Once again, Trina and the service team exceeded my expectations. She promptly assisted me as I arrived for my service appointment. She also had a loaner ready as I arrived. During the inspection and repair process, she kept me in the loop. Her technicians went above and beyond isolating issues. Their inspection uncovered much needed work eliminating the need for me to take more time out of my day rescheduling another appointment later on down the road. Saving me time in the future so that I can invest my time in more important areas of my life. Let’s face it, no one likes having issues with cars. And Service Advisors bear the brunt of frustrated customers that are having issues with their vehicles. They were top notch. And as I watched them interact with other customers, they were empathetic, focused, and diligent in handling concerns the other customers had. And Trina has provided this experience. Every time I brought one of my Volkswagens to her service department I have had similar, truly exceptional experiences.
