The service manager Josh and his staff are really amazing with customer service. They make me not feel so bad about spending over $600 for two keys for our 2017 Explorer. 🤣 I will say that this is the best service we have gotten since we purchased the vehicle brand new. Salute Josh, and I think the young man who helped me was Michal. But really to the entire service team over there now.
