We visited many dealerships while trying to find the perfect care for the in-laws. Once they decided on the Hyundai Palisade we went to South Loop as it showed they had exactly what they wanted online. Everything went great on the initial trip, we agreed on a deal and now it was just a matter of completing the process. This is where we ran into a small hiccup, the communication started to become something less than desirable. I reached out to a manager and just explained the situation, they took the feedback and used it for training and to help the sales associate handles situations better, Johannes, one of the sales managers, went above and beyond and completely turned the situation around. While we could've easily walked away, but I wanted to communicate with management what was going on, I wanted to understand what changed when the initial experience was so great. It came down to communication and a situation with the vehicle the in-laws had decided to purchase that was beyond the dealerships control. The vehicle was no longer available for purchase due to an unforeseen circumstance and I'm grateful for their honesty and integrity in how the dealership handle the situation. Overall, we are very pleased with the final outcome. With some patience and amazing customer service (even the paperwork with finance was a pleasant experience and Miranda was the sweetest I've ever dealt with) my in-laws bought their brand new Palisade this last weekend. I will be bringing my business back to Sterling McCall South Loop when it's time for a new vehicle. Thank you again to Johannes, Juan and Miranda for helping my in-laws get a car they absolutely love!
