Kim Craig has served as Group 1's Vice President and Treasurer since January 2010. She previously held the position
of Director and Treasurer from June 2006 - December 2009. Her responsibilities include oversight of the company's banking relationships, cash management, interest rate risk mitigation and risk management.
Prior to joining Group 1, Craig served as a management
consultant to BMC Software, Director of International
Cash and Treasury for Duke Energy Corporation, and General
Manager of Corporate Reporting for Columbia Energy.
Craig started her career at ConocoPhillips where she
held various positions during her eleven-year tenure
at the company.
