The team at Advantage BMW of Clear Lake donned their masks, loaded up X7's full of Chick-Fil-A and headed to UTMB Health Clear Lake to deliver meals to doctors and nurses fighting the outbreak of the novel coronavirus.
"This is our way of saying thank you to those on the frontlines," said General Manager Randy Stine. "Our healthcare workers are helping our community stay safe."
The team distributed chicken sandwiches and waffle fries meals along with water bottles to grateful UTMB staff, using gloves and masks, and following social distancing measures.
They added that they were happy to help during these difficult times for the community.
"These can be challenging times for all of us, but together our spirits were lifted and our hearts were full," Advantage BMW of Clear Lake said in one of their Facebook posts about the event.
