Ask for James Ruefer when you go to Town North Nissan to look for a new 🚙 car, especially if you’re a woman and don’t want to deal with the reindeer games that some of the other dealerships pull (not going to mention any names, but I’ll just say I’m glad I ended up at Town North Nissan), and James was the salesperson I ended up working with. Other places I had gone tried to push me into cars that weren’t the color or model I was looking for if they didn’t have it in stock, and tried to upsell and pushed and patronized. James at Town North Nissan was a breath of fresh air. He helped me get the exact car I wanted, and get this…he even drove to Houston to get the car in the color I wanted when Town North didn’t have it on the lot. He brought me the car the SAME DAY. Now that is amazing customer service. He was super knowledgeable, laid back, helpful, and helped me through the process. He is an asset to this dealership. Request him if you want a smooth relaxed stress-free pleasant car buying experience. Now I did not enjoy my time in the finance office, but who does, really? There was something a little hinky in that process but James cleared that up for me. David Barron in the parts department helped me pick out a fob cover and was also very nice. Jeremy Hicks is also an outstanding and professional person to work with. He’s there to make sure you understand how everything works and that you are happy with your car buying experience. He was also very nice. Town North seems like the kindof dealership that will continue to give outstanding service, even when you’ve paid for your new wheels and rolled off the lot. They followed up with me to make sure everything was good, and the Service manager (sorry, I forgot his name), was super helpful when I called with a question about the safety features on my new car. I hope they continue to be outstanding when the time comes for servicing my vehicle, and from what I have seen so far, I am almost positive they will be. Thanks so much.
