Today's visit was absolutely awesome! I selected a very early appointment which sometimes causes you to run into the workers who aren't Morning people but not today. Today I was met with a smile and lots of energy from Gonzalo Gomez. He explained everything to me and kept me updated on the progress! Fair deal, great salesman

I went into IRA with a prearranged deal in hand for a Toyota Highlander and all went well. The cars I wanted to choose from were off-site so we had to go for a short road trip to get to them. This gave me an opportunity for an extended test drive so that was well appreciated. When I finally made my decision the car was prepped, washed, filled with gas, and ready to go in a timely fashion. The finance part of the deal went smoothly as well, I did have prearranged financing so that helped. Regardless of that, I was in and out with the financial person with no hassle. I have never had a car serviced there so I can't comment on that. But considering the first two years of service are included in the price of the car (don't let them fool you, nothing is "free") I guess they have a captive audience at least.

Amazing Customer Service!

It was a pleasure to work with Rommel Bradburn. I went to another dealership in Nashua, prior to Ira, and the sales manager tried to sell me something I was not interested in, after I specifically told him what I wanted. He tried to sell me a Rav 4, when I specifically told him I wanted a Camry, XSE. A friend recommended visiting Ira and speaking with Rommel. I met with Rommel and he found me the exact car I was looking for! Approval was quick and easy!! I highly recommend Ira Toyota and their sales team!!

Follow-up Repair

Install a rear window switch that was on back order. Brandon provided excellent customer service, again. (Your follow-up customer service review with a minimum of 25 words is stupid. It's unlikely I will fill out another customer service survey from a company who is so lacking for praise that you require a 25-word minimum.) Do yourself a favor and fire the genius that prevents a customers response from processing because of a 25-word minimum requirement.

We first went to DeMontrond Hyundai in Texas City and had a horrible experience with them, they tried twice to take advantage of us. They were very sneaky people. However, the following day we went to South Loop Hyundai in Houston and met with Sam, he was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Sam took care of us and we bought the car we wanted. Great people at South Loop!

Steve was great help when my original salesman was no longer with the dealership, from the time I ordered my vehicle until the time I picked up my vehicle a few weeks later. When I noticed not all accessories were added, Steve worked with me to get them done without any hassle. The new management at this place is wonderful. I bought a 2012 Nissan Rogue from here almost 3 years ago that started having transmission problem. The current GM at this place helped us so much. He went out of his way and took care of everything including fixing the problem and fixing the Nissan certification issue ( caused by the previous management). I am very happy with my experience here this year and would definitely recommend this place.

Superb customer service and quality work in the service department. My Corolla is usually done with getting serviced quicker than they quote. They have a large waiting area with a quiet reading room, which is nice when you need to get work done while you wait. They also offer free fountain drinks and coffee in the waiting area.

Scheduled maintenance was performed in a professional and timely manner. Also asked that a tire be checked for possible leak ehich they did find a leak and helped me replace under warranty. I was looking to maybe exchange my vehicle for a new Nissan Rogue. I had the pleasure to work with David Morris that try to find something that worked within the limited budget. While David looked for the best deals for me he was honest and direct. He was able to find something that worked for me but I was still looking at different options. He kept in contact to let me know that he was holding the rogue that I was thinking of getting since I told him that I was planning on coming back the next day and to let him know if I was still interested. He did not make me feel that he was pushing me just wanted to know what my plan was and if I was going to come back. It was not until 4 days later that I decided to keep my current vehicle. Even knowing that he was not going to get a commission from me he was very nice and professional and wished me the best. Thank you David and if I do decide to exchange my jeep for a Rogue I will keep you in mind.

I had a problem with my Odyssey's sliding door. Called in and got an appointment same day. When I drove in the bay I immediately got service car-side. After getting some info and noticed I had three little ones asleep in the back he brought over a tech to see if it was a quick fix. I really appreciate the consideration of my situation. Unfortunately the quick simple fixes weren't working I agreed to return when I could actually drop it off for a few hours. He was very accommodating. They must have got it loosened because it started working when I got home. I was so impressed with the service and lack of pushy salesmanship I will be returning when I need another service. I had a great experience with Town North Nissan with my vehicle. I needed my brakes replaced, and it was a fair price and it did not take them long to do. A few days prior, I got my brakes inspected somewhere else and the quoted me over double the quote Town North Nissan gave me. I don't always trust car mechanics, but I felt that Town North Nissan was honest and transparent with me.

For any big repair, I take my Accord to Honda. It gives me the confidence that the job will be done correctly and I won’t have to come back down the road to fix things. They just replaced my clutch after 170k miles and the 5-speed drives like new - slides into gear as super smoothly.

I have enjoyed both my recent experiences at World Toyota, as much as car repair is inconvenient working with the people here is easy. I made a same day appointment with the service center online, the process was quick and easy! When I showed up, the staff greeted me and took the time to understand the problems I was having (failed a few things on the state safety inspection). Me and my son were in a terrible car accident, leaving my previous Toyota totaled. The entire ordeal has been overwhelming! Most important is there were no serious injuries. My experience with the service department has always been exceptional! Adi has played a pivotal role in facilitating my visits for oil changes, tire rotations, and other things that have happened to my vehicle. When it came to scheduling appointments, he responded in a timely manner and was able to provide an ideal day and time. My knowledge in car maintenance is relatively weak, so it’s been awesome being told what needs to be done with my car without trying to oversell me on a service that isn’t mandatory. There have been a few situations where I've had some financial restraints and he was able to lay out some alternatives. I’ve had no issues with my car since I started service at this location, so I definitely recommend visiting with Adi if you have any services that you need to have done on your vehicle!

Worst time ever. Made an appointment for an oil change and got there early today. They told me an hour to get my oil changed. I'm calling an hour an a half later and the representative that helped me is on lunch and the one that answered can't help me. I call back an hour later, it's now been 2 and a half hours, and the guy is not answering so I leave a message. I get there at two, it's been 3 hours now, and guy is still on break, the guy that first answered the phone , which I think his name is Steve? Is on the second desk from the right, says u have to wait for Javier Sandoval and I'm like really you can't check on my car? So with a look on his face he checks and I tell him I need my car now. Then Sandoval shows up he calls the shop they tell him they haven't even gotten started. I ask why? He said that I left, so I stop him and asked really because I left I was just pushed back? He then said no we had 10 people ahead of you when you got here. That the appointment was just to talk to a person not get service done. Stupid! So the other guy brings my keys I tell the manager he just says sorry but does not offer any help so I leave. I still need to get my oil changed...three hours later. Update, manager brought me in loan me a car and got my oil changed and truck checked out. I've been dealing with Ben after the manager dealt with me and he is amazing. So amazing that he got promoted congrats. Just stopped by today and got in and out in an hour. They are honest up front about wait times and it's up to you if you want to wait or leave it and have someone pick you up.

Only stopped by to have the windshield wipers checked. The service tech determined the issue was caused by an independent body shop after the car was repaired from hail damage. James Alvarez was our sales person. He was very patient and did not exude the typical "salesperson pressure" to purchase a car. The first day we went in was close to closing so we pretty much were "window shopping". Fantastic service department. My Daughter in Law's vehicle broke down and needed repair. Another dealer tried to scare her into trading the vehicle on another car, and give her nothing for trading the broken car. He told her that repairs to the vehicle would be $10,000, and that he would "help her out of her situation". Luckily, she called me, and I called the wonderful staff at Gene Messer Toyota service, Chris specifically. Chris and his team did a thorough review of the car, and came to me with an analysis that was both accurate and fair. In fact, if all goes right, the repairs could be 1/10th of what the other guy said. I am so thankful for Chris and his staff. They are honest, competent, and caring. I’ve been using Folsom Lake Toyota Service for a good 10 years now and have been more than satisfied with the service department on all services they’ve performed, including their body shop. I have been working with Mathew Johnson most recently and couldn’t be happier as he has made sure I was informed throughout the process every time. My only concern is that everyone else has received excellent service as well, since the driveway seems busier than ever every time I take the car in. Tacoma frame replacement.

Ira Toyota did an awesome job replacing the frame on my Tacoma. It took about a week and they gave me a free loaner car for the duration. After a couple of minor tweaks the truck was better than it was when I purchased it. It needed a steering rack and they replaced it at cost with no labor charge while they were at it. Tyler was great seeing to it that all of my concerns were taken care of. Very happy with the job. If you are part of the campaign don't hesitate to have them evaluate your vehicle. I have been buying and leasing vehicles from various dealerships for over twenty years. The previous experiences that I have had at dealerships have always been positive in nature but the experience that I had at Ira Toyota yesterday far exceeded all of those previous experiences by a long shot. The staff that I dealt with at the dealership was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The negotiation process was straightforward and I was not subjected to any pushy or underhanded sales tactics. You typically pay a lot more for service like this. Marcus was extremely patient and thoughtful in showing us the cars we were interested in. I purchased a Honda Ridgeline just before Hurricane Michael. This car was recommended and sold by Sean, an awesome and knowledgeable salesman. It turned out to be exactly what I needed to evacuate with room for myself and one other, two dogs, a cat, all important documents, gas cans and clothing. What ever happened to the days when you walked in, bought a used car and it was your issue if it ran right after you took it off the lot? This dealership makes sure they sell you a car that is going to work and well, and wants you to be covered. They offer a warranty (for a cost) on the car, but that was an over the top sales experience to me. However, I think it is a good idea as well for someone who would be using the car as their only car and everyday use. It's our third car and just used for day trips now and then. I don't know how they did it, but the 3 year old car looks brand new and even has that new car smell. Amazing!

It was a painless experience. Everyone I spoke to was up front and transparent, which is very refreshing from a dealership. Additional services were recommended, but they were not pushy and there were no hard sales techniques. They were very understanding when i declined these services. When I picked up my vehicle, I received an easy to follow break down of everything that was done and recommended, along with costs and details. I'm fairly skeptical of any service for something I don't fully understand myself (like cars), but Sterling McCall made me feel like I could trust them and I will definitely return here next time I need to visit a dealer.

I kid you not. I used to work in the car business and my sister is a GM now and I have been around several service departments for vehicles and I love coming here! They are super professional and most importantly respectful of your time. Their proprietary system are actual in sending you an notice when your car is ready, not like others that state your vehicle is ready and you have to go outside and still wait 20 minutes for it to arrive. The place is always clean and welcoming. I just moved from the area, but will continue coming here because the service is perfect! Thank you service team! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. I have a 2015 Honda Odyssey and my door motor went out, and it was going to take longer than anticipated. When they found out I lived 30 minutes away and had two kids, they set me up in a lender van almost identical to mine! I had owned a Civic from this dealership and loved the car and the sales and service departments. When it was time to replace my Civic, for some unexplainable reason, we decide to look around and purchased another brand at a different dealership. The whole experience was horrible and I ended up not liking the car or anyone in their sales department. This week we bought a new CRV and couldn't be happier. Everyone was very friendly and helpful but there was never any pressure put on us. Anthony, our sales associate, was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He helped us through the selection process by answering our questions and offering suggestions but never tried to push us into a quick decision or a more expensive model. After the purchase, he spent time going over all the features and even help us install a car seat for our grand daughter the next day. Chris in finance was fun and accommodating. He got us a great rate and respected our decision to not get an extended warranty. I can't imagine having a better experience buying a car. I am a South Pointe Honda customer for life.

I would like to echo what was previously said. The service I just had was so good I had to pay it forward by at least writing a review. What makes Gary and this service center different is 1) Gary will explain what is going on to you honestly and without any attitude 2) their prices are very reasonable. If you want good mechanics, they need to get paid too. I did a lot of comparison shopping and I have found Gary and IRA to be very fair. Gary/IRA is not convenient (location) for me but I am going to go out of my way to have them service my vehicles. There are trustworthy people/mechanics out there. Gary is one of them.

This is the second time in four years that we've purchased a new vehicle from Bob Howard Honda. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I used to rank going to a dealer to purchase a vehicle at about parity with a dentist appointment, but working with the Bob Howard sales staff has been a completely different experience. To be honest, the sales staff are, after all, salesmen. You have to do your homework if you want to deal successfully. Show up informed and, if our experiences are representative across the board, your negotiations will be honest and respectful with no strong-arming or deception. We were especially impressed with Steven Moore, our salesman this time around. Besides being completely knowledgeable about his product, he is an honestly warm, personable and genuine human being. We should be receiving a survey soon--we wish we could rate him above the available "10" maximum. Again, a really good experience.
