Awesome dealership, but I don’t think it’s fair that one person controls Internet leads & feeds them to his favorite person while the rest of the sales team goes hungry. Some things never change in the car business..

Everyone in the facility was very polite and communicative...The workers were very efficient and fast paced.. They breakdown every detail to you so you can get a better understanding of any issues that your car may have ..I went to get my transmission fluid change and oil change for my 2016 Honda Civic, They estimated it would be an hour and a half wait but I was out of there in just under an hour.. I would very highly recommend this facility to any car users that need work done to their vehicle.. I am very happy with my experience and service at this facility....

Brian has helped me get my car fixed a few times now and I always feel very informed throughout the process. They send emails, texts, and call. They don’t do anything without your permission and it has never taken very long for me. Everyone has been very friendly! The best Toyota Service Center

Folsom Lake Toyota is the best service center. The job is always done right the first time. They look at your car’s history and let you know what needs to be done and they try to minimize costs. All the advisors are excellent. Rocky (Michael) really knows his stuff.

Service was excellent. I will be getting my car serviced there in the future. I do suggest that you not wait for the car in the lobby during the pandemic. They were lax about protocols inside the building about wearing masks and social distancing. Seating arrangements were in compliance and sanitizer was available. Maybe masks are optional in Harrison county? I had my husband pick me up. They called me when it was ready. They did everything I asked for a very reasonable price.

This is a great, honest dealer in my single experience. I was on vacation in Ocean City when my van started acting up with hesitation and check engine lights. I thought maybe it was an ignition coil From a previous cylinder 3 code. so I replaced it with a part from there. When it was installed the light didn’t go out. I took it in with no appointment. They reset the engine light and drove it and tested it the following morning. The lights stayed off. They called and emailed me the moment it was ready and didn’t charge me a dime. Awesome experience!!! Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience at bob howard Nissan! An employee named Angela helped me. It was refreshing to have someone who seemed to be genuinely concerned about the condition of my vehicle (I took it in because I am going on a long road trip and wanted it looked over), and not trying to do anything sketchy like has been my experience at other places (just take my money/quote me in things that I don’t necessarily need on my vehicle) hence why I am usually distrusting of mechanics. She was very informative and very straight forward, and I feel secure to be driving to my destination. I will be coming back!

John was absolutely amazing!!!! If it wasn't for him we would have been stranded 8 hours away from home and missed our family vacation. He helped us get a rental car even set me up with a Lyft ride to get to the rental place. He had our car fixed in 1 day versus the 3 days he originally thought it was going to take!
