Kevin was amazing but the guy that came to check me in failed to let Kevin know I was there and had me sitting for 20 minutes. I had to get out my truck to ask who is Kevin and let him know my appointment was for what time and I also had ride share to drop me off to my other personal appointment. I was late for my personal appointment due to no communication from the guy to Kevin.
