My advisor Steve was really nice and he explained the work that was being done on my car in a way that I could understand. He also answered all my questions that I had, and took time to further explain anything that I didn’t quite understand. He also made sure that I got the best deal on my maintenance as there were several coupon promotions going on for different types of maintenance packages. This interaction made me feel more likely to come back knowing that my car will be taken care of very well and that they will try to give me the best deal possible.
