My family and I were visiting from Whitwell, Tn on vacation. Our Hi Honda would not start. We took it to Honda of Bay County. The battery was dead. They took us in ASAP and replaced the battery. Even though it was close to closing time, they got us back on the road so that we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. The Service Advisor Andrew Toth kept us informed and gave us bottled water as we were waiting. I rate this dealership as a Five as well as the Service Advisor.
