10K Service on my 2017 Toyota Camry

I was met in the service bay by your employee and greeted and he promptly made note of the service to be performed. He said it would be about an hour and it only took about 45-50 minutes.

A Post Mortem Review

I went through every problem, they wrote it all down and checked for everything I said. My dad now knows it's unwise to do bare minimum repairs to a totaled car, but won't admit that's on him. Now my Corolla can finally rust in peace, thanks Ira.

Best out of any Dealership I’ve ever been to

It was our sales girl that made the difference she came up that hill shook our hand made us feel important she never allowed us to walk do any of the vehicles we wanted to test drive She also escorted us to the new car lot near the airport taking most of the day knowing that we were not in the market to buy yet we just wanted to look she said it didn't matter what mattered was that I found What I wanted when I was ready she was not pushy but she wise consistent .. and knowledgeable . I asked her when her shift was over she said when I am finished making you happy .

Excellent Experience - again!

Purchased a car last year and dealt with Matt Lewis with Chazie (Charlie T) and they are the reason I returned this year to purchase a new RAV4. Excellent, knowledgeable people. I purchased a new vehicle from South Pointe Honda over the weekend. I was a little hesitant in walking in to the dealership but my mind was quickly put at ease. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. It's All In The Details

Not everyone enjoys the car shopping process/ experience. With the internet so much can be done from home. IRA was the name on the building but who sold me my sixth Toyota was our sales rep Adam Fernald. Adam was prepared with knowing Toyota's product line. His calm, patience and always professional approach made the process very easy. Adam's communication and follow up was impressive. Equally impressive was working with Bill Kinney. His calm, patient and funny approach on getting us familiar with the technology aspects of our vehicle were greatly appreciated. Adam's and Bill's goal was to sell us a car, but more importantly have us leave IRA happy. Price matters, but it's also all in the details you provide to gain customer loyalty. Personal Attention is Appreciated!

I took my car in for the normal oil change and maintenance and I was pleasantly surprised at the individual attention I received, particularly from George Dosher. George treated me like Miss America, never mind my vehicle. Time passed quickly as I waited for my car to be serviced. I was serviced, as well, with a nice, deep shoulder and back massage by this oh-so-sexy man. It was clear to me that George appreciated my business and he was determined to provide world class customer service to me in every sense of the word. George may downplay everything, but this man keeps me coming back. That mop of blond/gray hair and the sensitive aqua blue eyes are all it takes to make me want to visit Bob Howard Toyota again. It is hard to believe that this hottie served as a pastor of his own church for many years. Who would've thought? Anyway, I will definitely return to Bob Howard Toyota the next time I....er, my car... need to be serviced. I am just counting down the days!

The first time I met Blake, I had come in thinking my lease was up so we went through the entire process of preparing to return my car and lease a new one. After about an hour, we realized I had another year on my lease. I was totally frustrated, but Blake kept his cool. I felt so bad for wasting his time, but he was extremely understanding and kind even though I was visibly very upset. Second time around, I made sure everything was in order before I returned and to my surprise (or my brothers doing) Blake was my rep again, welcoming me with a smile and firm handshake ready to get going. Love IRA Toyota

We've had nothing but great experiences at IRA Toyota. In June we were told by another shop that we needed new brakes. We went to IRA and our brakes were just fine. Then in early August, we noticed a strange vibration on the driver side - it started to get worse at high speed. So I took the car into IRA last Saturday, turned out that we just needed new tires on the front. Big thanks to Service Advisor, Bryan Bell - it figured it out immediately.

I had an amazing experience. I came in to get my car serviced and a young gentleman Josh Grooms went above and beyond to do everything. I waited 5 min to get my vehicle in. The atmosphere at Sterling McCall is very nice and comfortable. Now I know why so many people are in the service lounge area. It's basically bar/cafe at any time of the day. Which is a good thing. Complimentary breakfast drinks, UBS, Charging Stations at every large chair, high bar back stools for people who want to work on laptops and watch TV and then the movie theater chairs setup. I have never been to a service area this comfortable and cozy. I probably will wait again for my car to be serviced since it was relaxing. Service time was 1hr 30 minutes with complimentary car wash. So I guess that's not bad. Greg was a great advisor as well with his morning jokes.

The emissions light was on It wouldn't go off. At first it was reset. But the light came back on. So the part was replaced. Then the struts were weak. So they replaced them. Also the brake pads were replaced.

We had been looking for a used car, driven 3 or 4 others. We saw the Pathfinder on line. Stopped by after work to take a look and a couple of hours later drove away in it. Brandon was awesome. I find it difficult to understand why I pay 475 dollars a month to lease your vehicle, 125 dollars a month to insure it, I had the first oil change at 5ooo miles at my expense, at purchase I was told I would have 2 no charge services before 25,000 miles, but now you tell me the 24 months is up and I have to pay 115 dollars to change fuel filters. The truck only has 18,500 miles but the time is up. Mileage is mileage and the filters should be good until the 25000 miles. Lesson learned. Thanks

An example of their honesty was when I thought there was a possibility I would need to buy extra parts for my car. When I probed my service technician he said no you don’t need those items yet. I made my appointment on a Monday for Thursday at 7 a.m. because the check engine light went on, on my Corolla ‘18. I didn’t want to get out of bed to take my car to check out this problem, but I’m so glad that I went. They open at exactly 7 on the dot and one of Toyota’s service advisor came over to my car and asked my name and some information to check in. Bob was so very polite and figured out the problem right away, I was relieved to know i didn’t close my gas cap correctly (such a girl moment) that’s what was wrong with my car. He was very nice about it and made me feel normal for such a common mistake. Who knew! He advised me to do my second service explained why it was a wise choice to do it although I had 2000 miles more until my next service. I believe he explained it twice to me until I understood it. So I went through with it. Their waiting room is awesome! They have a coffee machine it makes French vanilla coffee, mocha, hot chocolate, coffee with milk and milk i was amazed! They also had fresh donuts and cup of noodle soup. They also had a quiet room and a kids room separately. I also asked for the shuttle ride, both on my way there and the way back I had two amazing young drivers. Very nice and extremely polite! I felt very safe being in the car with them. Although when they were going to pick me up they were a bit late so I asked them for another pick up time. Which I didn’t mind because of the great service. My car is back to normal, it drives smooth and I’m happy to say that I would definitely take it back to this dealership. Thank you Toyota Family!

Great Service Experience!

Brought my 2017 Tacoma to IRA-Manchester for my 20K service and inspection. My service representative Dan Smith was extremely cooperative to work with. What struck me most about this appointment was that I had an issue with what appeared to be surface corrosion building up on my rims. I pointed this out to Dan. While the truck was being serviced, he did some investigation with the reconditioning department regarding my issue. It was found not to be corrosion but a build-up of some sort. Dan himself borrowed a solvent from the recon department and cleaned each of my 4 rims himself in the parking lot after my service appointment was complete. That extra mile says a lot about his attention to customer satisfaction. Nice job!

Wonderful experience with Ariel in purchasing our new Accord Hybrid, and an amazing deal. I worked with Adam Fernald in leasing a 2016 Camry Hybrid. Adam was excellent to work with. I was considering leasing another Camry XLE V6 or potentially a 4. I test drove both the 4 and the hybrid; there was not a VS6 on the lot. I had many questions relative to the workings of a Hybrid and Adam was superb in explaining the inner working and the history of these vehicles. I bought my car from Round Rock Nissan in February and I absolutely love it and the dealership and how they took care of me during the car buying process. Then at the end of July the whole front end of my car was damaged by a 18 wheeler truck’s tire as it shredded down the highway. I was sure the underside of my car was damaged too. However the insurance adjuster said it wasn’t. Lynn had Sean inspect the underside at no charge to me. As a result, Sean found more major damage. This would not have been fixed if Lynn and Sean had not gone the extra mile to make sure my car and I was taken care of. It is so hard to find this kind of customer service anymore. They care about their customers and understand how to keep their customers coming back with good and honest service. Also while my car was being fixed, they picked it up and serviced it for me. I actually had a very good experience start to finish. Charlie the manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and the car was as I wanted. Anthony was very great at answering my questions and getting the sale written up and Dan was unbelievable!!!! Went right outside to my new car with me and showed me everything I needed to know to utilize all the new technology. Was very informative, able to answer all of my questions, and very patient. I went in to test drive a car as I've been in the market for a new car and that's what happened. I wasn't pressured to buy anything. The car I drove is what I chose to get but I had to wait a week to get it. The salesman was extremely nice and professional and kept me in the loop if it sold or was still there. I saw a great improvement in the customer service today for my visit. My advisor was polite and was quick to get me to have my oil change completed. The timing was a bit long in my opinion, my vehicle was released at 7:45 AM and I received a confirmation that my car was ready at 8:43 A.M., but the complimentary breakfast made up for it because I was hungry (I had the cherry danish!). I also noticed my advisor was efficient and delegated while she was completing a transaction with another customer, she had another service gent help me so I was not waiting too long to pay since my vehicle was ready.

Unfortunately, I had a big problem with an oil change done at a different facility. I took my car to Honda and was greeted by Diego Amaya. He was extremely helpful and explained everything very well. This is the first time I've wanted to write a review enough to sign in, but I think it's important: I bought a new 4Runner in June that I love. The sales experience was excellent, but shortly after delivery I experienced a problem with the vehicle--nothing major, but it hindered my enjoyment of the vehicle enough to seek service. After the first visit, the issue wasn't completely resolved. When I returned for a second time, my case was automatically elevated and Ira made sure that it was resolved perfectly. They even washed and vacuumed the vehicle to make good. It's easy to find a dealership to buy a vehicle, but it's not always easy to find a dealership to trust--one that is honest, fair, and dedicated to the customer's happiness. After years of working with poor dealerships, I am very much looking forward to an easy relationship with Ira.

They found and brought a car from another dealer too my liking. Entune and Scout GPS link

My 2018 Toyota Camry is equipped with Entune and Scout GPS. NEITHER of these are working correctly. I travel between Florida and Maine, and I travel to vacation places and places of interest that are not easy to find. I have spoken with several Toyota owners who can not use their Scout GPS. I am very disappointed with my third Toyota! I will never buy from you again. If Toyota does not have a recall for this problem, I will consider a class action law suit.

I haven't shopped Ira Toyota in quite a few years, for reasons including a poor experience with a pushy salesman and not specifically needing a toyota... I then fell in love with a 2018 Tundra crew max, and this brought me back to Ira. I was met with assistance as soon as I arrived. This was nice as I already knew what I wanted, and was ready for a test drive. They explained the trim levels and features, different packages, exclusive colors, optional add ons- showing me I had almost settled for the wrong trim package, which looks quite different, honestly. They helped me find the options I wanted and located a truck for me. I got to drive it home 2 days later. I was very pleased with how professional everyone was when it came to negotiating a competitive final price on my purchase. This was a much better experience than my last visit several years ago. I got exactly what I wanted at Ira Toyota.

I was immediately hesitant due to the fact that I had gone inside and it was turned off and restarted while I was inside. 15 MINUTES, in and out

Nothing ever takes 15 minutes when you have to get something done on your car, right? Especially when you pull into the service bays and there are 5 cars in front of you. Especially when after they get you in there is like one open seat in the waiting area. Well, today I needed a tail light replaced and when I saw how many people were in front of me, I cringed at the thought of how long it was going to be. As I was busy crushing candy, my service agent came in and said, all set. Even better the price was reasonable. Car fixed,candy crushed.

I was having starter problems with my 2015 accord and started to become very frustrated. I had been to mike smith a few times with the same answer of “ it’s not acting up and it has to act up with us in order for us to diagnose” after literally being on my last straw with it, i tried one last time. Kathy Blackwel helped me and kept me calm the entire time and assured that everything would be OK. She was AMAZING! She was very patient with me and understanding. She was the only reason i was so calm after leaving. My car is now fixed and i am 100% satisfied!

I was greeted with a smile, I had a screw in my driver side front tire. I only waited about 15 to 20 minutes. In my time of waiting, they had TV watch while waiting, nice clean restrooms, chilled bottle water or coffee. I also viewed some their vehicles. Great customer service!

Caesar the service advisor I made my appointment with was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly. Angel the shuttle driver was a delight, and extremely professional. He made the whole experience pleasant by assuming the duties of David that was covering for Caesar. Today I came in for my car maintenance and Christian greeted me with friendly service. He helped me choose the best maintenance package that met my specific needs. Later I was informed that my car needed more work done than anticipated & he asked if I wanted to see what needed to be fixed to get a better idea of what’s going on with my car. He was the first to ever offer that to me so I was pretty impressed. I got to see what he was talking about and got to meet the technician, David, who was working on my car. David was very friendly, explained what was going on, and fixed the problem before I needed to make my appointment for the day with time to spare. I had an overall positive experience with my service today and am thankful for their friendliness and service.

I had a pleasant experience both in scheduling via telephone my service (oil change, state inspection, and manufacture recall) an in person during my visit. I stayed at the dealership waiting area which had nice seating, the World Cup on TV and refreshments. I found the facilities including the bathroom were well maintained and clean.
