I can’t recommend them enough, Paul Hallock and Joel Brook were amazing during my car buying experience. I went to South Pointe Honda with an idea of what I wanted but wasn’t set on a specific car. It was my first time at a dealership and I was a bit nervous being a young woman walking in after some horror stories I’ve heard about other dealerships from friends my age. I had the opposite, I was welcomed immediately and treated amazing. My car shopping day was extremely cold, but Paul Hallock had no problem pulling around several different cars for me to look at and help find my perfect car. He was kind, understanding and not the stereotypical pushy salesman. I had to get a recall done on my car and he was so helpful in that whole process and answered every question I had and made sure I had a car to drive in the meantime. I ended getting rear ended 24 hours after getting my car and Paul was able to help me figure out the getting it fixed process as well. Even after the sale he still provided the same attention and dedication from before. Joel Brook was also amazing in the car buying process, he was just as kind, attentive and was very personable. He answered all of my extra questions.

I bought a 2023 Nissan Rogue from Bob Howard Nissan and it was the best experience I have ever had with purchasing a car. I worked with sales associate, Aaron, and Manager, Robert. They were both hands down THE BEST. I felt comfortable from the minute Aaron opened the door. He even had the car I inquired about heated up and ready to go for a test drive!!! He was kind, helpful, and extremely respectful throughout the whole process. Aaron and Robert had so much knowledge and were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and honestly. Everyone at Honda MCCall is courtesy and quick to acknowledge you & help even on the phone. In a day where it’s hard to find good customer service, I really appreciate that. Jesse was great. He called and let me know the services they were recommended. He also informed me about the recall and even though he didn’t have the parts right now, he said someone would call me back in when the received them to replace them. All services provided were done quickly ( within 2 hrs) and communication was great. I dropped my car and took the shuttle home. Even this service was quick and the guy was so polite. Update on my review. After buying my car and driving it home on some of the bumpiest roads in Norman, I realized there was a rattle coming from the front end. I called the dealership immediately and they had me bring the car back up the next day. After several days of the service department having my car and replacing several things on the vehicle, they were finally able to pinpoint the noise and now it runs beautifully without any issues. I’m truly impressed with their level of service and prompt attention to my vehicle and thankful they fixed the problem without any hassle. I’m now even more of a fan of Bob Howard Honda and will be a loyal customer and send everyone I know looking for a car their way. By far the EASIEST and most enjoyable car buying experience ever. Bought an accord on the used side and was helped out by EJ. The salesman was professional, personable, honest and upfront. After having my time wasted at another dealership, I wasn’t wanting to play any games on the price of the vehicle. It was stress free and I’m thrilled. Thank you EJ! Best car salesman ever!

I was assisting my mother with the purchase of a new car. I must sa this was one of the most straightforward automobile negotiations I've ever been involved in. Phil was a VERY straightforward salesman. He was knowledgeable, attentive and professional. Jeremy obviously looked out for the company as a manager should but he actually worked at giving my mother a deal she could be happy with. And, finally, Kerry put it all together. The paperwork reflected EXACTLY the deal we had negotiated with NO surprises. I forget the name of the young salesman who helped us at the end of the day to get all the technical items set up on the car but he was top notch. Overall I would rate Tameron Nissan highly, easily giving them 5 of 5 stars. Given the need to do so I can say that I would certainly do business with them again.

Everyone was very nice and helpful, providing the information we needed before making the decision to purchase. Timothy was very calm, and did not come across as aggressive as most car sales people do. The Sales Manager, Lee, was also helpful; he was very patient and generated several reports for us based on the many scenarios we presented.

My service advisor was awesome! I was so cold sitting in the waiting room and he actually brought me a portable heater. His name is in a card in my car but you can look up who helped me. I will only request him from now on.

I was met at check-in and checked in rather quickly. I was set to have oil changed and a tire rotation. They performed a complimentary inspection and notified me of items of concern and I had the option to ignore or accept the items with no pressure from the service folks. During checkout I was given an additional $10 off. I was very happy with the overall service.

Took my car in for routine maintenance, check up, and a recall. Was able to pull my car straight into the drop off bay and get checked in straight away. They let me know it would be a wait, and showed me to the waiting area. There was plenty of seats, and accommodations for waiting customers. Everyone was pleasant, service was fast, clear communication. I was happy with their service!
