Steve Davis h ad spoke to me on the phone and, invited my wife and I to visit South Pointe as soon as possible. We went that evening and Steve greeted us immediately once we asked for him. In that he is a Sales Managet he introduced us to Eric Taylor, who greeted us with a smile and hand shake. Eric took us on a test drive and gave us an excellent overview of the key qualities of the C R V we were driving. Eric was very professional in finding us a car that we liked and had it ready for us to look at and had it parked at the front door of the dealership. My wife and I were treated very well and were very happy with the entire experience. I will conclude, that we were given a fair deal arriving at our purchase price and we are enjoying our new Honda. This was a great car experience. Salesman Chase Morris was professional & very courteous. Used Car Manager Matt Baugher was fantastic. I bought the car after 6 pm. This Honda dealership fixes my car the correct way the first time. They stick to their quote and provide you with items which will need repair in the future so that you can plan them in the budget without breaking down. My car has 150,000 miles on it and it runs excellent without breaking down. You got to love those Honda’s!!!! Especially my S2000!!!!!!!!!!!! I would also give kudos to Mike Minter! Mike changed my mind concerning some extra work by giving me two more reasons to have it performed. He is a class act, he gets things done, and a tremendous asset to your dealership. I bypass a closer Honda dealership to work with Mike!

My wife and I live in Durham, North Carolina. We had driven to Atlanta in our Toyota pickup truck to visit my son. Since we will be making this trip a lot, we were interested in purchasing a second car that could deliver good gas mileage. After researching new and used cars, we had decided that the car needed to be a Toyota (we love the dependability of our truck), have the latest safety features, be affordable and deliver good gas mileage. Our son recommended we look in Atlanta for greater car choices and competitive pricing. Our first stop was World Toyota and we were very impressed with the number of Camry choices and listed prices compared to the car dealers in North Carolina. Jerry Jung was our salesman and we immediately liked his no-pressure approach to showing us cars that would meet our list of required items. It was clear that Jerry knew the facts and figures about the cars he sold and he was able to find us the car we were looking for at a price we could afford. Most importantly, World Toyota was able to meet our required items and put us in a new 2020 Camry at that price. Also, Jerry personally helped prepare the car for pickup to allow us to leave the next morning for North Carolina. He has stayed in-touch with us over the past week continuing the Toyota support making sure we are satisfied with the car. Buying a car is usually an unpleasant experience. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the purchase of this car knowing we made the right choice and got the car we needed.

I bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla last Tuesday (Jan. 8th, 2020) and the sales person that made this experience easy and painless was Zack Josephs. My wife and I have been married for 42 years, and during that time we have certainly purchased our share of cars, but neither of us has ever delt with someone like Zack. Zack not only listened to our needs, but did not try to pressure us in way, and we both found Zack to be straight forward, and a person that we could trust. My service rep Mike McGowan was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very accommodating even though waiting room was supplied with all things to make you comfortable. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked into service office. All smiles from all reps (which is not expected but makes for a welcoming atmosphere), and everyone seemed to be working with urgency. My vehicle was serviced quickly and satisfactorily. Mechanics took extra steps to ensure vehicle stayed unmarked with grease or dirt while servicing. I showed up for a routine oil change and did not have an appointment schedule. I was not in any rush and advised the service advisor Bret that he could have my car as long as needed. While searching for a new 2019 Honda Pilot Touring model, I visited dealerships in Oklahoma and North Texas. Great customer service and the quote I was given was spot on! I broke down and had to be towed there. They didn’t have my part in stock, but my car is 12 years old! This Mike Smith Nissan has Awesome vehicle service. They have friendly staff. Even though there's a Nissan dealership closer to my area I prefer this location. We were really impressed with the knowledge John Key had for his product. Toyota has a lot of models, but he knew our new car so well he could actually tell me which buttons to push on the dash, steering wheel and GPS. He knew all the safety features too, and was able to quickly explain them on our test drive. Once we had decided to purchase the vehicle, he just did it, not a single hitch. The dealership made a good offer on our trade-in and had us in and out of there, with all the paperwork and third party upgrades in under 4 hours. There was no BS, they treated us right and we are super happy with our new car and successful purchase experience.

I initially had my appointment for routine service scheduled for 9am. I was able to check in about 8:45am. The gentleman that assisted me today was extremely kind, and they had me in and out in 45 minutes flat. It included a routine tire rotation, and oil change! I didn’t buy my car here but the dealer where I bought my car couldn’t schedule a service appointment for 2 weeks so I decided to try Miller and I couldn’t be more satisfied I was able to schedule an appointment for the exact time I wanted the very next day and when I arrived there was a little bit of a line but I was pleasantly greeted by a very nice lady who promptly got me connected with a service advisor. The reason I put 5 stars for my experience at Toyota was because of Nathaniel Lee ll. Mr. Lee was incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. He is an absolute asset to your company! I couldn’t have have asked for a better Service Advisor! I would have given a terrible review if not for him because Jennifer Temple who I spoke to first was very unfriendly and demeaning. At first I wasn't sure if I wanted everything done at the dealer service center because in the past at other service centers my experiences weren't that great. However....MARK SKAGGS made a believer out of me!! He treated me with the utmost respect and listened to any questions I had with interest and responded appropriately and in detail. A HUGE problem I've had with other auto service centers is they seem to have the "little lady" syndrome....."Don't you worry about anything little lady....we'll just talk to your husband and take care of everything." Almost unbelievably I went to a Nissan dealership to check out a four and a half year or five year old 2015 Maserati Grantourismo on a whim. I so never thought I’d end up buying a car that day but when I saw it, it was spectacular! I spoke with Justin, the sales manager I guess, and he made me a deal that was hard to turn down. As with any used car (especially an exotic) I didn’t want to purchase the car without a pre purchase inspection. They wouldn’t let me drive the car off the lot to go to my mechanic because of past issues but, when I suggested their salesman take the car himself the next day and stand there while they did the inspection Justin said okay. Well, the guys called me from the shop the next morning and told me the only issue with the car was that it needed a headlight adjusted ($250) and paint correction to get swirls out and add luster to the the paint finish. They did the paint correction and added five coats of ceramic and when I got the car a few days later it looked like it just pulled off the showroom floor! Paint was perfect, tires were 80 and 90% front and rear, 22,000 miles on it and it roars like crazy! The mechanics I use are pretty much strictly exotic and they told me they’d never seen a cleaner used Maserati come through the shop! At any rate, Justin sold me the car for round about $6k under book (or more) and I couldn’t be more happy. I’m sure he got it for a great price and just passed the savings on to me. All I have to say is thanks Justin and Courtesy Nissan for a great deal on a stunning car. You guys at courtesy have a sales manager with a great eye for a great deal!!!

I'm impressed with how quick and easy it was to schedule the appointment on their website. I used the shuttle service and then had someone drop me off when service was complete. The cost for a full synthetic oil and filter change plus tire rotation and repair of a tire with a nail in it (that I didn't know about) was quite a bit less than just the cost of the oil change at a quick service shop (that would have stripped out the many screws/bolts when replacing the cover under the oil filter...or just left it off). No unexpected charges, no additional charge for the car being a hybrid, no attempt to sell me anything other than what I requested. Perfect! I'll be returning to Bob Howard for all my future Honda service. Thank you for providing great service at a very reasonable price! Eric was the service manager for my visit and did a great job.

UPDATE: Out of the blue I got a call from Mitch, the Service Manager. I genuinely appreciate the hands on approach I just experienced. We talked for about 15 minutes about my entire experience from sales through the 1st service. He let me know that he already wanted me to bring the truck in to have a more experienced service tech give it a once over. A car is a huge and stressful purchase. I love my Tacoma but there are a few bugs I'm looking forward to have the IRA Danvers team smooth out in the coming weeks. -- This was a 5 star review as the initial purchase was a decent experience. I bought a used car. The car had to be serviced 3 weeks after purchase. Kept getting flat tires. Brought it in this morning and the service tech told me my rims were "heavily corroded" .... 3 weeks after purchase and my rims are rusted to the point the tires won't seat properly. They also tried to sell me a serpentine belt replacement today as I guess the belt glazed over in the 3 weeks since purchase. --

I went to have my car serviced and when I arrived there according to my appointment I was received and given papers to sign and asked whether I will be waiting for the car to be serviced or if I was going an come back. I told them I was going to wait and was directed to the lobby where I could wait. When I was scheduling the appointment the rep. had told me that there was free coffee as I wait but I didn't need it. The service ended within 30-40 minutes and I was called on my phone to get my car, which I did. They sent the detailed report through email which I have appreciated. I came to this dealership with quite a story. I had the money and the scores but they really had to work for my business. Everyone from our salesman Anthony, the finance man DaMarcus ,to the Director Kevin went out of their way with a smile on their face to earn my business. Right down to providing a special bowl for my pup to drink. I felt like I was their only customer even though there were plenty of other people shopping that day. It got late and I had to go.
