I stopped by the dealership service department without an appointment because I noticed oil drops on my driveway. I also had questions about the complimentary anti theft device Kia is offering and to make sure I was up to date on services. Alyssa Raby, Service Advisor, walked me through ordering the device on line. She checked my records and said I was up to date and she would go ahead and have my car looked at due to my oil leak. She was calm, courteous and friendly. She displayed professionalism and respect for me as a senior. I was so impressed with how well she treated me. Because of my very positive experience with Alyssa, I will definitely request her for my next service appointment.
