Made an appointment for an oil change + tire rotation and was back in my car within an hour! Very easy process and they wash your car and fill up washer fluid. Will be back here again for my next oil change; ask for Trey! He welcomed me as I walked in, explained everything they did in detail and even applied an online coupon for me. Overall 10/10 service!

Steve and his team delivered exceptional customer service. I shared a close and personal story with Steve that happened to my son over the weekend and how he had to be rushed to the hospital for a rare infection. Steve was very emphatic and was a great listener. I came in for a simple oil change. When my car was finished, Steve informed the oil change was complimentary. Though I had an appointment I was told upon arrival that they were y try inning behind. After 1.5 hours I was told they were about to start on it and they would do there best to get finished as soon as possible. The service writer was very nice and apologetic and actually gave me a $20 discount for my time.

Anthony Torres from the service department was taking care of my 2018 Pathfinder as he has been the past two weeks for it's different reasons, and he's been the best representative I could ever ask for. I even drove all the way from Humble to continue to have him and his team working on my car. Gomez was great too the time he covered your Anthony. If we had an Anthony Torres in every department in all businesses, the world would definitely be a less stressful place! Especially with the hassle that takes place many times getting things covered by warranty. On top of my last experience, while I was waiting for my car to be fixed, Patrick Nans took interest in my reason for my car being in service and he was able to get me in a completely brand new one! So no more worrying about the 2018 one, I now have a fresh 2020 Pathfinder! And he was able to get it financed in my name and off of my wife's which will do us a whole lot of good - helping me build credit and lessening my wife's debt-to-income ratio to qualify for a house loan! We have some very exciting times ahead of us thanks to the help of all the representatives that were involved here at Sterling Mccall Nissan. And of course, ultimately, giving glory to Jehovah!

Tundra 2021 Limited NightShade Edition

I was very pleased with the maintenance service I received in terms of quality, timing, and price. I didn’t have an appointment, since my battery had just begun having difficulty starting the vehicle the day before. I asked the service representative if there was other recommended maintenance beside the battery replacement. He recommended two additional services that I suspected were overdue. They were able to work me in and completed the work within the timeframe quoted. The cost for all three services including parts and supplies was very competitive.

I went with my two little kids (1 yo, and 2.5 yrs old) over the weekend to get my car serviced. I was there for over 2 hours, and not only did I receive great service, so did my kids! The staff was SO nice and accommodating. They gave my kids free stuffed animals, they gave my older son snacks, and every person that walked by them was friendly, waved hello, and asked what they could do to help. It wasn't just a visit for car service, but an opportunity to get out of the house with the kids, and they had so much fun! Thank you to the incredibly warm and friendly staff at Toyota of Danvers.
