Well it’s about time this facility cleaned up their act. I have been having a problem with my car so I decided to give them one more chance. This experience with Douglas was exceptional. I was treated like a concerned customer. He was on top of everything I requested to be checked with astonishing results. From now on this facility can have my business back.
