Kim assisted me with my service. She was extremely nice, thoughtful and conscientious. She set my expectations, followed up, graciously checked competitive pricing and checked in with me. Furthermore, I left something in the loaner after I left and she said she would wait for me to come back even if they had closed. Great service and experience today, thanks to Kim!
