Zane was very helpful, cordial and prompt when addressing the issues with my Armada. The service techs were quick to diagnose and repair. The turn around time was 2 days, but would have probably only been one if I hadnt of had issues with the extended warranty that was unrelated to the dealership. Service of my car was done and completed. Van went out of his way to get me a rental car after an incident from someone. The service people were all great. I won’t take my car to new neighborhood shops. They always break things. Thank you Van! Am looking forward to seeing my car soon. Sorry to say but Sterling McCall Nissan totaled my car. Very devastating to me. When I paid for the services I went there for I was under the impression my car was being fixed by the kid who rear ended my car . So I paid over $3100. In services for a car I would never drive again. I fought with Progressive insurance to keep my car. The insurance adjuster really tore my car apart. In the picture sent to me by Amos you can see it wasn’t totaled but I feel the adjuster wanted to make money off my car. It only had 32000 miles on it always garaged So instead of progressive getting my car. I donated it to Make a wish. Losing my car was as I said devastating. Paying for the parts seems like I was stolen from. Taking advantage of me I feel.

They discovered what was wrong with my car and instead of charging me for part that had simply come loose, they were honest and put it back and place making sure that it would not come loose again. I really appreciate their honesty and would never have known if they hadn't told me. Great team great service. I think the only issue is that when you call there is often a very long wait time but outside of that everything was Superior

Great buying experience. Got good value for my trade, fair negotiation for my purchase. No pressure from Sean Leonard, the associate that I worked with. I came in having had a bad experience with another Toyota dealer earlier in the week. I obtained outside financing before scheduling my dealer visits. At my first visit, went through the negotiations, but when I introduced my outside financing, was told that I needed to make a deal that day to get the truck, and they would not accept my outside financing. Was basically told if I wanted to get the truck, then I needed to take the Toyota financing. I walked out of there instantly. None of those shenanigans with Ira. I brought out my financing offer, they asked what interest rate I got, and when I told them, they were like "you should absolutely take that." Really pleased overall with the experience.

I arrived a bit before my 7am appointment. The employees seem very cordial informed me when somebody will come to attend me. The fellow who came to take my info was very nice and I appreciate the estimate of time that it would take to have my car looked at and ready. Now, fair warning it will be a wait to get your car done. It’s been my experience at this dealership a wait from 2hours-3hours. Maybe it depends what needs to be done if you have to wait that long. Anyway… 3 hours later my car was ready. Everything was working fine. The fellow who checked me in was good at following up on time, and if anything changed in my service. I appreciated that . The only complaint I have is I wish the snack bar had some better choices of something to eat. Other wise bring a snack from home, any reading material or work you need to do. Car felt good driving. Everything was is good running condition.

We have never bought a new car before but with used cars being so expensive right now we thought we would check out the Honda dealership. We went in to get some feelers and Eli was so helpful and respectful of our space and hesitance. He didn’t push at all and never felt like he was giving us lines. Julie the salesperson was extremely customer friendly and provided me with a good number of options within my budget. Sri the manger was super friendly and helped me understand how the price point varies for different models and what would be ideal based on my needs. What I liked is he was straight to the point and did not beat around the bush. Also, kind enough to offer coffee lol. Finally, Ryan the finance manager was very knowledgeable and informative. Explained patiently the questions I asked him on the credit history and it's impact on APR all that stuff... overall they provided me the info that I need to make an economical selection..it was a happy purchase!!!!
