Great experience this morning at Ira Lexus of Danvers. My car was scheduled for routine maintenance and my Service Advisor was Kyle Q. Kyle was very friendly and professional, he explained everything that was going to be looked at, changed and checked on my car and answered a couple of questions I had. While i was waiting, i received periodic updates from Kyle regarding the progress of the work being performed. When the car was finished, Kyle explained everything that was done and asked if I had any questions. My visit was a very positive experience of excellent customer service. Ira Lexus is lucky to have an excellent, professional employee like Kyle Q. 5 stars!! Mary M.
