Cooper, salesman, is professional, polite and listens to customers well. I went in to look at used Frontier for my step son. I was upfront with Cooper and explained I was looking on behalf of my stepson and could I test drive the truck. I was impressed by the value and ride of truck, so I told my stepson get on looking at this truck and deal with Cooper. Long story short - my stepson put $$ down and is working through financing. I in morally had a bad experience, emailed the GM and Mali reached out. I had already been dealing with a different dealer for 5 days trying to get the deal structured correctly for approval.
