IRA Lexus Danvers has an exceptional Service department and particularly my Service Manager B. DeAngelis. . He is always very friendly and honest and explains the services I need in terms I understand. He keeps me updated on the time frame for when my car will be ready. All the other service people are courteous and friendly and helpful. The service area is very clean and the waiting area is very comfortable and spacious. This dealership rates a 20 out of 10!
