Getting straight to the point - Go see Joe V. for all your car needs. He is honest ( he mentioned some cars he would not recommend) , not pushy for a sale, he takes the time to explain how all the features in the car work, and even shows you cars that fit to what payments your looking for. I went on a Saturday near closing time and he did not rush me at all nor push for a sale. He did't even push to run my credit right away as most do. All of this is what brought me back another day where I was happy to purchase a car from Joe. He makes you feel that you're in charge and that was really nice. Him, Matt, Ginger, and Kaitlin were all so kind, patient, and worked with me the best they could to get the numbers where I wanted them. Even after handing me the keys, Joe wanted to be sure I knew how to work my car and rewalked me through all the features and buttons. Even set me up on the Kia app and showed me how to use it before I left. 10/10 when it comes to purchasing a new car here.
