My husband and I were on vacation and getting ready to leave for home, my car battery was dead and I could not open the hood due to the release cable being broken(without my knowledge). I had my car towed to PCB VW where Mark in the service department handled everything. He was very efficient and accommodating. While I understood that they were probably not able to get my car problem handled that day he assured me that they would do whatever they could to get it done as quickly as possible and that they did. He was very courteous and kept me up-to-date throughout the whole process.
