From our first contact online, through our first text and finally our visit to the dealership, we encountered nothing but a great experience. Luis may be fairly new tp the dealership, but he was knowledgable and answered all of our questions. No pressure. Bill was awesome, and we were able to come to an agreeable price for the new vehicle. Coming out of a Lexus, we were apprehensive to change brands, as this will be our first Audi. But we really liked the car and the price and payments for the lease. David in finance was great as well. Overall, first impression was a really good one.
