It was was really nice being acknowledged right away and greeted w/ a friendly smile. Crystal was awesome! She checked me in and walked me over to where the coffee was. Soon after i received a text from her letting me know if there was anything I needed during my wait while my vehicle was serviced to reach out to her. I really appreciated that! It reminded me to ask if she could have my car washed as well after. She responded back quickly with absolutely! I will take care of it. My service was quick and pleasant. VW of Alamo Heights is headed in the right direction with the team they have. Great job 👏
