The service department at Miller is great. Nice and comfortable waiting area with a separate room for kids. And a quiet room. What really makes it great are the service advisors. I always request Martin Miller because he is so easy to work with. He really makes things happen and thoroughly explains everything.

Repaired my car following Hurricane Irma

Couldn't be more grateful for the entire team at Pat Peck Honda. My family and I evacuated Miami during Hurricane Irma and stayed in Gulfport, MS. During the drive, my air conditioner started malfunctioning right as my 36k-mile warranty was set to expire. We were able to conveniently schedule an online appointment and the next morning at 7:30 a.m. the team at Pat Peck was servicing my car. Ms. Tammy and Jonathan were very attentive and courteous. Not only did they help fix the AC under the warranty, but they rectified a recall alert on my vehicle, topped all the engine fluids, and conducted a complete inspection of our vehicle to ensure the 800-mile drive would be a safe one. Pat Peck Honda delivered for our family during a very turbulent time and we plan to purchase/lease our future vehicles from them despite living in South Florida. They lived up to the great reviews and we are forever grateful.

I took my car there yesterday. It's nice that FB Toyota supports other community businesses. They had pet adoptions there and it was nice to see that there are people that still care. I met the Service Director yesterday while walking around ,waiting on my vehicle and he showed me around and all the activities going on. My adviser Juan, found me, explained my bill and he was very nice then Mr. Smith walked me to the cashier to help me with my check out. I was tempted to adopt a pet as well. I feel confident that as a female I can trust them to be honest with me about my service needs.

Clean, friendly and five star worthy!

Before I give my full review I want everyone to know that this was my first time at this Toyota dealership and my experience was nothing less than 5 stars. I've been to several dealerships before and nothing can compare to my experience at this particular one. Note: I will NEVER go anywhere else now that I've been to this one. The second I entered the building I was greeted by one of the sweetest people ever, Amy. She approached my vehicle with a smile and friendly attitude and then asked what we needed. We, being my sister and I, told her that we needed our 20k checkup and that we have never been here before so she asked us to move our car up, leave the keys in the vehicle and then she walked us inside. She gave us a cute little tour showing us the waiting area, the coffee area, the restrooms and just the overall layout of the area. She explained that one of her supervisors will be with us if anything was wrong and then she'll come visit us again at the end of our service. Honestly, this place was absolutely wonderful. There was coffee, as mentioned before, water, cookies and snacks. How great is that?! They make you feel like family here and I love it. Moving to OKC from southern Cali has been interesting to say the least but this just made it soooo much better. This facility is VERY clean and put together and sooo homey. Anyways, the staff was wonderful, inviting and soooo lovely. Everyone had a smile on their face and it's just nice to see. They honestly love their jobs here and that's all one can ask for. With that said, thank you Bob Howard Toyota for everything you did for my sister and I today. Thank you.

My fiance and I had an accident and our car was a total loss. We were overwhelmed when we were not quite ready for a new car and we had to go car shopping. Brandon Durant showed us the cars we were interested in and what we could afford. We took them for a drive and then we decided to go look at more before making any final decision. He gave us info to take with us about the cars so we could look them over and made it easier to find them online. We also talked to the manager and we didn't feel pressured, we felt mostly like they wanted to give us something that worked for us. Great people, Great Service! One thing I like about this dealership is the amount of diversity. I know non English speaking people worry about stepping foot into these places due to lack of communication. Many of these workers speak more than one language, don't hesitate to ask. My Jeep Patriot 2009 was flooded by hurricane Harvey, but was still driveable. Unfortunately, the Jeep was too water damaged to drive and I only had liability on it. I have tried to buy from other dealerships only to be turned down.... so I wasn't going to even try again, but I had no choice. I've been bringing my older model Highlander here for service for a while and after a few experiences that were less than satisfactory I started going elsewhere. This was the first time I've used the Express Service for an oil change at Sterling McCall Toyota and I was very pleased with my experience. Chris was my service representative, and he was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. Chris gave me a rundown of the things they were going to check on my vehicle in addition to the oil change (tire pressure, fluids, etc.) and gave me a heads up that the wait was going to be a bit longer because of the long line of cars. When my service was almost complete, Chris let me know that my wiper blades needed replacement and gave me an opportunity to come out and look at my old blades before I made a decision to change them, which I did. He also gave me a couple of pointers on some self-maintenance of my vehicle that I could do between oil changes, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, my service experience at the Express Service was excellent, mainly because of Chris. I plan on coming back to Sterling McCall Toyota for oil changes in the future for both of our Toyota vehicles and recommend this place for anyone needing service on their Toyota.

One of the best, if not THE best, car buying experiences I've ever had. We walked in expecting to haggle and were pleasantly surprised when they accepted not only our offer for the new Mazda we were looking to purchase, but also paid us what we requested on our trade. After spending 2 weeks researching different types of SUV. We decided on a SUV and comparing prices, makes and models between different companies.We finally decided on Nissan and already knew what we wanted it to be a NEW SUV Lease. Once we got to sit down with Finance Department he was another very nice gentleman I believe his name was Lee We arrived at the Town North Nissan dealership on a Thursday about 12:28 pm and at 455 pm we were driving away in the 2016 Nissan Rogue. I had a wonderful experience at Town North Nissan. I live in Smithville, TX and had already visited another Nissan dealer and a couple Toyota dealers. I have to hand it to him when I asked the magic question about being sure the exact vehicle I wanted and for the price I was viewing online was available before I made the long drive in. Richard Dugger is hands down one of the best sales persons I have ever dealt with. I can not speak for any other of the sales personnel at Honda of Bay County but Richard is an all star. I walked in one night looking to get my wife out of our gas guzzling 300C V8 and he was able to get us into top of the line Jetta with all the bells and whistles. I had the best car shopping experience with John Co and Gerald at Folsom Lake Toyota! Being a female (and minority), I am always skeptical of shopping alone for a car (due to past experience with other dealers). I would highly recommend South Pointe Honda over Don Carlton Honda! Don Carlton Honda was not able to diagnose my car after 3 hours and even after leaving my car over night. The receptionist was rude and insisted I be charged a diagnostic fee when no diagnosis was ever done. Finally, after many phone calls I was not charged. After that I took my car to South Pointe and they figured out what was wrong with my car in minutes! The moment they heard the clanky sounds of my car they knew exactly what it was! They even told me ahead of time that if they could not figure out what the problem was they would not charge me a diagnostic fee. But, it would not have mattered anyways because they do not even charge a diagnostic fee! They would only charge a diagnostic fee if it was a more complicated issue. The guy that helped me seemed knowledgeable and friendly. I waited on the fix and it only took a couple of hours. While, I waited I was even offered the shuttle to take me anywhere. At the other place, I was not offered even though they have the shuttle available. After, I picked up my car at the other place they did not even wash it like most places would do as a courtesy. South Pointe Honda washed my car and got the job done! I will continue going to them for my car service and I would even go there to purchase a new vehicle!

Impressive Service and Friendly

After dealing with Ford all of my life, I decided to switch things up and visit a place by home. I was greeted several times by sales folks asking to help me find the right person. They didn't hound me to buy anything just wanted to get me in front of who I came to see. When I did, I was happily greeted and sat down for some conversation about my situation and wanting to get into something better affordable. Nathan took the time to understand and relate, his next course was to figure out what exactly for my needs. Taking into account my style, he got the car right the first time and ended up being the one I bought. Not bad for the first car, usually this process takes 2-3 hours at ford. Next I'll mention the ease of dealing with financing and moving forward with that process. It's a process everyone hates. I especially hate it because this takes 4-5 hours at ford and might have to come back for another beating the following day. Door in to drive out took 2 hours and 33miutes. We had some paperwork issues which I came back for, later in the week, but was resolved in 10 minutes time. Nothing that made me feel uncertain about the deal. I can happily say this was the easiest car buying experience I've had (and I'm on my 7th car). Please visit these guys and talk to them, they will find you a car that fits your needs and not sell you the entire lot.

Bought a CPO car from them and I have to give praise to Wilder and John on being able to accommodate all my request to make sure that the car will be problem free and I am happy with the result. They had a fair enough pricing on their cars and from my experience they did not do any bundling of overpriced services like other car dealerships (paint sealants, fabric protection etc...) I also have dealt with their service department to resolve a few issues and they were able to resolve it after the part that was ordered arrived, Daryl Tucker made sure everything was taken care of on their end and Darryl Brewer made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Their service prices are fair and I will very likely get my car serviced there with it being near work, their car exterior detailing service (I asked for them to detail the car as part of the deal) is also good and they are not heavy on fillers and such like other dealerships but do not expect it to be on par with a garage queen car detailing level though.

Over a year later, she still calls/texts me to check-in and make sure I am still loving my car and offers assistance. The next time I need a car, I will go straight to her! Amazing Customer Service

I brought in my husbands Rav4 and had the immense pleasure of meeting Jenny-Lynn. She was my service advisor and she made sure I had everything I could possibly want or need. There was a question of whether two minor repairs would be covered by warranty and she offered me drinks and snacks while I waited then offered a shuttle ride in case I didn't want to wait the twenty minutes between when she told me parts would need to be ordered and were covered by warranty. Service Advisor Alfredo Vergara was absolutely incredible. We ran into some issues with our truck which resulted in a tow to the dealership. The tow truck company failed to provide the service department with our contact information so Alfredo had to search the truck and make several phone calls with the numbers he found in the truck...How bizarre. It took the service department quite awhile to diagnose our problem which was the result of a larger fuel tank installed by another vendor. Alfredo's communication and commitment to getting our issue resolved was outstanding! We are so thankful!
