I had a great experience with Rene. He answered the phone last Thursday as I inquired, and he followed through until the paperwork and sale were finalized today. He stayed late and showed up at the dealership early on two different days to ensure our financing was going through properly. I know that dealerships like this one have banks and credit unions that they use and possibly even prefer, but they worked with my out of state credit union to meet my needs.
