of the dealership I noticed straight away that my car was driving much smoother. I contacted a recommended auto mechanic from a friend. This place quoted me $225. I have noticed a big improvement with the service dept, the waiting time has greatly improved, went in for a sticker and was only there 20 minutes or less, had my car in for 10,000 mile check up and they said about an hour and it was less, in the past the waiting times were LONG, nice improvement! The service was exceptional. I had to have my windshield replaced due to a rock and seeing as my car is not even 6 months old I was very upset about the damage. I felt good knowing it would be replaced by Honda, and since I have sensing technology, knowing it was calibrated by Honda. I found several cars that interested me on the Courtesy Nissan of Richardson web site. They have large selection of models/makes at below average prices. I made an appt. to see the vehicles that evening with Client Adviser Gene Aloi. One was sold shortly before I arrived, but was able to test drive one of the other choices. It was in excellent condition and handled well on the test drive. Gene ask me questions about my current vehicle and my reason for trading vehicles. We spent a good deal of time together, and I felt no pressure from Gene. That was a big positive as that would have been a turn off. I left with the understanding that I would review options and get back to him. I decided to keep my current vehicle for now, but will not hesitate to contact Gene when I am ready to purchase and/or to refer friends now.

I have been to Bob Howard Nissan twice to service my car and I have had a pleasant experience both times. I had a great experience with the service I received recently. I came in for an oil change and wanted my tire pressures checked. The place was busy but was still waited on promptly. My service advisor Michelle, was extremely helpful. On inspection of my car, they found that my rear breaks and rotors needed to be replaced. When Michelle went over the costs involved, I told her I couldn't really afford it today due to being retired and on a fixed income. She left to go check on something and returned with a couple of coupons that would apply to my total bringing it down to a more reasonable price that I could afford. Michelle was so wonderful to deal with. I almost always get good service but not always told about current coupons. Michelle went an extra mile for me and I am forever grateful.

Not only was the rep i worked with extremely professional, but he kept me informed of everything that happened and basically treated me like someone who mattered, special even. I purchased my Rav 4 new at this location and have only used Ira for any maintenance needs. The car has never given me any issues because of me always having the dealer service it during the suggested maintenance cycles. My only issue is that I miss the enclosed computer room. I use to be able to work remotely and without distraction while having my car serviced. When talking to coworkers I use to tell them about the room and how it was a perk to getting their car serviced at this location. Working remotely saved me from having to use vacation time off to get my car serviced. Please bring it back.
