Ford made another step urging Americans to continue their passionate efforts in a battle against COVID-19. Today, the Ford Fund and Sterling McCall Ford donated over 11,000 US-made medical grade facemasks local elementary schools in the Houston area.

Several elementary schools received two boxes of donations totaling 4,560 masks, including Sylvan Rodriguez Elementary School, Benavidez Elementary, and Neff Elementary School. Additional schools receiving donations include Fondren Elementary School and Cunningham Elementary School.

Since August of 2020, over 66 million facemasks were distributed throughout the USA to local officials, first responders, schools, community organizations, schools, and Ford dealerships. Ford continues to support Americans by promising to donate 120 million masks by mid-2021.
