Charles Nowell, Aaron Rincon, and Ed Tsui made my used car purchase for my son the best car buying experience I have had! This was my 5th vehicle through Group 1, but my 2nd used car and I am always worried whether I am making a wise purchase when buying someone else’s car. I had purchased my sons first used Audi from another Group 1 dealership, bought the extended warranty, and never needed it, it was a great car. This Audi was a few years older than his first one, but there were more safety features, miles were low, but it needed new tires and you could tell it was a smokers car. Charles and Aaron took care of those problems, and whoever they used for the smokers smell worked wonders, because it made the problem go away. Fast forward to the night after we brought it home and my son calls to let me know that the service engine light came on. While I bought the extended warranty, I knew there was a 30 day waiting period. I imagined the worst all weekend and dreaded the call to Charles on Monday having heard horror stories from other people about used car purchases and things going wrong after driving them off the lot and getting no help, but that wasn’t the case here. Charles reassured me that they would take care of me and my sons car, and he and Aaron did just that. They even let me take it to the Audi dealership to have the diagnostic done on It since that was where we had our existing service advisor and they not only let us do that but after Ed Tsui got brought in to the mix, he approved/paid to have the oxygen sensor replaced which is what was the cause of the check engine light. These 3 are great guys and they definitely took good care of me and my son and everything that popped up unexpectedly, and I so appreciate them! I will definitely visit them again when I am ready for my next new or used car purchase!
