Jim was very easy to work with and got the vehicle done in time. I did request to have the inside of the vehicle cleaned and vacuumed, the front mats were rinsed and it was not vacuumed.

From when I walked in and greeted Diana, I knew the experience would go great. She has a dynamic attitude about herself that brought out something within myself that I wouldn't ordinarily do upon first meeting someone. We had great conversation while we were waiting for the loan approval, she worked within my budget and was very courteous, gracious, and professional towards me. When I went in to the fiance managers office, (Fernando Huerta) I was greeted very courageously and he really worked on trying to get me the best possible deal. From taking in account of my faithful military service to the vehicle I was trading in and getting me the best possible appraisal for it. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication to serving the needs of the customer. Especially when I called then got no answer, I left a message. They both immediately called me back to finalized the last details on the vehicle. I would most definitely look forward to purchasing more vehicles from this place as well as recommend Sterling McCall I'm the future to my friends, family, and business associates.

I wasn’t able to schedule an oil change for my Nissan online. I called Saturday morning they were able to get my Nissan in the same day. They were pretty fast and even washed my vehicle. Since moving to Houston 3 years ago, we have always taken our Nissan to Mossy Nissan. However, after repeated times of never getting them to return our calls for service questions and pricing among other things, we decided to try Sterling McCall! On The Road Emergency

Leaving an appointment, I started my Prius and is sounder like a tractor. Figuring the worst, I called Ira service and spoke to my service rep, John Oliver. He said bring it right down so we can look at it. I had been sitting in their waiting area for 5 minutes when John came in to tell me it was a heat shield that had come loose and they could have me out in less than 30 minutes at a "very reasonable" cost . They did. I was thrilled that I could;d get such quick great quality service at a wonderful price.

Dave Brock was very courteous and efficient. My service including two additional items, a power sterling flush and transmission oil change, took less time than I had expected for the scheduled four-wheel alignment. I was pleased with the service. There was also an attractive waiting area with coffee, donuts and bottled water.

I was able to drop my car off early which was very convenient. Colin, the technician/advisor was able to get me in and out quickly because I had to attend a meeting close by. I like Toyota dealership the best. Not only buying a Toyota was a smooth and informative experience, the service visits have been amazing as well. Everyone in the service department works so hard to earn the five stars. During the visit yesterday (Mar 11, 2019), they have gone extra miles to make sure I was satisfied, by searching all over the inventory to find the parts I need before my warranty expires in 200 miles. I got my car fixed, for free. That was a $700 parts and labor. I am so satisfied. Thank you all.

This location has the best professionals in customer service. The person who I spoke over the phone is very nice and empathetic to my concerns. And the service advisor is very nice and professional. I would say this is the best Toyota location in New England. I drove 25 miles for the same reason.. even though I have one next door. Far better in customer service than Toyota of Nashua.

This was an awesome experience with my saleswoman, Karen! She was so sweet and also professional. I was nervous and she made sure I was handled with care. The thing that I absolutely loved about her was she didn’t harass me, instead, she told me to take my time. Everyone I came into contact that day was just so nice and helpful. I took my car in for diagnosis of a sound my car makes. The sound is quiet and I was not sure if it was a problem. Hyundai said there was no problem with the car. In my experience with other car dealers, some make up a problem when there is none just to get money. I was glad Hyundai did not do so.

My Daughter and I drove from Fort Worth to Richardson to do business with Courtesy Nissan. We found and AMAZING deal on a used Mazda Miata. We were immediately greeted by Nelson Elias as we exited our vehicle. Nelson was not your typical used car salesman he was not pushy but very friendly and helpful. The entire buying process was very easy and absolutely no pressure to buy or make a deal. The entire staff was very helpful I think at least 5 employees greeted us asked us even we needed anything. Have plenty of cars in stick but deals are not at par with competition. Showroom looks nice after it was renovated in the last couple of years. Only reason I am giving it a 5 star because of Mr. Otto. He is a gem of a person and is a great person. P see rsonal service and even dropped car to our home. My wife and I went to Round Rock Nissan to look at a used Sienna they had listed. We have had some bad car buying experiences in the past, but this was very much the opposite. We are very happy with the way we were received by Wayne. He was very friendly, sent the CARFAX information to my phone and was patient with us as we thoroughly examined the vehicle. We didn't feel any pressure from him to buy; he let us go at our own pace. While we ultimately purchased a different vehicle that was a little better suited to our needs, we would have felt very comfortable buying from Round Rock Nissan.

Really easy process to get into my new car (manual 2016 Mazda 3 touring) Shoutout to salesman Jordan for hooking me up with the right car right off jump. Told him what I used to drive, price range, etc. and he got it right on the first go, almost knew what I wanted better than I did, and he’d only been working there a week! He was also very easy to talk to and friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t hard “sell” me. That’s the way I like it, I highly suggest asking for him to take care of you. I wish I could remember the financial managers name that assisted me, but he did an excellent job as well as being easy to talk with. Rafael Rivera took great care of us advising us on the appropriate service needed for our Toyota Highlander. He cared enough not to charge us the higher priced service, but the one needed, given our mileage. He asked us relevant questions to target what repairs & service we had received to date and did that so our service would not be repeated and more importantly, we would not be charged for something we already had done. He walked us through the repairs carefully to again demonstrate, for instance, not replacing our rotors but first resurfacing. If they then need replacement and he gave us measurements, then he said we'll have to do that. He demonstrated real knowledge about the repairs as my husband knows about these things and he answered his questions with excellence. I took his card to ask for him in the future. Town North Nissan, I usually don’t write reviews but I thought my experience at Town North Nissan was definitely worth sharing! Ill start by saying I had a surprisingly good time here. Customer service is something I always look for wherever I shop, and Ashton did a great job of meeting my expectations. From the get go he greeted me AND treated me as someone who had a real need and not just someone who was trying to buy a car. As I continued to shop around, I had one other associate help me, Nate, he showed me the Altima’s and was very knowledgeable about the mechanics and safety features of the car. Even though all of it was very over my head, I appreciated him sharing his expertise on the vehicle. I also really liked that fact that he owned the car that I was getting, that’s a huge plus for me: when people use what they are selling, it really shows they are not just out to make money. The final part of the process was smooth as well, they not only fought hard for my business, but also respected me and my time. They were quick to offer better incentives than the other dealers in Austin and had no problem beating their competition. The sales manager Hardy as well as Ashton kept in touch with me outside the dealership which a lot of places just don’t flat out do. Again, I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt as if Town North deserved a good one. The team at the Folsom parts department is out of this world. I came in on a rainy evening needing help, and everyone from the MOD (who kept checking on me),to the receptionist, to Gene the driver, to Al the parts guy worked together to get me and my car the help I needed. Full disclosure, they didn’t have the parts I needed, because I came in with a Honda problem. (Someone stole my wiper blades, and this was closest place I could safely drive). Al tried two different Toyota blades, and Gene finally gave me a ride to Honda. When I came back to my car, Al was the one who put the blades in place. That’s right, he went out in the rain, three times, to help fit parts for a car they don’t service. You can train that kind of service, and it made me miss my recently totaled Toyota even more. I guess I’ll have to stop in when it’s time to replace my old civic. Also, the place smells like cookies because they literally bake them there. I brought my ‘06 Odyssey in for diagnostics and the prognosis wasn’t good. The previous owners really hadn’t taken care of it like they should have. There were major engine faults. The estimate to get it back on the road was almost what I paid for it and the estimate for most of the other problems they noticed was twice what the van was worth. I asked if there were any used models on the lot and there was one: a 2015 with only 44,000 miles on it. I hadn’t planned to buy a new car that day, but they made it very painless and pleasant. There was no pushiness involved. My salesman, Richard, and the manager even took extra steps to make sure that I was happy with the deal. At 45 years old this was my first time buying from a real car lot and all of my fears were unfounded. I would suggest Honda of Bay County to anyone in the market for a reliable automobile.

I just moved here from Washington DC and happened to find a Toyota Dealership that has their Service Department available and open for repair service in the Orange County area on a Sunday. I called other dealers prior but they did not offer Sunday repairs. Miller Toyota of Anaheim repair customer service department answered quickly and found a way for me to drop off my car for a series of manufacturer recalls. Upon arrival, they quickly collected my vehicle information where I didn't even have to stop to go inside the facility. Bill, the repair service personnel notified me of my options and cordinated a free shuttle ride home for me. I was informed before going home that they will notify me via text or email of the repairs needed and I'll just need to respond via text so any extra service, if needed, can be worked on immediately. The next day they sent the text and email as mentioned. By afternoon, they notified me of my repair completion and if I needed, a shuttle can pick me up at my home. Within 20 minutes, the shuttle arrived. Upon arriving at the dealership, the shuttle driver gave me my shuttle document and showed me to the service personnel, Bill, to complete final paperwork. He did a fantastic job and notified me throughout the entire process. Car was washed and clean. I drove home into the sunset. Overall from customer service support to repair and final wash, everything worked out perfectly like clockwork. Everyone was very professional. The World’s Best Dealership Service Center

I was driving my 2009 Nissan rogue from DC to Houston when my transmission gave out in Mobile Alabama. As Luck would have it my transmission gave out right across the street from Nissan of Mobile dealership. I showed up at the dealership right as they were opening their doors and met Mike who looked at my vehicle and when he turned on the ignition he said; “yes!!, it is your transmission and your mileage is low enough that it puts it under warranty!”. I can't tell you how happy I was to hear that considering I didn't have $4000 in my pocket to cover such a huge repair. The repair only took two days and Mike called to keep me abreast of the progress, he even was kind enough to offer me a loaner car. When my vehicle was repaired I was not told I needed additional repairs only told to keep an eye on a few simple things. For a woman driving across country towing a 5'x8' trailer a breakdown is pretty much a nightmare come true but, Mike and the wonderful staff at Nissan of Mobile made it a lovely experience. Their waiting room is to-die-for! Leather chairs, popcorn machine, drinks, cable TV! I very highly recommend this establishment for all your automotive needs.

I am very impressed by this dealership, they were extremely accommodating of my many requests I made on a used car purchase. If it was ever less than stellar, it was promptly remedied. 😊 On the service visit this week, I worked with Paul Bussard, Service Consultant (new to me). I had a good experience working w/him. I am grateful that he was direct & honest and advised me of the issues my Pilot was having regarding the piston rings & spark plugs. These were covered under a Service Bulletin/program warranty extension specifically for that issue. Truly, it would have been quite costly without that program extension covering the repair expense. I elected to have additional work performed as I’m close to the next mileage juncture for those services. South Pointe Honda always performs quality work on my vehicles. Their turnaround times are reasonable as well. Pricing always does seem a bit high, but service at a Dealership usually is higher than the average rate. I would strongly recommend. Christine

Today I stopped at Gene Messer Toyota to make an appointment for routine periodic service because I was driving by. I had bought my car from another dealership but was no longer able to get service at that other dealer. Let’s be honest, car buying is not fun nor does anyone look forward to it. However, my experience at South Loop Hyundai definitely made for an easy purchase and worry free purchase. If you are in the market for a new car and want a good car buying experience, go and see Sam Raza. Do keep in mind the prices you see online can and will vary because they add on options like window tint, wheel locks and few other things depending on the model. Also, I was previously approved for a loan through my bank so that made the process even better. Lastly, don’t get angry if you feel you’re being taken advantage of or they are trying to add on hidden fees. Like anything you purchase you can always come in with a different offer. First time car buyers welcome. They made it as painless as possible. Don't go in there expecting a deal as they are firm on their prices listed online. Instead know what you're willing to pay and what it's worth as they have a decent turn around. Finance was made easy. They get you an interest rate. Talk to your bank before you go so you know what interest rate youd be willing to except. I did not do this and I didn't get the best deal because of it. Any question we had it was answered and he took the time to help us with an extended warranty. Here is negotiable, know what things are worth and what you're willing to gamble without warranty. All I had to do was get insurance and pay. Otherwise they did absolutely everything. Lots of paperwork but he was very slow to explain every single piece I was signing. Such a great experience to pick out a car one day then pick it up the next day registered, inspected and perfectly cleaned. Do your research and you will be happy with IRA

I went to Folsom Toyota for repair of a rear hatch lock mechanism. I had looked on line, and checked with a local independent shop, and was expecting repairs in the $500 range.
