Chick-Fil-A Grade/AAA Level of ServiceHIGHLY RECOMMEND---Shout out to their Service Team employee, Michael From start to finish was Chick-Fil-A/AAA Excellence! My car started driving funny when i picked up my daughter from school the night before. Got back on beltline, was getting no acceleration when stepped on gas. Pulled over in a parking lot to ignite a check engine or malfunction light. Nothing came on, but minutes later, on beltline, I realized I was in trouble, no acceleration, and CVT/AT Malfunction light is ignited. I pull off the road to kwik kar just in time. At that point, the car lost all acceleration. I called my dealership to confirm the warranty and where to take the car. He told me to have it towed to the nearest nissan dealer. So, i did, and from the moment I called to the day I returned for my car, it was an experience. I confirmed I could have AAA tow my car there because it was after 5 pm. The representative confirmed yes and that I did not need to ride with AAA. Before I got off the phone, the young man had made me a 7am for the next day appointment. WOW---I dont know, but Courtesy may be neck in neck with service with CHICK-FIL-A. HOW IMPRESSIVE. As a mother, a wife, a healthcare worker. We seldom feel this level of service reciprocated. Waiting for AAA 2 hours. I got home that night. Had no idea what to expect the next day. But I got a text the next am by 630am. An introduction and how can they help. I explained the issue, i knew the service light went off, and kwik kar tokd me code. Michael followed through and made this an experience. MY MOTHERS DAY WAS SPECIAL. Because Courtesy nissans seevice was impeccable. The warranty company delays, Their service remained impeccable. They were knowledgeable, and when the texting was confusing, he called. When there was a delay after a week of rental dealing with my dealership prior to Courtesy nissan. If words are not enough, Thank you for making an already inconvenient experience better because you truly understood what SERVE means in SERVice!!!!

I was advised of further issues that need to be addressed and we discussed timing to get that work done. There was no high pressure to get them done now before I left the dealership. I was concerned about a loud rattling sound I had been hearing under my car. The noise seemed to get worse by the day. I was afraid something might eventually fall off while I was driving, so I thought it would be best to take the car in and have it checked. From the scheduling process to the end when I got my car back, everything went smoothly. I appreciate everything being explained to me in a clear and concise manner.
