Just very professional and maternal. An invaluable ally when navigating a deal. When it came time to meet with finance, J.P. found me an interest rate that was better than any other dealer I had gone to, and he was low-key in regards to the optional services being offered. Finally, when it came time to return to the dealer for my inspection sticker, Manny made sure I was in and out quickly. Again, from start to finish, the best car-buying experience I've ever had.
