Folsom Lake Toyota came to my rescue when my alternator needed to be replaced. Matthew Johnson worked with me and helped me remain calm while he checked several options. He also recommended replacing my worn windshield wipers, and a few other things, some of which I agreed to. The waiting room was very roomy and comfortable, much better than the ones I have been in at some other Toyota dealerships. Also, the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time so I could get back on the road again.

I’m am very pleased with the service I received here. I spoke with Nikita L. to inquire about specific tires. She was able to order them for me as they did not have them in stock. She assured me they would have them within a few hours and would be able to install them that very same day. She is truly the BEST !!! She was able to answer all my questions and concerns as well as provide me with an in-depth detailed report of my service and upcoming services for my vehicle.

Five stars well deserved from drop off to pick up! Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. Armando, my service rep, remembered me from past visits and was prepared to check my car in at the appointed time. He was, as always, just the right mix of personable & professional. When it was time for me to pick up my car the cashier and customer service representatives were pleasant and upbeat. So much better if a dealer than The competition on expressway. I never feel “shamed” for passing up a recommended service option for any reason. The advisors are always in great moods and helpful. They stick by their maintenance and work as well. I’ve had brake work done that they fixed without a question when I told them the brakes felt squishy after a brake bleed. Recommended highly.

Great job! I had extra work done on my vehicle so the wait time was longer than anticipated. My Service Advisor Kathy made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner, offered a drop off and pickup if I wanted to go elsewhere if I didn’t want to wait! Zach in the vehicle service dept gave me excellent customer service, his customer service is always superb! I had an oil change done on my 2012 Nissan Altima. The time frame was wonderful, it only took one hour. The customer service team is always professional and courteous. I wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else

Round Rock Nissan made buying my CPO experience easygoing and were willing to negotiate realistically.... The only thing I would change is getting a full tank of gas with my purchase instead of a coupon to go to the gas station to put barely a half of tank of gas in the vehicle. Every vehicle I have ever purchased came with a full tank of gas prior to driving off the lot...But other than that, all was good...

Absolutely amazing staff here from sales to finance to management. I LOVE my new car! I am in my car for about 6 hours a day and it doesn’t even bother me. I got the 2019 rav4 hybrid. Best work car I’ve had! I highly recommend this dealership.

Original Post: If I could give less than one star, I would. I dropped off my vehicle at 4:15pm for a 4:30pm appointment for an oil change and wheel alignment. At 7pm, they called me to say that the vehicle would be ready first thing in the morning. Now, they are saying it is in process and that it *may* be done at 7:45am. I don't know about the rest of the internet but I have a job and a small child and this delay is NOT acceptable in either scenario. I bought this car from them a few years ago and I will NOT be using their services again. Thanks for making me miss an important business meeting, Sterling McCall Honda Service. You suck. Edit: I went in to pick up my car with a good head of steam. Spoke with the manager, Mike, and my service liaison, Marquita, and they validated my concerns and didn’t charge me for my bill. It’s been a bit of a rough morning but I will be using this Service Center again. Mistakes happen to everyone. Sterling McCall’s willingness to promptly take ownership of their mistake is a rare and valuable commodity in the world of car maintenance. You don’t suck, Sterling McCall Honda. 😂

I am giving Bob Howard Toyota a 5 star review today. I had my car in the it 50,000 mile maintenance. Upon on arrival technician or service Adviser, Sean greeted me and was very pleasant. He advised that would occur in this maintenance check and how long it would take since I was waiting with my car. He asked if there were any other concerns that I had and that he would check on that concern and get back with me about the concern and if there was a problem what the cost would be. My car was completed within a reasonable time. At the check out Sean explained all the items that were performed on my can and total price. He directed me to my car, which had been washed. My overall experience today was 5 star performance.

Ricardo, one of the most genuine people I have meet, promptly and professionally responded to my request. Brought my 2012 Tacoma in for a rattling noise(I didn't make an appointment) and I was seen right away. Within 30 minutes or so my truck was ready AT NO CHARGE! !The service rep said it was a loose heat shield on the catalytic converter which happens all the time on Tacomas. Thanks for doing such a great job!!

My experience with Courtesy Nissan, specifically Al, has been remarkable. He was attentive, no pressure, he walked me through the car I had interest in (inside, outside, under the hood, & in the trunk), answered every single question I had, and even provided me with facts. I arrived at Sterling McCall Nissan early Saturday morning without an appointment and one of the service advisers told me that I would have an 2 hour wait without an appointment. But another adviser waited on me and what I needed was an oil change. He helped me to download the application to his email address and I waited only 45 minutes for a Saturday which was good. They also replaced the fluids and my washed my car. I was very impressed and satisfied with my experience at Sterling McCall Nissan.

I priced a Corolla hybrid at most SoCal dealerships. Many had already stepped away with the numbers Baron was offering. It came down to maybe 3 or 4 dealerships. The reason I chose Baron and Miller Toyota of Anaheim was that right off the bat, Baron was up front about numbers and working to get the sale. He made my mom, who needs a lot of convincing, feel at ease. The paperwork was straightforward and Sal in financial explained everything clearly and answered questions for us. Luis, the tech and equipment specialist made my mom feel more at ease with her new hybrid. Best part, when the out the door price was down on the long form line, Baron had knocked off a bit more from an already unbeatable price. I mean, who does that? Fantastic, friendly service all around. I will definitely be recommending Baron and team to friends and family.

WOW! Ryan L is the man! He helped my girlfriend buy her first car. He was so friendly the first time we came in to look at the new Rav4. Since moving to New Hampshire, I have brought my vehicle to Ira Toyota of Manchester. I always make my appointment with my same service advisor who is the main reason I keep returning. Absolutely amazing. We took our Pilot in for a ton of work. Two window assemblies, two calipers, power steering pump, CV half shaft, ABS modulator, rotor resurfacing and new brake pads. They let us buy our own after market part and gave us the cores back so we can get core charges back. We saved over $500 on just parts. They supplied us with with a Free rental for almost 3 weeks while our car was being worked on. We we're unable to afford the ABS modulator as it's a $1400 dollar part. They went out of there way not only to find a used part for us but didn't charge us anything for the part or labor. They wanted us safe on the road! All in all we paid less than $1400 for everything. To be short, I went to the dealership that morning to get an oil change on my 2014 Hyundai Sonata. I had no intentions of buying a car. Absolutely none! After my oil change was completed I went home and checked my mail where I found several refinancing loan mailers. One of them stood out amongst the rest because there was a hand written sticky notes addressed to me. I took note to the details and called the dealership. Mark and I conversed and I asked him to help me under what refinancing meant. He walked me through it connected me with Lamar. Lamar made me feel completely comfortable and confident that I could get the car that I desired. He even helped guide me as some of my car choices were obviously unrealistic and out of my budget restrictions. Lamar is someone I can now call a friend and a consultant. He also had a tag team buddy Dylan who was very knowledgeable on the inner workings of the vehicle such as the smart features. He took the time to show me every feature no matter how small and even served as a point of contact in case I needed assistance while on the road. I'm not one to use the word excellent, but that is the only word I can use to describe my experience with the Ira dealership. My family and I came to test drive a mini van and ended up purchasing one! Our salesperson, was incredibly helpful, kind and patient. He even provided coloring books and crayons for my daughters to help keep them occupied while the adults were talking. From the moment I called to inquire about the Takata Airbag recall on my 2010 Toyota Corolla, I was given the parts dept to make sure the parts were available and then transferred over to the service dept to make an appointment. My experience at IRA was excellent. This was primarily attributable to my Salesman, Michael Rivera. Michael was able to answer to my many questions about the car I was considering to purchase. I have to say that he was as helpful, friendly and diligent a salesperson as I have ever dealt with. I had many questions regarding a 2020 Corolla Hybrid, a car that is in its first model year, and he already knew or quickly researched the answers to all. John Levine, the Sales Manager also deserves kudos. He was very personable and did an extraordinary job of patiently negotiating an offer that we both could accept. Justice Caylor is the go-to man! I requested a quote and wanted to see Rav4 2019 and he instantly called me right after that query over their website. I purchased a used vehicle in March, and was informed the day I picked up vehicle that previous owner never turned over spare key. I worked with Matt Lewis, who was the salesperson I dealt with to purchase the vehicle. Although it took over a month from when I bought vehicle, Matt was able to have ekeys respond to my residence and made a spare key for the vehicle, which was billed to Ira Toyota. My husband and I went in on a busy Saturday month end this April to test drive a Toyota Siena. We were approached by a gentleman names Blake who could read we were just looking and just wanted to test drive because we were super busy. He took us right to the cars we wanted to check out. He got us to the GM in no time to make a deal because I was so happy that the experience was simple and painless. There was a bit of a wait time because of month end so with financing it was a bit of a wait but Blake was always there to check in on us while we waited and was super accommodating. If I’m being honest I really only got the car here because Blake made it so easy and just knew what we needed. Because we were so patient with waiting he was able to get the car to me even faster going above and beyond. I thought I was picking the car up in two days but he had it ready in 24 hours. Every time I visit, everyone is always friendly and I feel comfortable leaving my car with them! Chad is great—I was worried about my car making a noise after having quite a bit of work done on it, and he let me have a loaner while they gave my car a detailed inspection. I heard an intermittent squeal on the left front, thought it may be the brakes, squeal only happened a few times then I did not hear it. I had the brakes for a while and thought it was them. Brought it in the next day, I explained that I had not heard it that day but wanted to be sure it was nothing. The took it in and checked out the brakes, wheel bearings and pulleys and was told all looked very good and they test drove it with no squeal... That was yesterday and heard no sound and also no squeal today.. Ok, at least I had a pro look at it and tell me all looked good and my concerns went away.. Ira Toyota are the only people that touches my truck and I have had very good luck there and trust them... I’m not normally one to purchase an extended warranty, but it definitely paid off as they helped Nissan Repair my vehicle for over $3000 repair suddenly, because we definitely did not have the money set aside for it. Nissan Services was absolutely great! Hands down, best customer service I have EVER experienced. It takes exceeded expectations experience for me to go in and manually add reviews to sites, but I made sure to do it from this experience. I drove over 5 hours to get there and was not disappointed! If buying used, ask for Ryder. He will not let you down. He had the vehicle pulled around and ready for me. He had the keys saved and the paperwork printed and ready to go [AS WAS REQUESTED in advance]. Thank you Ryder for your fantastic customer service! Finance DID try to sneak in the warranty on me even though I had tried to opt out, so be sure to triple check the paperwork, and make sure if you don't want that warranty you make it clear. Finance badgered me a little bit on trying to sell it, BUT was never impolite. Overall great experience. Quick "in and out" as it should be. Ryder made sure the car got detailed and gassed up while I was doing the paperwork, so once I finished paperwork I was ready to head home!

Ira Toyota serviced my prius prime today. The customer service was outstanding; I dropped my vehicle and was advised that it would take 30 to 45 minutes for the regular maintenance. And 30 minutes later the technician came to tell me my car was ready. That is excellence in customer service.

My service advisor Tom Lu is great! He earns my total trust in servicing my Tacoma. The facility is also clean and nice. Miller Toyota caters to their customers with coffee and refreshments, snacks, and even cups o'noodle for lunch, yes!. Folks like Tom Lu make the service trip worthwhile and enjoyable. I saw a lady who brought her car from San Diego to Tom for service. How rare is that?
