2 weeks ago, I decided to trade in my Maserati for the Range Rover Sport. I had attempted this 12 months before at a dealership on 45 North. It was 3 weeks of frustration, back and forth, with a very difficult and dodgy dealership. It was truly the worst service ever. The end result was they wouldn't sell me the car unless I financed through them. It turned me off completely. So I here we are a year later, and I was ready to brave buying a car once again. I searched and found the car I wanted at Advantage BMW Midtown. I read all of the reviews this time. A name constantly appeared in the reviews, Sergio Jimenez. Clients praised him in a way that was comforting and hopeful. I test drove the Range Rover Sport and decided it was the car I wanted. From the time of sitting down with Sergio to do my Maserati appraisal and trade, to the finance and driving off in my new vehicle, it was approximately 1.5 hrs or less. Amazing experience. The service and respect shown was on a different level for a dealership experience over any I have experienced in the past. Fast, smooth and very professional. Even the small details of my new vehicle being detailed and a full tank of petrol provided was an unexpected bonus. This, too, isn't normal in today's market. Service does still matter!
