Today, I was helped tremendously by an employee named Blackjack. He works in the front and had expert knowledge of my issue and didn't mind providing me some education for future reference. I had an issue with both of my key fobs in which one needed to be replaced and the other needed a new battery. Fortunately, I had a new battery in possession so he just put it in. I didn't have to pay anything for the new key fob because I had the Mopar Max Protection Plan (Please get those warranty plans because they will save you future headaches). The service by the mechanic was timely and the customer service from Blackjack and the crew was outstanding. This is my third time coming into South Pointe and I've had no issues at all so for me the 5 star is necessary.
