Kevin and Shirley were both great to work with! They were personable and made the process quick and simple to drive off in a new truck. My only complaint with the process at Rockwall Dodge came with the surprise that they charge an additional $2,500 on top of the sale price for their protection package that includes protection against interior and exterior damage, and theft. While the package has benefits, it is not optional, and I felt that it was misleading not to include that pricing in the sales price since it is a required package on all their vehicles. However, that was out of Kevin and Shirley’s control and I appreciated the care that they put into our transaction.
