I’m happy with the service today. Service Advisor Alex Mercado does a great job at keeping me updated on what is needed on my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. As well, I am satisfied with the Tech Mechanic works for doing videos, showing and explaining what are the problem with my car. I think this new thingy Video/Media Report is an excellent idea to keep customers aware and informed what has been done to our cars and proved that every issues were addressed accordingly. It’s nice to have the peace of mind, knowing everything is done correctly. This will eliminate the hesitations and doubts from the common misconception of most customers about Auto Repair Shops.
