Fantastic dealership. From the concierge, to the service team, to the finance team and all the way to the top. Top notch service. I'd expect nothing less from the premier BMW/MINI dealership in the Midwest. I came in to a full shop with an emergency flat repair (run flat advantage) and they not only moved me to the front of the line(at lunch) they comped me an oil change for my troubles. I've owned 50+ cars and many purchased through a dealership and I have never seen service like this until now. Keep up the good work Baron.
