I recently bought a vehicle from Georgetown Mercedes Benz. My salesman was Darwin Vincent. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. First of all I enjoy dealing with someone that knows all of the features and technical aspects of the vehicle I am interested in. Darwin was a treasury of knowledge regarding the three models I was interested in. He had a sense of exactly what I wanted to know. I also appreciate the level of salesmanship that he exhibited at introduction, during the sale. He has even been a guide in adding some additional items that I had overlooked. Never. pushy, but laid back and calm during the entire process (something I cannot say about myself , I get nervous and OCD about the small items). He explained how to use all of the great features of the vehicle I selected. He always picks up the phone if I have a question and really makes me feel like I am a family member of Georgetown Mercedes. I cannot say enough about how fortunate it was to meet and deal with Darwin, Mr Vincent. Thanks Fred.
