I have been a customer at Land Rover Santa Fe for nearly 10 years. I have an older LR2, which is not high in the pecking order if you're familiar with the product line. Eric has been my service advisor the entire time. The team at LR Santa Fe has always done a great job, but recently they outdid theirselves when I had a mysterious error come up that could have been life-ending for my prized 12 year old LR2. It took over a week of diagnostics to find the problem, but they figured it out - and got me a ride to the airport in the meantime for an important trip!
