Made appointment for an oil change with a discount coupon. I arrived a couple of minutes early and sat in my car for 9 minutes before a customer rep came to my car. He told me there would be a 2 1/2 hour wait due to the coupon offer. 3 hours after arriving I received a text message with a link to recommended work. I had expected this since the car has just over 100K miles but no way I would want a shop to do over $1500 work when they take 3 hours for an oil change. Poor scheduling suggests systemic problems. I spent nearly 3 1/2 hours from arrival to departure. It wasnt worth the discount.
