I am always pleased with the hospitality and the compassion of their service individuals. They are so friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that. The only thing I did not like was I went in for an oil change which was $65 approximately and they listed $500 of other things I can have done to my car if I wanted to as a woman, it made me feel like I was being taken advantage of because nothing seem to be detrimental just things that I might need to be have done in the near future. This is scary to someone who is not mechanically inclined. being a woman I have no clue as to what I need to do first or at all I don’t know how you could fix this problem because I know you want to make money but it’s more than money, and when you can save someone frustration and confusion by explanation.
