Trim Levels

Five gas trim levels are offered, each building on the features of the last:

The following two hybrid trims are available:

• Sport Hybrid: Hybrid-exclusive 18-inch wheels, a 12.3-inch configurable fully digital instrument cluster, and a power moonroof
• Limited Hybrid: StarTex® upholstery, a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, and Reverse Automatic Braking (RAB)

Performance & Capability

The 2.5L Subaru BOXER® engine makes 180 hp and 178 lb-ft of torque through a Lineartronic® CVT, returning up to 26 mpg city and 33 mpg highway. The hybrid system adds electric motors for 194 hp combined and 36 mpg city and 36 mpg highway.

Dual-Function X-MODE® is standard and adjusts engine output and all-wheel drive engagement when grip runs short, helping on a slippery morning commute or a gravel road outside Boston. Cargo space runs from 18.6 cubic feet on hybrid models to 54.9 cubic feet on the Wilderness configuration.

Safety Technology

Subaru EyeSight® Driver Assist Technology is standard on every 2026 Crosstrek. Support systems include the following:

• Vehicle Dynamics Control (VDC) and Hill Descent Control (HDC)
• Auto Vehicle Hold (AVH), Brake Assist, and a Brake Override System
