I've been working as a salesperson for Mercedes-Benz for 22 years, here in Brazil. I visited this dealership in June/23 and I was delighted - it is the most beautiful dealership I have ever seen. All new building, already in the current standard Mercedes-Benz. Easy access, being located on the Gulf Freeway (I45) and with ample parking. I was very well received there: the salesman Jorge Rivera was very nice, and showed me the whole structure there. The parts girl (didn't catch her name) was very kind and helped me buy the right parts for my E250. The general manager Leonardo was very attentive and cordial to me, we talked a lot. The human material there is differentiated and is Clearlake's great value. Impeccable, clean, organized, well lit and signposted showroom, with varied models and beautiful highlight areas such as the EQ and the Maybach (which I had the pleasure of seeing up close). The customer waiting area is large, comfortable and well served, with drinks, snacks, free wifi. If you lack time to take care of the workshop part of your car, don't worry: the dealership is up to date with the entire digital experience, saving time from scheduling a workshop to delivering the car. Finally, for you from Houston and the region, although Clearlake is further away from the city center, I highly recommend driving there and getting to know their structure, staff and services. There you can enjoy the entire Mercedes-Benz experience (sales and after-sales). Absolutely sure that you will also say that it was worth it. I wish the ClearLake Mercedes-Benz team the best.
