Linda at the service department deserves a raise and a medal. She is great! She received us with open arms and immediately checked our vehicle in and assured us that it would get serviced within a certain time frame. She provided us with a phone number where she texted us updates and even on her day off, she responded to my texts and checked in with service department and technicians to make sure everything was going as scheduled. So even though our vehicle needed major repairs, she made the experience smooth. Technician did a great job repairing our vehicle; he tested it several times to make sure. Overall, our experience with Freedom Chevrolet was great! We would have loved to trade in our suburban for another one with them but unfortunately, they did not have any available.
